A native of Kissimmee, he was a former resident of Ocala. Mr. Bright was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Ocala.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine Bright, Leesburg; daughters, Betty J. Williams, Ocala, and Linda K. Catenacci, Appleton, Wis.; sisters, Cleo Thompson, Illinois, and Patricia Odle and Dorothy McKinney, both of Kissimmee; brothers, Odell Bright, Sebring, Erwin Bright, California, and Clarence Bright, South Carolina; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Cole was a native and a lifelong resident of Ocala. She was Methodist.

BELLEVIEW — Charles "Fat Jack" Dickerhoff, 65, a disc jockey, died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2000.
A native of Sandusky, Ohio, he moved here from Colorado Springs, Colo., in 1979. Mr. Dickerhoff was a master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. He was Catholic.

OCALA — Vera Isadora Grant, 80, a retired income maintenance supervisor for the Department of Social Services, New York City, died Monday, Jan. 1, 2001, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Comfort Hall, Jamaica, she moved here from Bronx, N.Y., in 1985. Mrs. Grant was a member of Shores Tabernacle Assembly of God Church in Silver Springs Shores.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan L. Grant, who died on Aug. 22, 1982.

A native of Birmingham, Ala., she moved to Florida in 1925. Mrs. Hancock owned Hancock Nursery in Inverness. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Inverness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles D. "Tony" Hancock.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom High.

OCALA — Donald Thayer Jordan, 83, a retired Fuller Brush salesman, died Monday, Jan. 1, 2001.
A native of Plymouth, Mass., he moved here from Cape Cod, Mass., 15 years ago. Mr. Jordan was a member of United Church of Christ in Ocala; a former member of the American Legion in South Weymouth, Mass.; and a founding member of the New England Club of Oak Run. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
