Walter F. Meccia of Cornwall died on December 27, 2004 at Cornwall Hospital. He was 76.
Born on February 7, 1928 in Lodi, NJ to the late James and Ruth Williams Meccia.
Walter was a veteran of the United States Navy serving from 1946-1948. Walter was a very gifted Artist and a volunteer at Cornwall Hospital.
A Family statement read: "Walter was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him."
Survivors include his loving children Debra and her husband Edward Hall of Newburgh, Scott and his wife Sandy Meccia of Florida, Nancy and her husband Patrick Laffin of Wappingers Falls, Barbara Colandra and her companion Ray of New Windsor, and Marcy Clemente and her fiancée Chris of New Windsor, 2 dear brothers James and his wife Beryl Meccia of New Jersey, and Allan and his wife Marie Meccia of New Jersey, One Dear Sister Barbara and her husband Ronald Krankowski of Nevada, 14 Cherished grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Dora in November 2004.
The family will be present to receive friends on Saturday January 1, 2005 from 11-12pm at Coloni Funeral Home 3001 Route 9W New Windsor, NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon at the funeral home.

William OptHof Jr.
William OptHof Jr died on December 22, 2004 at Orange Regional Medical Center Horton Campus. He was 82.
Born on February 27, 1922 in Wallington, NJ to the late William and Geraldine Demblaker OptHof. William was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving in World War II after the war he went on to work for Curtis Wright making Airplane Propellers and also worked as a mail carrier for The United States Postal Service iN Sparta, NJ.
Survivors include his loving children Linda Berger, Cathy DeVries, Joy Bjork and Jan OptHof, Loving Sisters Ruth Miller, Ada Woodenberg, Sarah Pontier and Gerry McCloud , One Loving brother Raymond OptHof , 8 Cherished grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Rena.
A Memorial Service to celebrate William's life will be held on Sunday January 16, 2005 at 2:30pm at Sussex Christian Reformed Church 51 Unionville Ave Sussex, NJ 973-875-5591.
Interment

Elsie E. Smith died in Phoenix, AZ on December 19, 2004. She was 92.
Her husband, Wilford, and her nine siblings predeceased her.
She is survived by her six children, Rev. Gene Smith of Monticello; Kurt Smith of Cler Lake, WI; Nyrna Gaston of Phoenix, AZ; Carmen Schindler of Duluth, MN; Maureen Johnson of Phoenix, AZ; and Coleen Johnston of Mazeppa,. MN.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
Mildred B. Keil

Mildred B. Keil, 84, a longtime resident of Red Hook, NY, died Sunday, December 26, 2004 at the Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY, surrounded by her husband and children.
She was born December 1, 1920, in Troy, NY, the daughter of the late Violet Nonamaker and William Howard Brower. She graduated from Troy High School, and went on to become a registered nurse, graduating from Columbia Memorial Hospital School of Nursing.
Mildred married Albert G. Keil on April 25, 1943. She and her husband founded Keil Equipment Co. in 1948 and Mildred worked as a bookkeeper for the business before retiring in 1969.
She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Red Hook, and bowled for many years in Rhinebeck. She was a wonderful seamstress and recently made quilts for her entire family.
She dedicated her life to her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband of 61 years, she is survived by her four children: Albert W. “Chip” & wife Diane Keil of Livingston, Kim & wife Tina Keil of Tivoli, Brad Keil of Rhinebeck, and Dawn Gates of Red Hook, 8 grandchildren: Mark & wife Essie Keil of Kerhonkson, Tim Gates & fiance Monica Marker, Steven Gates & fiance Jamie Beringer of Pleasant Valley, Dayle Gates of Oceanside, CA, Jessica Keil and Juliana Keil of Livingston, Vincent Santo and Briana Santo of Tivoli, 6 great grandchildren: Markie, Brandon, Cade, and Tye Keil of Kerhonkson, Jacob Gates and Kaylee Beringer of Pleasant Valley. Many nieces and nephews also survive her.
She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, William Brower.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, Dec. 29th, at Burnett & White Funeral Homes, 7461 S. Broadway, Red Hook, NY. The Rev. Mark Frickey of will officiate. Burial will be at Stuyvesant Falls Cemetery, Stuyvesant Falls in the spring.

A carpenter, John worked for Carpenters Local #19in New York City before his retirement.
He loved woodworking, building houses, gambling at the casinos, and fishing.
A veteran of World War II, John served as a Seaman 1st Class in the US Navy.
Born June 12, 1926, in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Frank and Josephine Ross.
He is survived by his wife: Rose (Messina) Ross, his three children and their spouses; John & Mary Ross, Jr. of Elizaville, Lawrence & Judy Ross of Ft. Ruth R. Couse, 83, of Elizaville, NY, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2004 at her home.
For 35 years Ruth worked for the Grand Union Company in Rhinebeck as a meat wrapper and a bakery clerk. She retired in 1994.
Ruth was a member of the AARP, and an active volunteer in her community.
Born May 19, 1921, in Rhinebeck, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Tessie (Burger) Rion. She married Earl L. “Tink” Couse on March 4, 1944 in Rhinebeck. He died on October 1, 1984.
She is survived by a son and his wife; Gerald M. & Marilynn Couse of Elizaville, 2 daughters and their husbands, Nancy Couse and Rick McGlauflin of Salt Point, and Patricia Couse-Baker & Robert Baker of Sacramento, CA; a brother: Perry Rion of Rhinebeck, 3 granddaughters: Melissa and Cynthia Couse of Elizaville, NY, and Valentina Couse-Baker of Sacramento, CA, 2 grandsons: Daniel Couse & his wife Jennifer of Kingston, and Christopher McGlauflin of Salt Point. Five great grandchildren also survive her.

Anne R. McNair died peacefully Friday, December 3, 2004 in New Berlin, WI. She was 76.
Mrs. McNair was the beloved wife of the late John, dear mother of George, loved by two grandchildren, Michael and Tristen, and many relatives and friends.
Ann resided at 253 Fostertown Road in the Town of Newburgh until 1988.
Ann was cremated at Krause Funeral Home in New Berlin, Wisconsin on December 7, 2004 and will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in New Windsor, NY, in the summer of 2005.
Ruth M. Pace

Ruth M. Pace, 85, a lifelong Rhinebeck resident, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at her home in Rhinebeck.
Mrs. Pace was a graduate of Rhinebeck Central Schools and Miller’s Secreterial School of New York City. She was employed for the town of Rhinebeck as a bookkeeper until her retirement in 1991. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Born July 6, 1919 in Rhinebeck, she was the daughter of Milton H. and Alice (Tator) Moul.
On February 21, 1943 in New York City she married Thomas A. Pace. Mr. Pace passed away June 30, 2000.
Mrs. Pace is survived by a daughter Gail J. Pace of Rhinebeck and a niece Carol Ann Deyo.

Thomas Barich

Thomas Barich, 83, of Rhinebeck, NY, died Monday, December 20th, 2004 at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Mr. Barich, along with his wife, owned and operated the Old Grist Mill Country Store in Rhinebeck for many years. Later they transformed the store into the Victoria Peak Restaurant, which the operated for several years. He also retired from IBM after 25 years and was member of the IBM 1/4 century club.
He was a member of St. Christopher's Church in Red Hook, NY, the Red Hook Post #7765, VFW and the Red Hook Golf Club.
He served in the United States Army during World War II.
Born on June 12th, 1921, in Milan, NY, he was the son of Michael and Suzanne (Belariet) Barich, Sr. Mr. Barich was a graduate of Red Hoook High School - Class of 1939. He was class Salutatorian and went on to be a active member of the Red Hook Alumni Association.
Thomas married Audrey C. Sternberg in August of 1947 in Elkton, MD. She predeceased him on August 7, 2001.
Survived by one daughter: Pamela Barich of Rhinebeck, NY and one son: Thomas E. Barich of Laguna Hills, CA. Two sisters: Mary Kelly and Susan L. Barich both of Red Hook, NY and one brother: Michael Barich, Jr. of Red Hook, NY also survive.
Along with his wife, he was predeceased by a daughter: Bonnie C. Melley, two sisters: Esther Rojeski and Beatrice Hantout, and a brother: Henry Barich.

Jose "Freddy" Calderon of New Windsor died suddenly on December 19, 2004 in Stony Point as a result of injuries sustained in a Motor Vehicle accident. He was 27.
Born on September 21, 1977 in NY, NY to Rafael Calderon and Ylia Nunez, Jose was a Police officer for The New York City Police Department since 2001 currently working in the 19th Percent . Jose was also a Veteran of the United States Navy receiving the Second Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, The Navy Unit Commendation, Nato Medal, Second Service Deployment Ribbon , First Good Conduct Award for the period ending February 1, 2001.
A Family statement reads "There aren't any right words that cam express our sorrow and sentiment. Freddy was someone that gave himself without any questions, was always there to lend you a hand to guide you, to inspire you, and to love you. Although he is gone, He will live in our memories and heart forever. He will be dearly missed by those who knew home."

Clara M. Kimbark, 98, a lifetime area resident, died Friday, December 17th, 2004 at the The Thompson House in Rhinebeck, NY.
Clara was a longtime member of Rhinebeck United Methodist Church in Rhinebeck.
Born on April 12th, 1906, in Rhinecliff, NY, she was the daughter of George and Eliza (Kilmer) Winslow. Clara had attended school in both Rhinebeck & Rhinecliff.
Clara married Percy L. Kimbark in 1924 and he predeceased her on April 16, 1988
She is survived by one son: Donald P. & his wife Nora Kimbark, her longtime caregiver, of Rhinebeck, NY, a granddaughter, Sabine Temple-Eickhorn of Woodstock, NY, two great grandchildren, Christie Temple and Joshua Erickhorn both of Woodstock, and a great great grandson: Javon Temple also of Woodstock.
Along with her husband, she was predeceased by two sisters, Edna Townsend & Elizabeth Georgeff.

Madeline M. Horkan, 91, a longtime area resident, died Thursday, December 16th, 2004 at the Thompson House in Rhinebeck, NY.
For many years she was a Clerk, employed by Physical Therapy Department at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. Locally she also taught piano.
Madeline was a member of St. Christopher's Church in Red Hook, NY, where she was the organist for many years. She was an avid world traveler.
Born on July 29th, 1913, in Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of John and Theresa (Mladnich) Ozurovich.
Madeline married James Horkan, Sr. & he predeceased her in 1960.
She is survived by a sister: Catherine Fenn of Kings Park, NY, a daughter in law: Jean Horkan of Red Hook, NY; two grandsons, Jim & Michael Horkan both of Red Hook, NY, four granddaughters: Patricia Beecher of Rhinebeck, NY, Madeline Whittaker of Ghent, NY, Theresa Horkan of South Hampton, NY and Jean Horkan of Red Hook, NY. Seven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, along with several nieces and nephews also survive.
Along with her husband, she is predeceased by two sons: James Horkan, Jr. & John M. Horkan, and a sister: Beatrice Mladnich.

Helen M. Lampman, 87, of East Ancram Rd. in Ancramdale, NY passed away on Wednesday December. 15, 2004 at Sharon Hospital, Sharon, CT.
Mrs. Lampman was born on September 29, 1917 in Pine Plains, NY the daughter of the late Walter and Gladys (Cooper) Shook.
Mrs. Lampman was a homemaker and on Sept. 29, 1938 in Ancramdale, NY she married the late Walter Lampman. He predeceased her on Dec. 7, 1988.
Mrs. Lampman is a member of the Ancramdale Presbyterian Church, and served as Superintendent of the Sunday school, elder and choir member.
She was also a member of the National Button Society.
Mrs. Lampman is survived by two sons, Allen and Larry Lampman of Ancramdale, NY; a daughter, Linda Hinchliffe, who will miss her mother dearly, of Charlotte, NC; her much loved grandson, Michael Churchill, two great grandsons, David and Matthew Churchill; whom she adored, two sisters, Dora Smith and Rosalie Rothvoss of Ancramdale, NY; two brothers, Donald Shook of Millbrook, NY and Richard Whitesell of Binghamton, NY.
She was predeceased by a sister, Vera Sylvestri and two brothers, Clayton and Lee Shook.
In her later years Helen enjoyed the hobbies of bottle collecting and button collecting. An accomplished artist, she left a rich legacy of her handmade quilts and paintings to family and friends. So many of her paintings were of historical homes, farms or buildings which no longer exist. The family is considering a future exhibition which would showcase her work and perhaps be a fund raiser. Edna A. (D'Aprile) Crossetta died Monday December 13, 2004 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, N.J. A native of Beacon, N.Y. and a longtime resident of Newburgh, N.Y., she had lived in Madison, N.J. for the past five years. Recently Mrs. Crossetta resided at Brighton Gardens in Florham Park, N.J., and at Care One in Livingston, N.J. She was 94.
Mrs. Crossetta, a homemaker, was predeceased by her husband, William J. Crossetta Sr., who died in 1991. The couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1983 and were married a total of 58 years. She was a parishoner of Sacred Heart Church in Newburgh and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. Her great loves were family and friends. In her younger days she enjoyed golfing with her husband and cooking her favorite Italian recipes.
A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, she is survived by her daughter, Lou Ann Gregory and her husband, John of Madison, N.J., and two sons, William J. Crossetta Jr. and his wife, Linda, of Williamsville, N.Y., and James Crossetta and his wife, Patti, of New Windsor, N.Y. She also is survived by three brothers, Vincent D'Aprile of Kingston, N.Y., Cornelius D'Aprile of Beacon, N.Y., and Raymond D'Aprile of Wappingers Falls, N.Y.; and three sisters, Gilda and Mary D'Aprile, both of Beacon, N.Y. and Lucy Pitts of St. Petersburg, Fla. She was also predeceased by two other sisters, Ann D'Aprile and Edith Olympia. Mrs. Crossetta is also survived by nine grandchildren: Stephanie Gregory Gironda and her husband, Joseph, of Bayonne, N.J., Jonathan Gregory of New York City, Pamela Gregory of Convent Station, N.J., Laura Gregory Van Der Hulst and her husband, Dirk, of Madison, N.J., Melanie Crossetta Evans and her husband, Jeffrey, of Newburgh, N.Y., Tara Crossetta Strack and her husband, Joseph, of Newburgh, N.Y., Jennifer Crossetta Zebulski and her husband, Edward, of North Tonawanda, N.Y., Lori Crossetta of Rochester, N.Y. and Dr. William Crossetta III of Buffalo, N.Y.

Mr. Jacob ‘Jake’ ‘Yank’ Morgenstern of Rochester, NY a co-owner of the Port Jervis Meat Co. and former resident of Matamoras, PA, died Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. He was 79.
He was born December 16, 1924 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Harry and the late Nellie Eglash Morgenstern.
He was a member of Westfall Fire Dept. and Academy of Model Aeronautics. An Air Force veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion Post No 139, Milford, Pa. He was also a Ham Radio Opeerator.
Surviving are his wife: Joan Morgenstern; daughter Ellen Cole; daughter-in-law Mary Georger; 2 sisters Rose Berger & Evelyn Missan; 5 grandchildren Michael (Genelle) Cole, Helen Morgenstern, Bridget Morgenstern, Megan Cole and Marc Morgenstern;
and his son David Morgenstern.

Mr. Curt C. Krieger of Godeffroy, New York, a retired Deputy Police Chief of the Township of Marlboro, New Jersey and current Division Deputy Fire Coordinator (Orange Car #3) in Orange County died Wednesday, December 8th at the age of 64 at home.
The son of the late Curt Joseph Krieger and Marie Kathryn Hooyman Krieger was born on October 19, 1940 in Passaic, New Jersey and grew up in Clifton, New Jersey where he was a 1958 graduate of Clifton High School. He attended Lafayette College and Brookdale College as well as many police and fire courses.
Curt’s entire life has been marked by a strong dedication to his community and public service, always proceeding in an unselfish caring and devotion to the people around him and the public he served. It was his warmth and caring which endeared him to so many friends and colleagues.
His many organizations and activities include Huguenot Fire Company (Past Chief, President and Treasurer), Marlboro Fire Company (Past Officer and President) and Exempt Member of the NJ State Firemen’s Relief Association, Marlboro-Colts Neck Pop Warner, Port Jervis Pop Warner (Past President and Coach of the Cardinals), Orange County Fire Chief’s Associatioin, County Fire Coordinator’s Association, New York State Association of Fire Chiefs, New York State Fire Coordinator’s Association, Town of Deerpark Co-Director of Emergency Management, Assistant Football Coach for the Port Jervis Modified and Junior Varsity Teams, Assistant Track and Field Coach at Port Jervis High School, and served on the Violence Prevention and Preparedness Task Force for the Port Jervis City School District.
He will be remembered for his loving devotion to his family, his humor and kindness to all who knew him.
Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Patricia Baran Krieger at home and loving children Kathryn P. Rodriguez of Huguenot, NY, Patricia K. Krieger and her partner Martha Brousseau of Houston, Texas, Curt J. Krieger and his wife Patricia of Highland Falls, NY, Christopher C. Krieger and his wife Katherine of Tega Cay, South Carolina, and Jill P. and her husband Dr. Tim Beidelschies of Fostoria, Ohio, his 7 grandchildren Samantha, Megan and Wesley Krieger, Kaitlin Rodriguez, Matthew and Andrew Krieger and Abigail Beidelschies. Also surviving are his sister Kathryn Mauro and her husband Joseph of Park Ridge, NJ and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Diane and Jeffrey Tomaski of Ellicott City, Maryland and 4 nephews.

Marguerite E. Thistleton, 72, a seven year resident of Stormville, formerly of Shrub Oak and Mt. Vernon, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004 at home.
Mrs. Thistleton was a homemaker and sold Avon Products for several years. She was a member of St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction.
Born Feb. 24, 1932, she was the daughter of Joseph and Maria Muzzillo Terracciano.
On April 18, 1954 at Sacred Heart Church in Mount Vernon, she married Albert C. Thistleton Sr. Mr. Thistleton survives at home.
In addition to her husband, she is also survived by sons, Albert Thistleton Jr. and his wife, Laura of Stormville; William Thistleton and his wife, Tina of Utica; a daughter, Margie Thistleton Naranca of Stormville; brothers, Carmen Terry of Eastchester, N.Y.; and Joseph Terracciano of Florida; a sister, Therese Criscitiello of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren whom she loved very much, Timothy, Christopher, Joseph, Leighann and Juliet Thistleton and Anthony and Daniel Naranca.

Theresa M. Nicastro

Theresa M. Nicastro, 88, a 25 year resident of the Town of Beekman formerly of the Bronx, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie.
Mrs. Nicastro was a homemaker and had been employed as a hospital dietitian. She was a member of St. Denis Church in Hopewell Junction; a member of Beekman Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary; and was a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
Born Jan. 1, 1916, she was the daughter of Edward and Catherine Lignal.
On March 3, 1935, in the Bronx, she married Joseph Nicastro, who died on March 28, 1984. Survivors include her daughter, Margaret Ruiz and her husband, Louis of Poughquag; her daughter-in-law, Gilda Nicastro of Red Hook; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, Lawrence Nicastro in 2001.

Suzanne M. Pooth

Suzanne M. Pooth, 86, died in her Poughquag home on Friday, Dec. 10, 2004.
Born Susanne Schreiber on May 26, 1928 in Oberhersdorf, Germany, Mrs. Pooth survived the horrors of World War II in that country. After the war, she met and married William H. Pooth, while they were both working for the American Military Government in Heidelberg, Germany. In 1953, the Pooths immigrated to the United States, hoping to ensure a safe and peaceful future for their three young children. The family moved to Poughquag in 1966, where the rolling hills reminded Mrs. Pooth of her home in the German Eifel Region.
Mrs. Pooth worked for 20 years as a trilingual translator of legal documents related to World War II restitution proceedings and for 20 years as a legal secretary in Poughkeepsie.
Her older son, Ralph, predeceased her in an accident at age 12 in 1961; and her husband died in 1971.
Survivors include a son and his wife, Albert and Donna Pooth of Elmira, Ore.; a daughter, Carena Pooth of Poughquag; a stepdaughter, Astrid Kaessmann and her family in Cologne, Germany; and many extended family members in Germany.
Funeral services will be held in Germany.

James J. Heaphy, 55, an area resident since 1968, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2004 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie.
Mr. Heaphy was employed by East Fishkill Provision for the past three years. He was previously employed as the Manager of the Residence Inn, Fishkill for 9 years and IBM for 6 years. He enjoyed opera, theatre and music.
Born March 22, 1949 in the Bronx, he was the son of James and Virginia Iannone Heaphy.
On May 6, 1979, in Poughkeepsie, he married Pamela Connolly. Mrs. Heaphy survives at home. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by a son, James Heaphy; a brother, Christopher Heaphy of Lake Hurst, N.J.; a twin brother, Michael Heaphy of Hyde Park; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Jeffrey Patrick Pulver

Jeffrey Patrick Pulver, 59, a former longtime Poughkeepsie resident, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2004 at the Thompson House, Rhinebeck.
Mr. Pulver was a member of the Lather's Union and Carpenter's Union and the Red Hook V.F.W.
Born September 5, 1945 in Rhinebeck he was the son of Clayton Pulver and Marie Stoutenburgh Pulver Sherrod.
Mr. Pulver served in the US Army from November 3, 1965 to August 5, 1967. A sharpshooter and combat infantryman with the 1st Battalion 9th Artillery, 1st Air Calvary Division, Mr. Pulver received the Vietnam Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Combat Infantryman Badge, Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Purple Heart.
He is survived by a brother Barry Sherrod of Rhinebeck and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Wallace C. Pulver in 2001.

Anthony N. Marshall

Anthony N. Marshall a Lifelong resident of New Windsor, died peacefully on December 11, 2004 at the home of his nephew Glenn Marshall. He was almost 91.
Born on December 23, 1913 in Newburgh to the late Nicholas and Maria Carione Marshall.
Anthony was a truant officer for Vails Gate School District for 8 years until being elected as New Windsor Assessor in 1948, He held that position for 25 years until being elected for the Assessment Board of Review, and then the Town Councilman from 1970-1974.He was a life member of the Vails Gate Fire Dept and a member of the Benevolent Association for Vails Gate
Fire Department. He was the Past Assistant Chief of the Vails Gate Fire Dept. He was a lion Tamer for the Lions Club, and A Member of the Little Britain Grange. He was also a New Windsor Democratic Committeeman. Anthony also worked for Gordon Tuttle and Abbott and Mills Fuel Oil Company retiring in 1978.
A Family statement read: Anthony loved life; he loved his family, children, brothers, sisters many, nieces and nephews, friends and aquanintances, his tomatoes and hot peppers.
In 1953 Anthony Married Rita Monahan Herman Marshall. Rita died in 1973. Survivors include his loving daughter Lorraine and her husband Charles Herring, Dear Nephews Glenn Marshall, and Barry Marshall his wife Mary Ann and daughter Dawn Marie Marshall., Dear Brother, Nicholas, Loving Sister Dorothy and her husband Joseph DeFeo, and Theresa Hunter, Dear Sister in
Laws Marie Marshall and Agnes Marshall, Dear Brother In Law Joseph DeGregorio, Cherished grandson Eric Herring. He was predeceased by his brothers Charles, Harry and William Marshall, Sister Lena DeGregorio, Sister in Laws, Blanche Marshall, and Ann O'Shaughnessy Marshall. Brother in Law Richard Hunter, and a grandson Charles Herring II. , Brother and Sister in Law Frank and Mary Burczik , Brother In Laws Dennis and John "Bubba" Monahan.

Terry W. Moore, 56, a long-time resident of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Rochester, NY, and Tivoli, NY, died suddenly on Sunday, November 7th, 2004 at his home in Atlanta.
Terry’s career, along with many of his friendships revolved around the restaurant industry in Atlanta. A man of dry wit, keen intellect and enormous generosity, he was an avid sports fan and insatiable reader. He took great pleasure in introducing family and friends to fine victuals and libations, as well as good music.
Prior to relocating to Atlanta in the ‘70s, Terry along with two partners was the proprietor of the popular Rochester, NY restaurant/pub, the Fleet Street Publican.
He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a Morse interceptor in Military Intelligence after attending Harper College at SUNY Binghamton. He was also Salutatorian of the Class of 1965, the last graduating class of Tivoli Union Free School.
Born on February 27th, 1948, in Rhinebeck, NY, he was the son of the late William S. and Ardith (Forell) Moore of Tivoli, NY.
He is survived by his sister, Ardith Orr and her husband, John Griesemer of Salt Point, NY; his niece and her husband and his great niece, Rachel, Eric and Cordelia Youngling of West Yarmouth, MA.; his aunt and her husband, Violet and Donald Schaffer of Tivoli, NY; and his aunt and her husband, Darlene and Robert Iosty of Dewey, AZ.; in addition to many cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 18th, 2004 at St. Paul's/Trinity Parish, Woods Rd., Tivoli, NY. The Rev. Theodore Kanellakis will officiate. Interment
will be in the family plot at Red Church Cemetery, Tivoli.

William P. “Billy” Mollica, Jr., 11, of Red Hook, NY, died Thursday, December 9, 2004 at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY following a long battle with cancer.
Billy loved school, and was a 6th grade student at the Linden Avenue School in Red Hook where he was on the Principal’s Honor Roll for the first marking period of this year. In addition to his love of school he loved stuffed animals and was a video game fanatic.
Born July 25, 1993, in Rhinebeck, he was the son of William P. and Nancy (Brown) Mollica, Sr. of Red Hook.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister: Lisa Mollica of Red Hook, his maternal grandmother: Nancy Brown of Tivoli, his paternal grandparents: Thomas & Janet Mollica of Red Hook, an honorary brother: Stephen Mendock of Red Hook, several aunts and uncles: Thomas Mollica, III, Denise & Kevin Asher, Debra Pero, Timothy & Melanie Mollica, and Michael & Erica Brown, all of Red Hook, Debra Moyer of Highland, NY, and Richard & Michelle Brown of Canajoharie, NY. Several great aunts and uncles as well as numerous cousins and many adopted community members also survive him.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, Dec. 13th, at the United Methodist Church of Red Hook. The Reverend David Jolly of will officiate. Cremation will be at Wiltwyck Cemetery in Kingston.
