OCALA — Eugene L. Maag Sr., 57, a truck driver for RTC in Atlanta, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2000.
A native of Middlesex, N.J., he moved here from Sayreville, N.J., in 1984. Mr. Maag was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Maag, Ocala; sons, Joseph Maag and Eugene Maag Jr., both of Ocala; daughter, Donna Fesler, Summerfield; brother, Tom Maag, Melbourne; and one grandchild.

Eugene J. Smith, 77
SUMMERFIELD — Eugene J. Smith, 77, a retired foreman and meter repairman, died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2000, at Surrey Place of Ocala.
A native of Lake Geneva, Wis., he moved here from Burlington, Wis., in 1990. Mr. Smith retired from Wisconsin Southern Gas Company after 39 years of service. He attended Community Baptist Church of Summerfield and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post No. 2823, Burlington. Mr. Smith served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Rose Smith, Summerfield; daughters, Paula Nelson and Sandra Nelson, both of Belleview; son, David Eugene Smith, Ocala; sister, Betty Fulton, Lyons, Wis.; and four grandchildren.

OCALA — Hattie Smith, 82, a homemaker, died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Mississippi, she moved here from Vicksburg, Miss., in 1984. Mrs. Smith was Baptist.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Katherine L. Wisher, 78
BEVERLY HILLS — Katherine L. Wisher, 78, a retired bank administrative assistant, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2000.
Mrs. Wisher was a native of New York City. She was an active member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Mrs. Wisher served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
She is survived by her sister, Patricia Waterbury, Lady Lake; and several nieces and nephews.

Terry A. Baker, 52
SALT SPRINGS — Terry A. Baker, 52, retired, died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2000, at his home.
A native of Harvey, Ill., he moved here from Corpus Christi, Texas, six years ago. Mr. Baker retired from the U.S. Navy after 22 years of service. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association and Charles Whiteacre Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 10208, Salt Springs. Mr. Baker was Protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Martha E. Baker, Salt Springs; mother, Dorothy Baker, Salt Springs; daughter, Robertta J. Marliere, Lacon, Ill.; and his brother, Timothy Baker, Streator, Ill.

OCALA — Robert F. Bonner, 59, an employee of Kmart Distribution Center, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2000, at his home.
A native of Danbury, Conn., he moved here from New Milford, Conn., in 1988. Mr. Bonner was a U.S. Army veteran. He was an avid golfer and a NASCAR Racing fan.
Survivors include his daughter, Kristine A. Hansen, New Milford, Conn.; son, Kevin W. Bonner, Buffalo, N.Y.; companion, Terry J. Elliott, Ocala; and four grandchildren.

SUMMERFIELD — Rudolph Fischelmayer, 93, a retired butcher, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2000.
A native of Austria, he moved here from Miami in 1980. Mr. Fischelmayer was a member of a Masonic Lodge in Miami. He was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Fischelmayer was Catholic.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Fischelmayer; daughter, Eva Knowles, both of Summerfield; and three grandchildren.

OCALA — Ethel Mildred Harrison, 84, a retired insurance clerk, died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2000, at Sylvia's Hospice House.
A native of Witt, Ill., she moved here from Taylorville, Ill., in 1999. Mrs. Harrison was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was Catholic.
Survivors include her daughter, Beverly J. Byrne, Ocala; son, Allan J. Harrison, Port Angeles, Wash.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

BELLEVIEW — Reidar Lund, 78, a retired manager for General Tire, Akron, Ohio, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2000.
A native of Oslo, Norway, he moved to Belleview from Lady Lake in 1987. Mr. Lund served in the Norwegian Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, U. Rolande Brown, Belleview; daughters, Anna Marie Rife, England and Randi Brisco, Denver; sister, Ann Marie Sundvor, Oslo; and four grandchildren.

Ronald J. Vailancourt, 67
LAKE PANASOFFKEE — Ronald J. Vailancourt, 67, a retired electronic engineer, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2000.
A native of New York City, he moved here from Front Royal, Va., 13 years ago. Mr. Vailancourt retired from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in 1985, after 27 years of service. He was author of Simple Earth Solutions. Mr. Vailancourt was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Calesa Vailancourt, Lake Panasoffkee; daughter, Laure Vailancourt, Westernport, Md.; mother, Ann Vailancourt, Inverness; sister, Barbara Arangio, New Rochelle, N.Y.; and a grandchild.

OCALA — Frank R. Zielinski Sr., 81, a retired longshoreman, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Toledo, Ohio, he moved here 20 years ago. Mr. Zielinski served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was an avid bowler and golfer. Mr. Zielinski was Catholic.
