Teresa Lynn (Woodall) Deaton, age 47, of 1715 Vail Ave., Middletown, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2004 at Middletown Regional Hospital. She was born on April 22, 1956 in Lovington, NM, the daughter of Kenneth and Wynona (Clepper) Woodall. Preceding her in death were her husband Jeff Deaton, father Kenneth Woodall, brother Charles Woodall and nieces Emalee Mariam Alcorn, Angie Hines Whitaker and Sherry Woodall. She is survived by her mother Wynona Woodall of Franklin, sons Shannon Acee Sorrell of Franklin, Tecumseh Glenn Hatfield and Cole Michael Hatfield both of Middletown, brothers Glenn Woodall of Farmington, N.M., Gary Woodall of Middletown and Michael Woodall of Maineville, OH., sisters Linda Hines of Crittenden, KY., Kristi Alcorn and Jamie Alcorn both of Franklin and a grandchild Lexis Sorrell. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 10, 2004, 11:00 A.M. at the Anderson Funeral Home (FRANKLIN), 1357 E. 2nd St. with the Reverend Duane Harney officiating. Burial will be in the Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Rita M. Bentley, age 59, of Franklin, OH; died Saturday June 5, 2004 at the West Chester Nursing Home. She was born in Kingsport, TN on January 7, 1945 the daughter of Beecher and Margaret (Combs) Bentley. She was employed by General Motors for 30 years retiring as quality control lab manager. She was a former Franklin Township Clerk, Franklin City Council member, served on the special events committee and help to establish River Days, Civil Service Commission, union committee person with UAW, United Way Ambassador, Franklin High School Band Booster, Red Hat Society, den mother, John H. Bailey Chapter of Demolay Mother?s Club, Democratic Central Committee member. She was preceded in death by her father Beecher in 1995 and a brother Harold Bentley in 2004. Surviving are her son Timothy Bentley of Franklin; mother Margaret Bentley of Franklin; brother Bert Bentley and wife Margie of Celina; sister Janet Bentley of Miamisburg; nieces, nephews, and other family. Funeral services are Saturday June 12, 2004 at 11am at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Rev James Asher Jr officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Kidney Foundation or Warren County Animal Shelter.
