FRANK WASKY, 70, of NEPTUNE, died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. He was an inspector for the Army Signal Corps at Fort Monmouth from 1952 until his retirement in 1993. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Hamilton United Methodist Church, Neptune. He was a member of American Legion Post 346, Neptune. Born in Newark, he moved to Neptune 46 years ago.
His son Walter, died in 1973. Surviving are his wife, Grace J. Tepel Wasky; his mother, Wanda Wasky of Leisure Village, Lakewood; a son, John L. of Roanoke, Va.; a daughter, Barbara G. Woolley of Sea Girt; and three grandsons, Stephen Roe, Tyler R. Wasky and Joshua M. Wasky.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Ely Funeral Home, 3316 Route 33, Neptune. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Hamilton United Methodist Church, Old Corlies Avenue and West Bangs Avenue, Neptune. Interment

STANLEY M. RUBIN, 47, of HOWELL
STANLEY M. RUBIN, 47, of HOWELL, died Wednesday at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Fox Chase, Pa. He was food service director for Collier High School in Wickatunk, Marlboro, for the past 15 years. He was named Regional Educator of the Year in 1996. He was a member of the New Jersey Food Association and the Association of Schools and Agencies of the Handicapped. He received a bachelor's degree in education from Trenton State College, now the College of New Jersey. Born in Brooklyn, he lived in Lavallette before moving to Howell three years ago.
He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Florence Bloom Rubin. Surviving are his wife of 23 years, Diane Andrascik Rubin; a son, Mark F. Rubin of Howell; a brother, Neil S. Rubin of Maryville, Tenn.; a granddaughter, Eden Rubin; and eight nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Costello-Greiner Funeral Home, Green Street and Barron Avenue, Woodbridge. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. DAISYMAE E. RAYNOR, 72, of Shallotte, N.C., formerly of Shark River Hills, NEPTUNE, died Wednesday at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care Center, Wilmington, N.C. She was a member of the Lincoln Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, East Orange, and served as an officer. Born in East Orange, she lived there and in Shark River Hills before moving to North Carolina in 1979.
She was predeceased by her parents, Jacob and Daisy Budlotte Eckensburg. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, George W. Raynor; a son, George W. II; a sister, Margie Reynolds; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

He was past member of the Consolidated Fire Company, Keyport. He enjoyed motorcycles, tractors, boats and crabbing. Born in Jersey City, he lived in Keyport for the past 15 years.

LUCILLE HINER, 72, of OCEAN TOWNSHIP, died Wednesday at home. She was a homemaker. Born in Pennsylvania, she was a lifelong resident of the Shore area.
Her husband, Oliver Hiner, died in 1993; and a daughter, Brenda Wendt, died in 1997. Surviving are two sons, Bruce John and Richard Hiner, both of Long Branch; six daughters, Laura Hiner, Cynthia Marquis and Cathy Hiner, both of Long Branch, Diane Ellison of Colts Neck, Connie Hiner of Farmingdale, and Jo-Anne Wendt of Ocean Township; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

MARGUERITE GERONI, 84, a lifelong resident of RED BANK, died yesterday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was a seamstress for Eisner's, Red Bank, retiring in 1977. She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church. She was a devoted and caring daughter and sister.
She was predeceased by her parents, Orazio and Louisa Rescigno Geroni; six brothers, Daniel, Nick, Ercole, Robert, Ralph and John Geroni; and two sisters, Nugenta Nadeau and Jane Geroni. Surviving are four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Marie and Karl Nordin of West Long Branch, Jeanette Sherman of Fair Haven, Rita and Webb Harris of Florida, and Irene Geroni of Red Bank; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, William Jones; a son, William C. Jones of Philadelphia; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shelly and Darryl Teel of Tinton Falls, and Beth and Troy Ester of Neptune; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

HARRY "JIM" WILSON, 81, of FREEHOLD, died Wednesday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was a mail carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in Freehold for 50 years, retiring in 1982. He was a life member of the National Association of Letter Carriers. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a former member of American Legion Post 54, Freehold. Born in Boone, Md., he lived in Freehold most of his life.
His wife, Katheryne E. O'Shea Wilson, died in 1997; and a son, Alan, died in 1990. Surviving are a son, Harry Jr. of Middletown; a daughter, Nancy Wilson of Freehold; a sister, Lillian Hendrickson of Freehold; two grandchildren; and two nieces.

He was a fourth-degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 3402, Keyport. He was a member of the St. Clement's Seniors, Matawan, St. Benedict's Golden Achievers, Holmdel, and the Hazlet Seniors. He was a graduate of Drake College, Perth Amboy, and attended Seton Hall University, South Orange. Born in Manhattan, he lived in the Bronx and in Cliffwood Beach, Aberdeen, before moving to Hazlet 44 years ago.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Florine Holly Hurt; his second wife, Anna Mae Morris Hurt; and his son, Richard L. Hurt Jr. Surviving are three stepdaughters, Barbara and Betty Jones, and Frances Trapp, all of Neptune; two brothers, Clarence Hurt of Cincinnati and Alvin Hurt of New Brockton; two sisters, Wilma Edwards of Enterprise, Ala. and Brazell Clark of Tampa, Fla.; and a nephew, Kelvin Edwards of Kittery, Me.
