Daniel M. Kraus, 92
OCALA — Daniel M. Kraus, 92, a retired medical doctor from General Rose Memorial Hospital in Denver, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of New York, he came here from Denver, in 1986. Dr. Kraus was Jewish and was a World War II veteran serving as a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corp. He was also an emeritus fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and was a member of the Colorado Allergy and Asthma Society.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Kraus, Ocala; nieces, Sidonie Kazenel, Montreal, and Marie Field, Cynwyd, Penn.

Louis Kreuscher, 77
OCALA — Louis Kreuscher, 77, a retired maintenance worker for Union Carbide Corp. in New York, died Friday, Nov. 10, 2000.
A native of Perth Amboy, N.J., he came here from Edison, N.J., in 1973. Mr. Kreuscher was Protestant and a member of the American Legion, Masonic Lodge and a scout leader for the Boys Scout of America.
Survivors include his wife, Angie Kreuscher, and son, Gary Kreuscher, both of Ocala.

Ruth L. DeGroff-O'Neil, 74
INVERNESS — Ruth Lois DeGroff-O'Neil, 74, a retired operator for New York Telephone Co., died, Friday, Nov. 10, 2000, at her son's home under the care of Hospice of Citrus County.
A native of Newburgh, N.Y., she came to Inverness from Bridgewater, Mass., 12 years ago. Mrs. DeGroff-O'Neil was Methodist, and a former employee of S. Stroock Co., in Newburgh, and was a civilian employee at West Point's U.S. Military Academy Headquarters Building.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, James C. O'Neil; son, James Martin O'Neil, both of Inverness; sisters, Marion Curlew, Fort Myers, Helen Crawshaw and Ann Mason, both of Newburgh, and Lucille Carbone, New Windsor, N.Y.

BEVERLY HILLS — Virginia Theresa Sestito, 54, a homemaker, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2000, at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness.
A native of New Rochelle, N.Y., she came to Beverly Hills from Irvington, N.Y., three years ago. Mrs. Sestito was Catholic, and enjoyed arts and crafts.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Salvatore Sestito, and parents, Charles P. and Angela M. Bommicino, and daughter, Charlene May, all of Beverly Hills; son, Steven M. Sestito, Largo; and brother, Charles Bommicino, Georgia.

OCALA — Ella P. Washbish, 74, a retired elementary and high school teacher for the Monroe County School System, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000, at her residence.
A native of Key West, she came here 11 years ago. Mrs. Washbish was a member of Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church, Tri- Delta Sorority, and coordinator for the Bilingual School Program in Monroe County.
Survivors include her husband, Donald A. Washbish, son, Leslie A. Washbish, both of Ocala; daughters, Valerie A. Caston, Ocala, and Donnella M. Rivas, Orlando; sister, Ruth Harden, Key West; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Jack N. Widick, 79, a retired executive for American Hospital Supply Corp., died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000, in Ocala.
A native of Ottawa, Kan., he came here from Colorado Springs, Colo., 10 years ago. Mr. Widick was a member of First United Methodist Church in Ocala, and the Friendly Fellowship Class. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Widick, Ocala; son, Charles Widick, Aurora, Col.; sister, Jean Haye, Marco Island; and two grandchildren.

SUMMERFIELD — Harold Draper, 68, a retired machine operator for General Business Form, Chicago, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2000, in Leesburg.
A native of Springfield, Tenn., he moved here from Chicago in 1994. Mr. Draper was a member of St. Theresa's Roman Catholic Church in Belleview.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene.
He is survived by his daughter, Deborah Draper, Summerfield.

OCALA — Claire LaBossiere, 86, a homemaker, died Friday, Nov. 10, 2000, at TimberRidge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Central Falls, R.I., she moved here in 1999. Mrs. LaBossiere was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Dunnellon.
She is survived by her daughters, Jeanne Waterman, Ocala and Irene Henderson, North Carolina; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

A native of North Easton, Mass., she moved here in 1999. Mrs. Scully was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and the Council on Aging.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Benedict Scully; and son, Kenneth Scully.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Pereira, Ocala; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A native of Miami, she moved here from South Miami 38 years ago. Mrs. Williamson was Presbyterian.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Williamson.
