Bryan Eugene Barnes' remains were found March 18, 2000, after missing for 11 years. He was 23 at the time of his disappearance.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia Ann Mance, St. Petersburg, Fla.; father and stepmother, Alfred and Donna Barnes, Roanoke, Va.; sister, Victoria Barnes Hawley, Vancouver, Wash.; and stepbrothers, Brian Hinton, Ringgold, and Christopher Bryant, Hattiesburg, Miss.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road, with Dr. James Macomber officiating.

Johnny Lee Blackwell died Sunday, May 21, 2000, in a Tampa, Fla., hospital. He was 63.

Catherine Brown died Sunday, May 21, 2000, in a local hospital. She was 76.
She was a native of Meridian, Miss., and a member of the Early Church of God in Christ Zion, where she served as president of the Mothers Board.
Survivors include a son, Walter R. Brown, Portland, Ore; two sisters, pastor Rebecca Scott and evangelist Annie M. Hand; one granddaughter; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Avondale Chapel of Franklin-Strickland Funeral Home with elder Rufus Bryant officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.

She was preceded in death by two sons, William M. and Thomas R. Hudson.

Hunkapiller, Chattanooga; four sisters, Mary Roberts, Jonesboro, Ga., Betty Jo Poindexter, St. Helena Island, S.C., Marie Clark, Hixson, and Carol Cagle, Birmingham; two brothers, Roy Edward Hunkapiller, Suck Creek, Tenn., and Chester Dwight Hunkapiller, Ringgold, Ga.; and three grandchildren.

Ms. Lindberg was a native of Kansas but had spent much of her life in the Collegedale area.
She was a retired English professor from Southern Adventist University, having taught for 18 years at the college. She received a masters of arts degree and was a member of Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include several cousins, nieces and nephews.
