Elizabeth Dmitrovich Bojanic, 81, of Hummelstown, died Tuesday, September 2, 2003 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.
She was a homemaker, United States Coast Guard Veteran of WWII, a member of St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church and the Serbian National Federation Lodge #37.
She was the widow of Samuel Bojanic. She is survived by one daughter, Bethanne Hill and her husband Joseph of Ft. Collins, Colorado; two sisters, Catherine Shank, Swatara Township and Amy Filepas and her husband George, Chambers Hill; one grandson, Preston Hill and his wife Amy; one great-grandson, Evan Hill all of Ft. Collins, Colorado.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church, 601 South Harrisburg Street, Oberlin, Steelton, with the Rev. Srboljub Jockovich, Officiating. Burial in Churchville Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Wiedeman Funeral Home, Steelton.

PAUL R. WEISENFORD
Paul R. Weisenford, 86, of Steelton, died Saturday, September 6, 2003 in his home.
He was a retired sheet metal worker for the former New Cumberland Army Depot and a member of Salem United Church of Christ, Harrisburg, Steelton-Swatara Lodge No. 775, F&AM, Harrisburg Consistory, Zembo Temple and its Legion of Honor, Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Harrisburg Forest No. 43, Presidents Club of Lancaster, York and Perry Counties, Life Member of Steelton VFW Post 710, Fifth Ward Republican Club, Steelton Fire Department, life member of the former Citizens Fire Co. No. 1, Steelton, and Dauphin County Volunteer Firemen's Association.
He is survived by his wife, Ann J. Verbos Weisenford; 2 daughters, Jane S. Lewis of Jacksonville, FL and Magdalen F. Myers of Steelton; a son, Michael P. Sacca of Hillsboro, Missouri; 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second Street, Steelton, with Rev. Robert M. Bistline, his pastor, officiating. Burial in Churchville Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, in the funeral home. Masonic services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday.

MARY A. BAHORIC MATESEVAC
Mary A. Bahoric Matesevac, 80, of Enhaut, died Sunday, September 7, 2003 in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Township.
She was a former member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Parish and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton, St. Lawrence Lodge No. 13 Croatian Fraternal Union, and St. Mary's 50+ Club.
She was the widow of John N. Matesevac and is survived by one sister, Angie R. and her husband, James D. Selvig of Steelton; a brother, Bill A. Bahoric of Steelton; six nieces, Jean Ann Wydria and her husband, Stan, Kathleen Kramarich, Virgie Michtich and her husband, Frank, Elaine Szivos and her husband, John, Annette Draksler, and Rosemary Semic and her husband, David; two nephews, Frank Bahoric and John Bahoric and his wife, Donna; several great nieces and great nephews.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, in Prince of Peace-Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, with Rev. Samuel E. Houser as celebrant. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 9-10:45 a.m. Wednesday, in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second Street, Steelton.

ROBERT W. HEFFLEFINGER
Robert W. Hefflefinger, Jr., 67, of Fairview Township and formerly of Harrisburg, died Friday, September 12, 2003 in the VA Medical Center, Lebanon.
He was a retired employee of Taylor Wharton Steel Company, Harrisburg, a US Navy Veteran, member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Harrisburg. He was a volunteer with the Holy Spirit Hospital Medical Outreach Service, was the recipient of the Hospital's Volunteer of the Year Award and the Harrisburg Rotary Service Above Self Award.
He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather. He is survived by his son, Robert C. Hefflefinger, Etters; one grandson, Little Bobby Hefflefinger; one brother, Jack and two sisters, Joan and Nan; also, his loving pet Yorkshire Terrier, Benji.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at 12:00 noon in Christ Lutheran Church, 124 South 13th Street, Harrisburg. Burial in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon in his church. Arrangements by Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, Harrisburg.

CLARENCE B. SHAFFER
Clarence B. "Fat" Shaffer, age 86, of Swatara Township, died Friday, September 12, 2003 in Blue Ridge Haven East.
He was a retired receiver for the former AMP, Inc., Harrisburg; a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II; a member of the Lawnton American Legion Post #998 and the Rutherford VFW Post #1213.
He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his wife, Anna E. Weaver Shaffer and numerous nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at 10 a.m., in the Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, 23rd and Derry Streets, Harrisburg. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Township. A viewing will be held on Monday, from 7 until 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, from 9 until 10 a.m., in the funeral home.

EDITH P. BADDORF ALDRIDGE
Edith P. Baddorf Aldridge, 90, of Susquehanna Township, died Sunday, September 14, 2003 in her home.
She was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church.
She was the widow of Jay G. Aldridge. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara J. Polm of Susquehanna Twp.; three sons, Robert C. Aldridge of Pittsburgh, Raymond D. Aldridge of Huntsville, AL and John R. Aldridge of New Oxford; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
MEMORIAL SERVICES: Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg. Arrangements by Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, Harrisburg.

MARLENE J. GARRETT REHMAN
Marlene J. Garrett Rehman, 70, of 601 Second Street, Highspire, died Sunday, September 14, 2003 in Lancaster General Hospital.
She was a retired Teacher's Aide and Custodian for the Steelton-Highspire School District; and a former member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Enhaut and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton; the Steelton 50 Plus Club; Prince of Peace Seniors Group and the Steelton Senior Center.
She is survived by her husband, Albert G. Rehman; two sons, Albert J. and his wife, Dawn S. Rehman of Lititz and Donald E. Rehman of Middletown; and one brother, Dale Garrett of Hummelstown. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon K. Rehman.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, in Prince of Peace-Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, with Rev. Samuel E. Houser as celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Swatara Township. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Thursday, in the Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 South Second Street, Steelton.

RUDOLPH J. MALESIC
Rudolph J. Malesic, 81, of Swatara Township, died Monday, September 15, 2003 in his home.
He was a retired foreman for Bethlehem Steel Corporation, a Navy Veteran of World War II and a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 382, St. Aloysius Lodge No. 42 KSKJ, VFW Post 710 and American Legion Post 265.
He was an avid Penn State football fan and a wonderful father and loving grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Tresa B. Bernick Malesic; a daughter, Pennie and her husband Frank P. Vattilano of West Chester; four brothers, Anthony Malesic of Enhaut, Joseph Malesic of Hershey, William Malesic of Enola and Frank Malesic of Baton Rouge, LA; four grandchildren, Seth, Toby, Katie and Julia; two great grandchildren, Ryan and David.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Thursday in Prince of Peace-Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, with Rev. Edward C. Malesic, his nephew, as celebrant. Burial Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm on Thursday in Wiedeman Funeral Home, 357 S. Second St., Steelton.

JAMES R. BRANDT
James R. Brandt, Sr., 76, of Harrisburg, died Wednesday, September 17, 2003 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was a retired cook for the former Reading Railroad and had been a security guard for Burns and Advance Security Agencies. He was a graduate of the former Harrisburg Civilian Police Academy and served with the National Guard.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Edna M. Nevius Brandt; three sons, James R. Brandt, Jr. of Carlisle, Howard N. Brandt of New Cumberland and Robert D. Brandt of Jacksonville, FL; one daughter, Estella M. Brandt, at home; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Memorial services will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2003 at 1 p.m. at the Salvation Army, 1122 Green Street, Harrisburg. Private burial in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. There is no viewing or visitation. Arrangements by Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, Harrisburg.

MICHAEL S. DONCEVIC
Michael S. Doncevic, 79, of 2218 South Second St., Steelton, died Tuesday, September 23, 2003, in The Middletown Home.
He was a retired roofer for Mueller and Hollinger Roofing Co., York and also worked at Dietzel Bros. and Leroy Roofing Co. He was a member of Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Parish, Steelton.
He is survived by his wife, Helen G. Weiser Hapsmith Doncevic; two brothers, Vido Doncevic of Steelton and Thomas Doncevic of Harrisburg; two sisters, Helen Keeler of Carlisle and Rosemarie Eick of Nesquehoning; several nieces and nephews.

She was a retired secretary for the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
She was the widow of James K. Brinser, Sr. She is survived by two sons, James K. Brinser, Jr., Fort McCoy, FL and John L. Brinser, Grantville; one daughter, Cathy Weinreich, Mechanicsburg; two sisters, Ruth Bartholomew, Middletown and Bertha May Brill, Swatara Twp.; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, 23rd and Derry Streets, Harrisburg. Burial in Falmouth Cemetery, Bainbridge. There will be a viewing on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.

LORIE ANN LOCKHART SWARTZ
Lorie Ann Lockhart Swartz, 42, of Pennsylvania and formerly of Freehold, NJ, died Monday, September 29, 2003 in Harrisburg Hospital.
She was a Customer Service Representative for Health America, Harrisburg; U.S. Navy Veteran and member of the Sunday Night Mixed Bowling League at Red Crown Bowling Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Judith Clauberg Lockhart. She is survived by her husband Terry L. Swartz; her children, Samantha, Matthew, and Rebecca Swartz, all at home; two brothers, Wayne Lockhart, Port Charlotte, FL and Keith Lockhart, Freehold, NJ.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 3, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. in the Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, 23rd and Derry Streets, Harrisburg. A viewing will be held on Friday from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home.

She is survived by a daughter, Tina M. Cassel, Lower Paxton Twp.; two brothers, William Evans, Jr., Harrisburg and Vincent Evans and his wife Jane, Fairview Township; 5 granchildren, Leon, Malena, Jasmine, Tyler and Quincy; her nephew and nieces, Vincent, Amanda, Mandi, Alicia, and Jessica.

She is survived by her husband, John R. Griffin; one daughter, Dawn Marie Pfaunmiller of Elizabethtown; one son, Stephen A. Kleese, at home; a sister, Debra A. Williams of Middletown; one grandson, Noah Pfaunmiller; her mother-in-law, Geraldine S. Geesey of Enhaut.
