WEIRSDALE -- Annie Mae Bishop, 98, a homemaker, died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2000, at Marion House Health Care Center.
A native of Georgia, she came to Marion County from Georgia, in 1925. Mrs. Bishop was the oldest registered nurse at the former Marion General Hospital in Ocala. She also was an avid gardener.
Survivors include her daughter, Betty Jeanne Spencer, Ocala; sisters, Johnnie Joiner, Tampa, and Sybil Roberts, Donaldsonville, Ga.; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben Bishop and daughter, Joyce Wood.

OCALA -- James J. Bubin, 61, a retired employee of Sprint Telephone Co., died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Chicago, he came here from Miami, in 1960. Mr. Bubin was Lutheran.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Bubin, Ocala; daughters, Julie Foust, Marietta, Ga., Jeanne Pelski, Altamonte Springs, and Jill Caruthers, Ocala; brother, Benjamin John Bubin, Palm Harbor; and five grandchildren.

OCALA -- Marvin H. "Mike" Gallagher, 74, a retired truck driver for Harner's Express in Baltimore, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala.
A native of Baltimore, he came here from Essex, Md., in 1987. Mr. Gallagher was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Ocala, the American Legion in Essex and a World War II U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Nee Saunders Gallagher, Ocala; son, Michael Gallagher, Baltimore; brother, Robert Gallagher, Ocala; sister, Shirley Ross, Glen Burnie, Md.; and three granddaughters.

OCALA -- William Gregoloff, 84, a retired owner of a real estate company, died Sept. 29, 2000.
Mr. Gregoloff came here from Long Island, N.Y., in 1981. He was a former member of the Silver Springs Shores Country Club, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and an avid golfer.

Mr. Greene retired from Swift Packing Company, after 42 years of service. He was Southern Baptist and enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was preceded in death by a son, Henry Franklin Greene.
