DUNNELLON — Doris Marie Migliaccio, 78, a retired school bus driver for Upper Township School Board, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2000.
A native of Gloucester, N.J., she moved here from Tuckahoe, N.J., six months ago.
Survivors include her sons, Robert "Bob" Migliaccio, Dunnellon, and Frank Migliaccio, Upper Marlboro, Md.; daughters, Sarah-Jane Cincotti, Dunnellon, and Doris-Marie Rose, Petersburg, N.J.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Phillip H. Sapienza, 65, a retired chief electrical inspector for city of Ocala, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000, at his home.
A native of New York, he moved here from Queens, N.Y., 27 years ago. Mr. Sapienza was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Elks Lodge, and Pope John Assembly.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia A. Sapienza, Ocala; mother, Josephine Sapienza, Queens, N.Y.; sons, Phillip J. Sapienza, Crystal River, Steven J. Sapienza, Peter P. Sapienza, both of Ocala, and Richard Sapienza, Apex, N.C.; brother, Paul Sapienza, Dayton, Ohio; sister, Rose Buonavito, Queens, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren.

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. — Joseph Vivaldi, 89, a retired postal clerk for the U.S. Postal Service, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000.
A native of Puerto Rico, he moved here from New York 22 years ago. Mr. Vivaldi was Catholic.
Survivors include his daughters, Mildred Sanchez, Fredericksburg, Va., Evelyn Hernandez, Langhorne, Pa., and Judy Jakubowski, Pearl River, N.Y.; brothers, Santiago Vivaldi, Bronx, N.Y., and Miguel Vivaldi, Ocala; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Kenneth T. Witts, 41
DAYTONA BEACH — Kenneth T. Witts, 41, an assistant public defender, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000.
A native of Elizabeth, N.J., he moved to Daytona Beach from Ocala in 1973. Mr. Witts was an attorney for Fifth District Court of Appeals in Daytona Beach.
Survivors include his father, Thomas Witts, Ocala; and stepmother, Roberta Witts, Ocala.

Pat Aldridge, 71
OCALA — Pat Aldridge, 71, a retired bar manager, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000, at his home.
A native of Detroit, he moved here from St. Petersburg 19 years ago. Mr. Aldridge was Catholic.
Survivors include a friend, Flossie Whitaker, Ocala.

George E. Borelli, 71
INVERNESS — George Edward Borelli, 71, a retired sheet metal worker for Republican Aviation, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000.
A native of New York City, he moved here from Bethpage, N.Y., 29 years ago. Mr. Borelli was Catholic. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
Mr. Borelli was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Rita Borelli in 1981.
Survivors include his daughter, Christine M. Borelli, Tampa; brother, John Borelli, Bethpage; and a sister, Michelina Hudson, Long Island, N.Y.

Phyllis Cieske, 91
OCALA — Phyllis Cieske, 91, a retired secretary and receptionist for Milwaukee General Hospital, died Friday, Oct. 6, 2000, at Ocala Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Cudahy, Wis., she moved here from Milwaukee 29 years ago. Mrs. Cieske was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church and St. Theresa Women's Guild.
Survivors include her son, Richard Cieske, Sparta, Tenn.; daughter, Sonya Rice, Ocala; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

David J. Errett, 89
DUNNELLON — David J. Errett, 89, a retired plant manager and chemist for Climax Molybdenum, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000 in Crystal River.
A native of Westmoreland County, Pa., he moved here from Hickory, Pa., 22 years ago. Mr. Errett was a member of Hickory United Presbyterian Church and the Lions Club in Hickory.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Errett, Dunnellon; sons, David Errett, Hickory, Richard Errett, Dunnellon, and Daniel Errett, Lancaster, Pa.; daughters, Donna Errett, Hilton Head, S.C., and Dianne Wade, Newnan, Ga.; sisters, Bertha Mauk, East Liverpool, Ohio, and Lois Poorman, Ft. Myers; and 12 grandchildren.

OCALA — Fred J. Gottemoller, 43, a retired sales representative for Siegling USA, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Englewood, N.J., he moved here from Kissimmee in 1997.
Survivors include his parents, Eugene F. and Norma J. Gottemoller, both of Lutherville, Md.; brother, Richard F. Gottemoller, Montague, N.J.; and sister, Lori Trumble, Monkton, Md.

Charles W. Hummelgard, 80
OCALA — Charles W. Hummelgard 80, a retired iron worker, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of Jersey City, N.J., he moved here from Hernando in 1984. Mr. Hummelgard was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Disabled American Veterans, Chapter No. 149 and Iron Workers Local No. 272 in Miami. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Mr. Hummelgard was preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Ann Hummelgard; by son, Charlie Hummelgard; and by one grandchild.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine E. Hummelgard, Ocala; daugther, Gail Campbell, Richmond, Va.; stepson, Fred C. Reuscher, Ocala; sisters, Dorothy Laaksonen, Ocala, and Gertrude Valdes, Mesa. Ariz.; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

WILDWOOD — Samuel C. Kelley, 44, a tree and lawn maintenance service owner, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000.
Mr. Kelley was a native of Jacksonville. He was a longtime resident of Wildwood. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Kelley; son, Jessee Kelley, both of Wildwood; brother, Franklin Kelley of Bonifay; and sister, Myra Paxton, Oxford; mother, Marie Kelley, Coleman; father, Edward Kelley, Coleman.

OCALA — Burley McVay Lohr, 78, a retail manager, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Washington, Pa., he moved here from Charleston, W.Va., in 1987. Mr. Lohr was a member of Ocala West United Methodist Church and Oak Run Homeowners Association. He was also Oak Run Library copier supervisor. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Lohr, Ocala; sons, Gene Lohr, Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., and Glenn Lohr, Perth, Australia; sister, Dawn Ugron, Buffalo N.Y.; four grandchildren.

FLORAL CITY — Richard H. Quackenbush, 66, retired from the Carmel Police Department (in New York), died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000.
A native of Yonkers, N.Y., he moved here from Hudson four years ago. Mr. Quackenbush was a member of Eagles Aerie and Florida Elks Lodge No. 2520 in Hudson.
Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Norma L. Quackenbush, Floral City; son, Edward Quackenbush, Lake Peekskill, N.Y.; daughters, Arlene Perrot, Scarsdale, N.Y., and Valerie Baldes, Rochester, N.Y.; brothers, Frederick Quackenbush, Carmel, N.Y. A native of Menlo, Ga., she moved here from Alabama 50 years ago. Mrs. Middleton was a member of Central Church of Christ, Pioneer Garden Club and Retired Teachers Association.
Mrs. Middleton was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "J.C." Middleton.
Survivors include her daughters, Judy Clark, Ocala, Nancy Elliott, Gainesville, and Susan Sexsmith, Leesburg; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Harry Morgan Sr., 67, a retired firefighter for city of Point Pleasant Beach, N.J., died Friday, Oct. 6, 2000, at Sylvia's Hospice House.
A native of Newark, N.J., he moved here from North Plainfield, N.J., seven years ago. Mr. Morgan Sr. was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his daughter, Pamela Lee Morgan, Ocala; son, Harry M. Morgan Jr., Montrose, Pa.; sisters, Margie Faigen, Miami, and Ida Morgan, Livingston, N.J.; and two grandchildren.
