Serafino L. Pandiani, 83, of Mica Hill Road, Durham, died August 7 at High View Health Care Center in Middletown. He was the husband of Norma (Pratt) Pandiani.

Tommasina (Famiglietti) Semeraro, 84, of 111 Johnson Lane, formerly of Heritage Village, Southbury, died Thursday, March 16, at Wolcott View Manor Rehabilitation Center in Wolcott. She was the widow of Dominic Semeraro.
Ferdinand Arrigoni
Ferdinand "Deno" Arrigoni, 89, husband of Doris E. (Roberge) Arrigoni, of 191 Guilford Road, Durham, died Tuesday, August 2 at Middlesex Hospital. He was born February 23, 1911, in Durham, son of the late Dionigi and Rosa (Pelizzoni) Arrigoni and was a lifelong Durham resident.
Agnes Deckelman
Agnes (Klare) Deckelman, 87, wife of the late Christian Deckelman, died Wednesday, August 2, 2000 at Middlesex Hospital. She retired from the former FW Woolworth Co. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She leaves two sons and a daughter-in-law, Robert H. and Janice Deckelman of Portland, and Paul W. Deckelman of Middlefield; two brothers, Henry Klare of Rocky Hill and Warren Klare of Middlefield; two sisters Ruth Klare and Florence Klare, both of Middletown; two grandsons, Robert H. Deckelman Jr.

William DeMartino
William DeMartino, of 70 Tri-Mountain Road in Durham, died Friday, August 18, at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. He was 53.
He was born in Derby.
He was president of DeMartino Fixture Co. of Wallingford and former owner of The Valley Packing Co. He was a member of Notre Dame Church, Durham.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara DeMartino; a son, Dominick DeMartino of Durham; a daughter, Michele Salvatore of Waterbury; a sister, Linda Audet of Harwinton; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was in Mica Hill Cemetery, Durham. Donations in his memory may be made to Notre Dame Church, Durham.
Mary E. Misenti
Mary E. Misenti of Mica Hill Road, Durham, formerly of Meriden, died Sunday, August 13, at home. She was 97.
She was born in Maine and was member of Note Dame Church in Durham.
She is survived by a son, William J. Misenti of Middletown; two daughters, Maria Thody of Durham and Arline Misenti of Middletown; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her husband, Joseph V. Misenti, and a daughter, Elizabeth Perricchio, died earlier. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meriden.
Ruth Clarke
Ruth A. Reycraft Clarke, of Main Street, Durham, died Monday, August 14, at High View Health Care in Middletown. She was 88.
She was born in Staten Island, NY. Prior to her retirement, she was employed at the Durham Manufacturing Co. She taught religious classes at the Church of the Epiphany in Durham.
She is survived by two sons, Donald Clarke of Sebastian, FL and Gail Clarke, Jr. of Old Saybrook; a daughter, Peggy Burt of Haddam; two sisters, Helen Miller of California and Virginia Cortelyou of Texas; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held at the Biega Funeral Home in Middletown. Burial will be in Durham Center Cemetery. Donations may be made to High View Health Care Center Recreation Department, 600 Highland Avenue, Middletown, CT 06457.
Anna Russell
Anna Russell of Tuttle Avenue, Durham, died Friday, July 28, at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. She was 72.
She was born in Wallingford and lived in Durham for many years.
She was employed at the Stonegate School in Durham for several years and was a parishioner of St. Casimir’s Polish National Catholic Church in Wallingford.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Russell; a son, Thomas Russell of Durham; a sister, Elizabeth Rusczek of Wallingford; two brothers, Joseph and Edwin Rusczek of Wallingford; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Four sisters, Valerie Kwolek, Viola Ginalski, Evelyn Morris and Celia Gruz, and two brothers, Albert and John Rusczek, died earlier.
Burial was in Mica Hill Cemetery, Durham.

Hellen V. Schilchen, of Trinity Hill Drive, Durham, died Sunday, August 13, at Hartford Hospital. She was 81.
She was born in Ohio. She was a member of Notre Dame Church, Durham. Prior to her retirement, she was employed at Connecticut Valley Hospital.
She is survived by a son, Mathias J. Schilchen of East Hampton; three daughters, Theresa Schilchen Johnson of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Helen Schilchen Fries of Boynton Beach, FL and Alyce Schilchen Felt of Durham; 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; and four step-grandchildren. Her husband, Mathias Schilchen, died previously.

Elizabeth Ann (Parise) Osborne, 54, of Wildwood Lane, Durham, died Thursday, August 24, at Hospice in Branford. She was born in New Haven, daughter of Paul and Eleanor (Harris) Parise of Branford. She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden in 1964, and graduated from the St. Francis School of Nursing in 1967. Elizabeth worked as a nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, and Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
Charles Martin Jr.
Charles J. Martin Jr. of Durham died Wednesday, August 23, at Twin Maples Convalescent Center in Durham. He was 78.

Adina (Foreman) Mansfield
Adina (Foreman) Mansfield, 67, of Durham, formerly of New Britain and East Hampton, the widow of Myron "Mike" Hawley Mansfield, died Monday, September 18, at a convalescent home in Meriden. Born in Los Angeles CA, the daughter of the late Rev. Heyward and the late Carolyn E. (Nesmith) Foreman. She was a member of South Congregational First Baptist Church, New Britain, where she was Minister of Youth Music, a member of Middletown Baptist Church, where she was Minister of Music, con-founder of Young People’s Center for Creative Arts in East Hampton, and taught private music lessons.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-laws, Christopher I. Mansfield and Jennifer Friday of Durham, and Kyle Scott and Janet Mansfield of East Hartford; two daughters and a son-in-law, Renee C. Mansfield and Samuel Hoffman of Uxbridge, MA and Rachel A. Mansfield of Middletown; a brother, Heyward Foreman Jr. of Middlefield; five grandchildren, Courtney, Olivia, Jake, Meryl and Casey; and several nieces and nephews.

Lee V. Forline
Lee V. Forline of New Haven Road, Durham died September 29, 2000 at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. She was 83. Born in New York, she lived in Durham all of her life. A member of Notre Dame Church, she had been employed as a secretary, retiring from Harby Association in Wallingford.
She is survived by two brothers, George J. Forline of Durham and Michael T. Forline of Durham; two nieces, Karen Hudson of Indiana and Anne Caruso of New Jersey; four nephews and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
Private graveside services were held Wednesday, October 4, at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Middlefield. Donations may be made to the Durham Volunteer Ambulance Corps, PO Box 207, Durham CT O6422.

Kathlene Koritko
Kathlene Mary Habel Koritko, of New Haven Road, Durham, died Thursday, October 5, in Middlesex Hospital, Middletown. She is survived by her husband, Michael Koritko; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Scott Penney; daughter Jill Koritko and Jill’s fiancé, Scott Chesmer; and daughter, Katie Koritko, all of Durham; brothers and sisters-in-law Steven and Beverly Habel of Huntington, and Greg and Sherry Habel of Texas; and mother, Shirley Connors Habel of Bridgeport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was also the daughter of the late Steven Habel.
Kathy graduated from Grace-New Haven School of Nursing in 1968. She was an RN at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport and a nurse supervisor at Newington Children’s Hospital. As an active member of her community, Kathy was a member of Regional School District 13’s Board of Education and the founder of Project Graduation. She was also an active member of the Breast Cancer Awareness program at Middlesex Hospital and past president of the Durham Woman’s Club.

Thomas F. Boris
Thomas F. Boris, infant son of Frederick Boris Jr. and Rosanne Balkow of Durham, died October 6 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden.
He is survived by two sisters, Shelby and Katelyn; his paternal grandparents, Frederick Boris Sr. and Barbara Boris; his maternal grandparents, Richard and Jacqueline Balkow; a great-grandmother, Dorothy Frederick; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The funeral and burial were private.
