GILBERTOWN, Ala. — Services for Linda Pearl Beasley Boykin will be held today at 10 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Wiley officiating. Burial will be in Brightwater Cemetery in Needham.
Mrs. Boykin, 44, of Branch, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, in Waynesboro, Miss.
Survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Beasley; husband, Conny Boykin; sons, Conny Boykin, Donnie Boykin and John Boykin and a daughter, Belinda Presley; two brothers; six sisters and 11 grandchildren.
Joseph Charles Harmon
Services for Joseph Charles Harmon will be held today at 7 p.m. at Enterprise Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Darious Edmonson officiating.
Mr. Harmon, 65, of Meridian, died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006, in his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Military.
Survivors include his sons, Leslie Harmon and Gary Harmon; a daughter, Sharon Lyon and one sister and nine grandchildren.

Mr. Davis, 70, of Greensboro, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at Druid City Hospital. He was born on May 5, 1936, in Lauderdale County, Miss. He was a veteran of the Mississippi National Guard.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Martin Davis; daughters, Carol Davis Bonds and her husband, Dick, of College Station, Texas, Paula Plummer and Kimberly Davis Shurett and her husband, Brad, all of Tuscaloosa; a son, Jimmy Wayne Davis and his wife, Susanne, of Collinsville, Miss.; a sister, Helen Davis Etheridge of Martin, Miss.; a brother, Dolphus Davis and his wife, Gloria, of House, Miss.; grandchildren, Richard, Hannah, Jonathan, Katy, Teresa, David, Jeremy and Joel.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Burkett Davis and Ava Lee Strange Davis; a daughter, Rebecca Davis Golden; sisters, Frankie Davis Vesper and Doris Jean Davis and brothers, Fred Burkett Davis, Herman DeWitt Davis and Jessie James Davis.

Services for Morris Hugh “Jody” Peacock will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Tom Sikes officiating.
Mr. Peacock, 45, of Toomsuba, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at Riley Hospital. He was born in Maben, on Nov. 14, 1961. He attended Jeff Davis Academy in Lauderdale County and graduated in 1980. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was a long time employee of Bonita Lakes Mall.
He was an avid hunter and there was nothing more he loved than being in the woods. He will be remembered as the backbone of his entire family. He thought of his wife of four years, as his angel. His strong belief in the Lord and in the good of people were part of what made him such an incredible man. He had a tremendous love of life and a brilliant sense of humor. He loved to make people laugh and spent time as a clown and magician when he was younger. He never encountered a stranger and passed his love of life on to everyone he met. His loss will be deeply felt by his friends and family, but his memory will live on.
Survivors include his wife, Jermialine Peacock of Meridian; step-sons, Michael Louie Tan-David, Michael Angelo Tan-David and Michael Joseph Tan-David; step-daughter, Emily Ann Tan-David; parents, Stanley and Margaret Vaughan of Meridian; paternal grandmother, Pauline Vaughan of York, Ala.; a brother, James Vaughan of Meridian; sisters, Jamie Vaughan of Meridian and Stacy Downey and her husband, Michael, of Kentucky; an aunt, Mary Scardina of Pennsylvania and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Gretchen Young; a paternal grandfather, Morris Edward Young and great-grandparents, M.A. and Flora Moody.

Mrs. Hagen, 77, of Collinsville, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at Rush Foundation Hospital. She was a Catholic and was born and raised in Chicago. She had been living in Collinsville six years with her daughter and son-in-law.

Mr. Kiser, 81, of Union, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, at the Regency Hospital of Meridian. He was born in Burlington, Kan. and made his home in Lauratown, Ark. He lived in the County Line Community of Neshoba County for most of his adult life. He was a member of County Line Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 138. He was a disabled American Veteran and he received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, World War II Service Medal and the Korean War Service Medal.
Survivors include his son, Wayne Kiser and his wife, Shelia, of Philadelphia and a brother, Everette Kaiser of Santa Nella, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Chesney Kiser in 2002.

Mr. Wilkinson, 80, of Meridian, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, at Riley Hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in World War II. He worked for more than 45 years with East Mississippi Electric Power Association and retired as a line foreman. He was associated with the Boy Scouts for many years and served as Scout Master for Troop No. 4. He was a Charter Club dad and coached baseball and was known for his love of working outdoors.
