Raymond was a previous Union Township West Chester Trustee and former Vice Mayor of Evendale. He served his country in WW II as sergeant in the 1st Marine Division. He retired in 1984 after 36 years as Manager of Tool and Die Division, GE Aircraft, Evendale. She loved her church--Fowler Creek Freewill Baptist Church in Covington, KY. She was a loving friend and parent to all who knew her. She was the widow of the late George Neal Luttrell. Loving mom to Donald George (Dena) Luttrell, Georgia Lou Luttrell and the late Andrew Neal Luttrell. Loving grandmother to Bradford Joe Miller, Jarod Steven (April) Luttrell and Morgan "Jr." (Tarin) Lewis. Loving God great grandmother to McKennah, Micah, Joesiah, Trinity, Eric, Jada and Vanessa. Loving sister to Rosetta (Willard) Patton, David (Elva) Allen, Janet Burton, Sam (Judy) Allen and Nancy Allen. Preceded in death by a sister Christen and a brother Clellie Allen. William John Donovan
DONOVAN, William John, recently celebrated 62 years of marriage to his beloved Jean (nee Rosselot). He was a devoted father of Pattie Sherrill (David), Jeanie LeRoy, Bill (Jayne), Kevin, Eileen Barrett (Jim), Terry (Linda), Bridget Sheehey (Phil), and Noreen Eyre (Bruce). Cherished grandfather of 17 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, with family spread all over the world. He is also survived by one brother Robert. Saturday, January 13, 2007. Bill is a WWII veteran who was shot-down while co-piloting his B-24 over France in August 1944. He was forever grateful to the French Resistance for his rescue. Bill retired from Fisher Body, Hamilton. He will always be remembered for his integrity, honesty, intelligence, and humility. His strong faith and sense-of-humor will live on in his many survivors. Funeral mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17, at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Greenhills. Bill requested his body be donated to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association
