Emma M. Woller, 90, of Evansville, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at the Evansville Protestant Home.
She was a graduate of Wadesville High School.
She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church.
Surviving are a sister, Carolyn Rhodes of Evansville; a brother, Albert Espenlaub of Poseyville, Ind.; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Allen Gudgel, in 1940 and her second husband, John Woller, in 1986.

Ronnie Lee Hodges, 60, of Evansville, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He suffered with emphysema.
He owned and operated Riverside Motors for 25 years.
He was a race car driver at the Tri-State Speedway for many years.
He attended Vann Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Judy (Meredith); a daughter, Leigh Feldpausch of Evansville; a son, Devin of Evansville; two sisters, Betty Scarbrough and Jean Fulkerson, both of Evansville; and two brothers, Robert Hodges of Evansville and Richard Meredith of Yankeetown, Ind.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, the Rev. David Schulz Jr. officiating, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.

ROCKPORT, Ind. — Yandel Haines, 77, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, of cancer at his home.
He retired as a carpenter in 1987 and was a member of the Carpenters Union Local 549. He was a member of the Rockport/Ohio Township Volunteer Fire Department for 42 years.
He was a World War II Army veteran and member of the Owensboro Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 696.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Julia; two sons, Denny of Rockport and Tom of Evansville; a sister, Jamie James of Louden, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Leisa Price, Missy, Jeff and Jason Haines and Lori Henson; two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Boultinghouse Funeral Home, with burial in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

POSEYVILLE, Ind. — Jerry W. Ratliff Jr., 35, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
He had worked for Standard Laboratories, since 1989.
He was a member of the Model Car Club.
Surviving are a daughter, Madison Ratliff at home; a son, Dustin K. Koenig at home; his parents, Debbie and Jerry W. Ratliff Sr. of Lexington, N.C.; two sisters, Angela McCoy of Minnie, Ky., and Regina Prater of Lawrence County, Ky.; and his grandfather, Raymond Gibson.

Stanley Fischer
TELL CITY, Ind. — Stanley J. Fischer, 79, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.
He was founder and president of Fischer’s Furniture & Appliance Co., Fischer’s Tru-Flame Gas Co. Inc., Fischer’s Stock Farms and Fischer’s Rental.
He developed Fischer’s Cedar Crest Lake.
He was a World War II Army veteran and member of American Legion Post 213.
He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus 1172 and an honorary member of the American Red Cross.
Surviving are six daughters, Janet Veeck, Betty Hagedorn, Diann Williams and Teresa Lutgring, all of Tell City, Donna McNulty of Paducah, Ky., and Sharon Little of Broken Arrow, Okla.; two sons, Jerry and Richard, both of Tell City; two brothers, Randall and Leroy, both of Tell City; 20 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline (Kuntz).
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Catholic Church, with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, with military rites.

SEBREE, Ky. — Randa Jones McCully, 83, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at Colonial Terrace Nursing Home.
She had worked for 12 years at the Sebree Deposit Bank.
She was a member of the Sebree United Methodist Church, Webster County Homemakers and past president of the Professional Women’s Club in Dixon.
Surviving are a son, Steve of Louisville; a brother, John R. of Slaughters; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Pascal, died in 1992.

MARION, Ky. — Marion Orendoff, 55, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at his home. Crittenden County is investigating the death.

STURGIS, Ky. — Judy A. Holt, 56, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, of pancreatitis at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.

Trudy Boling
HAWESVILLE, Ky. — Trudy Young Boling, 88, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at Owensboro Mercy Health System.
She retired from the Hancock County School System, after teaching for 38 years at the Hawesville Elementary and Hancock County Middle Schools.
She attended Western Kentucky Teachers College and graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
She was an active member of the Hawesville Baptist Church and Senior Citizens. She was a past member of Eastern Star 480.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Ann Shelton of Owensboro; a son, John M. of Elizabethtown; and three grandchildren.
Her husband, John M. Sr., died in 1978 and a daughter, Jane Boling-Hamilton, in 1994.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hawesville Baptist Church, with burial in Cloverport Cemetery.

DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. — Marvin “Marion” Bell, 82, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at Madisonville Regional Medical Center.
He was a coal miner and construction worker.
He was a World War II Navy veteran, serving on the USS Tennessee. He was a member of the Greater Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Shannon Davis of Dawson Springs; two sons, Marvin of Fort Wayne and Gail of Grand Rivers; and a grandchild.
His wife, Anna Pauline, died in 1989.

DAHLGREN, Ill. — Ernie E. Lemke, 82, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at his home. He was Baptist.
He had been a farmer and enjoyed fishing and gardening.

She had been a saleslady at Marion’s Candy Store in baltimore, Md.

Surviving are two daughters, Ann Shryock of Oblong and Agnes Williams of Holly Springs, Miss.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Adolph Otto, died in 1954.

CISNE, Ill. — William S. “Bill” Hosselton, 55, of Clay City, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, of cancer at Welborn Baptist Hospital in Evansville.
He was a farmer, oil field worker and member of the Zif Missionary Baptist Church in Clay City.
He served in the Army Reserves during the Vietnam War.
Surviving are his wife, Connie; three sons, Bill Jr. and Ryan, both of Clay City, and Greg of Manteno; a sister, Reveta Black of Carbondale; and three grandchildren.

Robert P. Bunner, 54, of Evansville, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, of a heart attack at Deaconess Hospital.
He was a self-employed contractor and member of the Eagles and Owls in Evansville.

Bunner of Hawesville; and 15 grandchildren, including, Nathan Collins, whom he raised.

Clarence Dezember
Clarence W. Dezember, 84, formerly of Evansville, died Monday, Oct. 11, 1999, at the Bloomington Hospital.
He had been a flight line superintendent for the Republic Aviation Group in Evansville, a methods engineer for RCA in Bloomington, Ind., and an auditor for the Manatee County School System in Bradenton, Fla.
He was a graduate of Reitz High School in Evansville and attended the University of Evansville.
He was a member of Sherwood Oaks Christian Church and a life member of the Elks Lodge 446, both in Bloomington.
Surviving are his wife, R. Virginia (Farley); two stepdaughters, Loyce Burns and Joyce Wise, both of Bloomington; two sisters, Wanda Gates of Evansville and Bonnie Algood of Tavares, Fla.; three brothers, Larry of Ventura, Calif., Garnet of Leesburg, Fla., and Donald of Glendale, Ariz.; nine stepgrandchildren; 12 stepgreat-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

He was a World War II Army veteran, a Mason and enjoyed hunting.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandy Harper and Ruth Courter, both of Evansville; two sisters, Lillie Mae Dozier and Betty Jean Demonbreun; four brothers, Clifford, Leland, Cecil and Roland; five grandchildren, Debra Scott, Dan, Jenny and Brian Byers, and Chrisie Holtzclaw; and five great-grandchildren.

Karl Armstead, 27, of Evansville, died Friday, Oct. 8, 1999, at Deaconess Hospital. The cause of death is under Vanderburgh County coroner’s investigation.
He had attended North High School and was an outstanding football player and enjoyed sports.

She had been active in 4-H and enjoyed showing dogs and saddle bred horses.
Surviving are three daughters, Kristina Davis of Indianapolis and twin daughters, Katherine and Katie Davis at home; her mother and stepfather, Marilyn and Bill Wright of Evansville; her father, Herbert Ohlrogge of Indianapolis; two sisters, Debra Ray and Kathy Ohlrogge, both of Indianapolis; her grandmothers, Mary Kleiman and Gertrude Ohlrogge; and her companion of 20 years, Keith Davis of Evansville.
