OCALA — Joanne C. Atwater 66, a retired health care administrator, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of Auburn, N.Y., she moved to Ocala from New York in 1991. Mrs. Atwater was Presbyterian.
Survivors include her daughters, Diane Evey, Florence, Ky., and Donna Atwater, Ocala; sons, David Atwater, Auburn, N.Y., and Douglas Atwater, Ocala; sisters, Phyllis Hitt, Frances Wright, and Alma Power, all of Auburn; brothers, Harold Casler, and Harlow Casler, both of Auburn; and five grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Marion County.

Robert H. Collibee, 92
HOMOSASSA — Robert H. Collibee, 92, a retired printer, died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2000, at his home.
A native of Cambridge, Mass., he moved to Homosassa from Warwick, R.I., eight months ago. Mr. Collibee was an Episcopalian. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Mr. Collibee was preceded in death by his wife, Mae K. Collibee in 1962.
Survivors include daughter, Kathleen O'Neill, Homosassa; sister, Dorothy Derning, Everett, Mass.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Stanley H. Deeks, 80
LECANTO — Stanley H. Deeks, 80, a retired National Guard funds manager, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000.
A native of Toronto, Ontario, he moved to Lecanto from Detroit 20 years ago. Mr. Deeks was a member of First Baptist Church of Inverness.
Survivors include his son, Jeffrey Deeks, Lecanto; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Loretta R. De Rosa, 82
DUNNELLON — Loretta R. De Rosa, 82, a sewing sample maker, died Saturday, Dec. 9. 2000 in Crystal River.
A native of New York City, she moved to Dunnellon from Carteret, N.J., 15 years ago. Mrs. De Rosa was Catholic. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
Survivors include her sons, Thom De Rosa, Dunnellon; daughter, Debi De Rosa, Citrus Springs; sister, Pasquina, Italy; and one grandchild.

Jean Grolling, 71
SILVER SPRINGS — Jean Grolling, 71, a homemaker, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000.
A native of East Rochester, N.Y., she moved to Silver Springs from Auburn, N.Y., in 1988. Mrs. Grolling was Catholic.
Survivors include her son, Donald Grolling, North Syracuse, N.Y.; daughters, Wilma Polizzi, Silver Springs, and Marsha Dulen, Hemlock, N.Y.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Ottis Knight, 83
DELTONA — Ottis Knight, 83, a retired cosmetic business owner in Ocala, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000, at his home.
A native of Soperton, Ga., he moved to Deltona from Ocala five months ago. Mr. Knight was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Lollie Knight, Deltona; sons, John Knight, Casselberry, Mike O. Knight, Deltona, and Billy G. Knight, Buford, Ga.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Marion D. Richmond, 82
VERO BEACH — Marion D. Richmond, 82, a retired automotive mechanic, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000.
A native of Covington, Va., he moved to Vero Beach from West Virginia in 1962.
Survivors include his daughter, Veleria D. Langbehm, Ocala.

Ferne R. Robertson, 78
OCALA — Ferne R. Robertson, 78, a retired hair salon owner, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Atlantic, Iowa, she moved to Ocala from Plano, Texas in 1985. Mrs. Robertson was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Michelle Rinehardt, Edmond, Okla., Cynthia Payton, Independence, Mo., Kathryn Green, McKinney, Texas, and Sue Dillon, Overland Park, Kansas; sons, Michael Cook, Addison, Texas, and Charles Cook, Cape Coral; sister, Virginia Archibald, Elk Horn, Iowa; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Clarence J. Simmons, 54
OCALA — Clarence J. Simmons, 54, a retired truck driver for City of Meriden, Conn., died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000.
A native of Meriden, he moved to Ocala from Connecticut eight years ago. Mr. Simmons was Catholic. He was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church; and Meriden Rod and Gun Club.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Susan L. Simmons, Ocala; sons, Jason Simmons, Ocala, and Lance Simmons, Enfield, Conn.; daughter, Suzzane Williams, Middletown, Conn.; brother, Henry Simmons, Southington, Conn.; and two grandchildren.

SUMMERFIELD — Donald E. Wilson, 72, a retired carpenter, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, at his home.

Survivors include his wife, Betty J. Wilson, Summerfield; daughter, Susan Bilyou, Belleview; sons, James D. Wilson, Donald D. Wilson, Daniel G. Wilson, and Michael D. Wilson, all of Wichita, Kansas; sisters, Doris Wescoat, Uniontown, Kansas, and Mary Axtman, Chico, Calif.; numerous grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
