OCALA — Robert E. Hatfield, 84, a retired district manager, died Monday, Nov. 20, 2000, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Chicago, he moved here from Venice in 1994. Mr. Hatfield worked for Timken Roller Bearings of Canton, Ohio, for 43 years. He was a member of Christian Church of Dunnellon. Mr. Hatfield served in the U.S. Air Force.
Survivors include his wife, Eloise Hatfield, Ocala; son, Jack Hatfield, Sharonville, Ohio; daughter, Sarah Wright, Centreville, Va.; and four grandchildren.

Walt Jandula, 60
OCALA — Walt Jandula, 60, an auditor in the motel/hotel industry, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of LaPorte, Ind., he moved here from Osh Kosh, Wis., in 1997. Mr. Jandula served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was Catholic.
He is survived by his sister, Emily Carroll, Ocala.

Norton L. Jones, 88
MCINTOSH — Norton Lewis Jones, 88, a retired transportation officer for the U.S. Government, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000, at the Oaks Resident and Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville.
A native of Old Fort, Ohio, he moved here from Oklahoma City, Okla., in 1985. Mr. Jones was a U.S. Army veteran. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Jones, McIntosh; son, Jackie Wayne Wessel Jr., McIntosh; and sister, Doris Pacilli, Chicago.

Eugene J. Kennedy Jr., 76
OCALA — Eugene J. Kennedy Jr., 76, a test man for Southern New England Telephone Company, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2000, at his home.
A native of New Haven, Conn., he moved here from Port Charlotte in 1996. Mr. Kennedy was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church; Veterans of Foreign Wars; Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks; Loyal Order of the Moose; Knights of Columbus, Port Charlotte; and he was a life member of American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Rita Monahan Kennedy, Ocala; sons, Michael Overfield, North Carolina and Richard Overfield, Strafford, Conn.; daughters, Mary Ann Klein, North Haven, Conn., Beth DeMartino, North Branford, Conn., Jane Kennedy and Joanne Kennedy, both of Branford, N.C.; brother, Joseph Kennedy, New Haven; sister, Ann Dinneen, Wallingford, Conn.; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

INVERNESS — Josephine Margaret LoCurto, 92, a retired waitress, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2000.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., she moved here from Lake Ronkonkoma, Long Island, N.Y., 20 years ago. Mrs. LoCurto attended Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Vito LoCurto, who died on Nov. 2, 1964.
She is survived by her son, Wayne W. LoCurto, Westport, Conn.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Nicolo Lombardo, 61, owner and operator of Lombardo Comfort Shoes and Shoe Repair, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Bagheria, Italy, he moved here from Long Island, N.Y., 16 years ago. Mr. Lombardo was Catholic.

DUNNELLON — Eugene Bell Martin, 69, a computer operator for Florida Center for the Blind Inc., died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2000, at North Florida Regional Hospital in Gainesville.
Mr. Martin was a lifelong resident of Dunnellon. He was a member of First Bethel Baptist Church.

DUNNELLON — Leroy McDaniel, 76, a retired U.S. Postal clerk, died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2000, at Estelle's House.
A native of Blacksburg, S.C., he moved to Dunnellon from Summerfield in 1998. Mr. McDaniel was a member of Dunnellon Church of Christ and the Loyal Order of the Moose, Belleview. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

OCALA — Isabelle Marie Schley, 84, a retired bookkeeper, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2000, at Harborside Health Care Center.
A native of Freeport, Long Island, N.Y., she moved here in 1948. Mrs. Schley retired from Harbor View Horse Farm, after 47 years of service. She was an active member of Grace Episcopal Church. Mrs. Schley served in the Women's Army Corps during World War II.
Survivors include her brother, Herbert C. Schley, Mount Dora; companion, Katharine Bell, Ocala; a niece and one nephew.
