A native of St. Louis, Mo., he moved here from Homosassa Springs in 1995. Mr. Eber was a member of the Rotary Club, Homosassa Springs and Potters House Interdenominational church.

SUMMERFIELD — Jay LeRoy Franklin, 66, a retired systems analyst for Boeing Aircraft, Seattle, died Monday, June 19, 2000, in Leesburg.
A native of Edgerton, Wyo., he moved here from Seattle five years ago. Mr. Franklin was a member of North Lake Presbyterian Church. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.
