Carlos Guadalupe, 41, died Tuesday at Columbus Hospital in Newark.
He was born in New Brunswick and was a lifelong resident of the city.
He worked in the production department of Wrigley Chewing Gum Corp. in Edison for many years. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church, New Brunswick.
Surviving are his mother, Angelina Adorno Guadalupe of New Brunswick; a son, Carlos Jr. of Wilmington, Del.; four brothers, Juan Ramon Perdomo of Kendall Park, Alfredo Guadalupe of New Brunswick, Julio Guadalupe of Trenton and Angelo Guadalupe of Levittown, Pa.; and five sisters, Maria Martinez, Miriam Guadalupe, Carmen Guadalupe, all of New Brunswick, Daisy Diaz of Perth Amboy and Zenaida Campbell of South Brunswick.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Church, New Brunswick. Interment will be at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick. Relatives and friends may call Saturday morning at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until service time.

Charles J. Kaniecki, 90, died Wednesday at his home.
He was born in Bayonne and lived in Hoboken, moving to Cliffwood Beach 27 years ago.
Before his retirement in 1982, he was the owner of Julia & Charlie's Tavern, Sayreville, for seven years. Prior to that, he was employed as a chemical operator with Exxon Refinery in Bayonne for 35 years.
He was a communicant of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Keyport. He was a member of the Holy Family Senior Citizens in Union Beach, and a member of the Keyport Nutrition Center.
His wife, Julia Wastog Kaniecki, died in 1997. A brother, Joseph, and three sisters, Helen, Jennie and Stella, are also deceased.
Surviving are three sons, C. John Kaniecki of Matawan, Gene Kaniecki of Somerset and Michael Wastog of Cliffwood Beach; his daughter, Frances Lettiere of Keyport, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be offered 9:15 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Keyport. Cremation was private. Arrangements are by Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin.

Eleanor Irma Sommers Blondin, 73, died Saturday at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge Division.
She was born in East Rutherford, and lived in Sayreville Borough for the past 43 years.
Before retiring, she worked as a sales clerk for Woolco department store in East Brunswick. Prior to that, she worked for J.C. Penney in East Brunswick. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Sayreville.
Surviving are her husband, Frank; two sons, Frank of Helmetta and Scott of San Francisco; two daughters, Barbara Blondin of Sayreville and Ellen Rabinowitz of Somerset; three sisters, Mary Stout of Connecticut, Edna Douglas of Boonton and Doris Mathers of North Carolina, and four grandchildren, Paul Blondin, Jason Weresow, Melissa Weresow and Shasta Blondin.
Services were held under the direction of Maliszewski Memorial Home, 121 Main St., Sayreville. Burial took place at Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.

Emma Burger O'Donnell died Wednesday at JFK Medical Center, Edison.
She was born in Perth Amboy and lived there, moving to Iselin many years ago. She was employed by Hieber's Bakery for 30 years until its closing.
Surviving are a son, Jack and daughter-in-law Patricia Wolanski O'Donnell of Edison; a sister, Helen Bolan of Islein and two grandchildren, Jeff and Jacquelyn.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Thomas J. Costello Funeral Home, Green Street and Cooper Avenue, Iselin. Interment will be at Clover Leaf Park Cemetery, Woodbridge. Friends may call today 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.

Arrangements have been completed for Helen Horvath Mascio, 91, of Fords, who died Wednesday. Services will be 9:15 a.m. Saturday at Flynn & Son Funeral Home, 23 Ford Ave., Fords, followed by a Divine Liturgy at St. John The Baptist Russian Orthodox Church, Rahway. Entombment will be held at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation is today 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. She was also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren (this information was not provided by the funeral home.)

Jerry Iwachiw, 74, died Wednesday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick.
He was born in the Ukraine and lived in Somerset for 25 years, moving to Neshanic Station 20 years ago.
He was a builder/contractor for 30 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, New Brunswick.
He was also a member of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, and the Organization for the Defense of Four Freedoms of the Ukraine.
Surviving are his wife, the former Hedwig Domin; three children and seven grandchildren.
Services will be 9 a.m. Saturday at Quackenboss Funeral Home, 156 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Divine Liturgy at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, New Brunswick. Burial will be at St. Andrew's Cemetery, South Bound Brook. Relatives and friends may call today, 7-9 p.m. only, at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held 7:30 p.m. tonight.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ukrainian Congress Committee of America Kazakh Fund, 203 Second Ave., New York, NY 10003.

Josef Woitowicz, 73, of Iselin died Wednesday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick.
He was a longtime tool & die maker for Elastic Stop Nut, retiring in 1991.
Surviving are his wife, the former Nelli Wanjek; two sons, Emil of Iselin, and Paul and his wife Barbara of Iselin; two daughters and their husbands, Doris & Fred Wendell of North Arlington, and Heidi & Donald Arace of Iselin; a brother, Stefan of Germany, and seven cherished grandchildren, Michael, Richard, Laura, John, Raymond, Danielle and Joey.
Services will be 9:15 a.m. Monday at Thomas J. Costello Funeral Home, Green Street and Cooper Avenue, Iselin, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at Cecelia's R.C. Church, Iselin. Interment will be at St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mary Christodoulou, 80, died yesterday at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy Division.
She was born in Nisyros, Greece, and lived in Perth Amboy for the past 53 years.
She was employed as a seamstress with Mel's Children's Dress Co. in Perth Amboy for 16 years, retiring 20 years ago. She was a communicant of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, Perth Amboy.
Two brothers, John and Nicholas Christodoulou, and a sister, Sevasdi Diakogiannis, is deceased.
Surviving are a sister, Catherine Christodoulou of Perth Amboy; a sister-in-law, Christina Christodoulou of Perth Amboy; a niece and her husband, Nina and Kosta Patiniotis of South River, and her goddaughter and her husband, Mary and Andrew Dakos of Montville.
Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday from Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, 44 Green St., Woodbridge, followed by an 11 a.m. Liturgy at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, Perth Amboy. Interment will be at Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy. Friends may call today 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Margaret V. Dascenzo, 78, died Tuesday at her home.
She was born in Wilks-Barre, Pa., and lived in Highland Park for 32 years, moving to Edison 50 years ago.
She was a machine operator for Prescription Drugs Manufacturers before her retirement. She was a parishioner of St. Theresa's R.C. Church, Edison.
She is survived by her brother, Albert Thomas of Port Richey, Fla., and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 8:30 a.m. at Rusciano Funeral Home, 75 Woodbridge Ave., Highland Park. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway. Visitation will be today 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mary Stolte, 94, died yesterday at Carriage House Manor in Sayreville.
She was born in South Amboy and lived there all her life.
She formerly worked as a seamstress with Charles Komar Co. in South Amboy for many years. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart R.C. Church, South Amboy, and a member of the South Amboy Senior Citizens.
Her husband, Austin Stolte, died in 1990. Surviving are her son, David of Parlin; her brother, Raymond Reszkowski of Howell; her sister, Dorothy Pearson of South Amboy and four grandchildren.
Services will be held 9 a.m. Saturday from Kurzawa Funeral Home, 338 Main St., South Amboy, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, South Amboy. Visiting will be Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the South Amboy First Aid Squad.

Pauline Anne Muccilli, 95, died yesterday at her home.
She was born in Enna, Sicily, and lived in Edison for 20 years, and then in Perth Amboy, moving to Dunellen 20 years ago.
She was cared for by her caretaker, Nino, and upon her death she was surrounded by her husband of 72 years, Philip, her children and grandchildren as well as her friends and neighbors. She was a homemaker and a communicant of St. John's R.C. Church, Dunellen.
Beside her husband, she is survived by a son, the Rev. Sebastian Muccilli of West Palm Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Dorothy Scotti of Woodbridge and Gloria Lang of Dunellen, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday at Sheenan Funeral Home, 233 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John's R.C. Church, Dunellen. Visitation at the funeral home will be Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., and Sunday 2-5 p.m. Entombment will be at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.

William Martin Hall, 70, died Wednesday at his home.
He was born in Hazleton, Pa. and lived there for 14 years, and later lived in Newark for 12 years before moving to Edison.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was an environmental maintenance engineer with I.T. Corp., Somerset, for 18 years, retiring in 1995.
Surviving are his wife, the former Grace M. LaDue; his daughter, Denise Hall of Edison; his sister, Thelma Lakus of Clark; his grandson, Luke Steer of Alabama, and his mother-in-law, Edna LaDue of Edison.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Boylan Funeral Home, 10 Wooding Ave., Edison. Entombment will be held at Clover Leaf Memorial Park Mausoleum, Woodbridge. Visitors may call today 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Zygmunt Wojtczak, 73, died Tuesday at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy Division.
He was born in Biniew, Poland, and lived in Perth Amboy since 1952.
He was a member of the Polish Army, serving with the Allied Forces in England and Italy during World War II.
He retired in 1992 after 40 years with Ford Motor Company, Edison. He was a parishioner of St. Stephen's R.C. Church, Perth Amboy, and a member of the United Poles of America, Perth Amboy.
Surviving are his wife, Miroslawa Wojtczak; a sister, Czeslawa Bogajewicz of Perth Amboy; a great-nephew, Patrick Leszkowicz; two great-nieces, Krystyna and Lidia Leszkowicz, and a great-niece, Angelica Leszkowicz.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday from Skrocki Memorial Home, 469 State St., Perth Amboy, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Stephen's R.C. Church, Perth Amboy. Interment will be at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, Pa. Friends may call today 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
