Norman Jack Barker, 78, resident of Spencer, died Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at Owen Valley Health Campus in Spencer. Services will be conducted Friday, April 16, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville. Pastor Charles Evans will officiate. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Spencer. There will be a military graveside service.
