OCALA — Phillip H. Sapienza, 65, a retired chief electrical inspector for city of Ocala, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2000, at his home.
A native of New York, he moved here from Queens, N.Y., 27 years ago. Mr. Sapienza was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Elks Lodge, and Pope John Assembly.

A native of Puerto Rico, he moved here from New York 22 years ago. Mr. Vivaldi was Catholic.

DAYTONA BEACH — Kenneth T. Witts, 41, an assistant public defender, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000.
A native of Elizabeth, N.J., he moved to Daytona Beach from Ocala in 1973. Mr. Witts was an attorney for Fifth District Court of Appeals in Daytona Beach.

INVERNESS — George Edward Borelli, 71, a retired sheet metal worker for Republican Aviation, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000.
A native of New York City, he moved here from Bethpage, N.Y., 29 years ago. Mr. Borelli was Catholic. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran.
Mr. Borelli was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Rita Borelli in 1981.
Survivors include his daughter, Christine M. Borelli, Tampa; brother, John Borelli, Bethpage; and a sister, Michelina Hudson, Long Island, N.Y.

A native of Cudahy, Wis., she moved here from Milwaukee 29 years ago. Mrs. Cieske was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church and St. Theresa Women's Guild.

A native of Westmoreland County, Pa., he moved here from Hickory, Pa., 22 years ago. Mr. Errett was a member of Hickory United Presbyterian Church and the Lions Club in Hickory.

OCALA — Charles W. Hummelgard 80, a retired iron worker, died Thursday, Oct. 5, 2000, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of Jersey City, N.J., he moved here from Hernando in 1984. Mr. Hummelgard was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Disabled American Veterans, Chapter No. 149 and Iron Workers Local No. 272 in Miami. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Mr. Hummelgard was preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Ann Hummelgard; by son, Charlie Hummelgard; and by one grandchild.
