A native of Florida, she was a longtime resident of Ocala. Mrs. Oats was Baptist.
Survivors include her daughters, Minnie Gordan and Sandra Oats, both of Ocala; sons, George Green, Ocala and Alonzo Oats, Waukegan, Ill.; 20 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

A native of Paterson, N.J., she moved here six years ago. Mrs. Raymond was Protestant.

GLADWIN, Mich. — Carl D. Tisch, 90, a retired store manager, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000, at Bay Special Care, Bay City, Mich.
A native of Munith, Mich., he moved here from Fenton, Mich., in 1988. Mr. Tisch was a member of Forest Lutheran Church.

OCALA — Jack Maurice Trout, 82, a retired quality control inspector, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he moved here from Beverly Beach in 1993. Mr. Trout retired from the Ford Motor Company, Warrantee Department, after 39 years of service. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Mr. Trout was Protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Trout, Ocala; daughter, Dorothy A. Allan, Rochester Hills, Mich.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Spencer Vedder, 76, a carpenter in the construction industry, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000.
A native of Schenectady, N.Y., he moved here from Fort Lauderdale 21 years ago. Mr. Vedder was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Doris Vedder, Ocala; daughters, Marilyn Vedder and Phyllis Vedder, both of Ocala; and sister, Ruth Bennett, Keystone Heights.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Herman Wills.
