SIXTEEN TO GRADUATE FROM AMHERST HIGH
Many Events on Commencement Program in Portage County Village
Amherst Advocate — The class of 1922 of the local High school contains 16 members and these young people will be presented with their diplomas of graduation on the evening of June 16 at the Opera House.
The members of the class are as follows: Maynard L. Nelson, Lawrence G. Nesser, Alta L. Otto, Marion Raasoch, Mayme M. Swatella, Gertrude B. Theis, Lalia Waller, Ben Zenoff, Palma C. Everson, Walter N. Johnson, Laura E. Kostuch. Harry F. Koziczkowski, Josephine Kurkowski, Miney Mitcheltree, Anna M. Nelson and Isla E. Nelson.
The class motto is "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity."
The class flower is the American beauty rose, and the class colors are blue and white.
