OCALA — Mary E. Jones, 72, a retired saleswoman of Gold and Diamond Center, died Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2000.
A native of Birmingham, Ala., she moved to Ocala in 1953. Mrs. Jones was a volunteer at the Marion County Humane Society.

A native of Spencer, Iowa, he moved here from Tampa in 1951. Mr. Miner was a member of First Baptist Church.
He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.

OCALA - Carmen C. Archer, 74, a real estate agent, died Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Archer was a native of Nanty-Glo, Pa., and moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1994. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and Women's International Bowling Congress (WIBC). Mrs. Archer won the Monroe County 840 Classic Championship of WIBC. She was also a member of Young Democrats Club.
