A native of Martin County, Ky., she moved here from Warfield, Ky., in 1956. Mrs. Stepp was as member of Florida Retired Teacher's Association.
Survivors include her daughter, Joyce Orme, Ocala; son, John Stepp, Lake City; brother, Albert Dempsey, Inez, Ky.; and three grandchildren.

DUNNELLON — Kenneth K. Tharp, 64, a retired master sergeant for the U.S. Air Force, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2001.
A native of Marion, Ohio, he moved here from Illinois one year ago. Mr. Tharp was a member Dunnellon Presbyterian Church; former member of Central Presbyterian Church of Zanesville, Ohio; life member of Robert Ray Berry Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 122, Marion, Ohio; Vietnam Veterans of American, Chapter 42, Zanesville, Ohio; AmVets, Post 1992, Ohio; American Legion; and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Zanesville.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine Tharp, Dunnellon; father, Andrew W. Tharp, Marion, Ohio; daughter, Kim Payne, Delaware, Ohio; son, Rick Tharp, Columbus, Ohio; stepdaughter, Diane Lowell, Lafayette, Ind.; stepson, Douglas K. A native of Johnson City, N.Y., he moved here from New York in 1975. Mr. Wickizer was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

A native of Johnson City, Tenn., he moved here one year ago. Mr. Bristol was a U.S. Army veteran. He was Catholic.

A native of Palm Harbor, she moved to Lake Panasoffkee from Wildwood in 1984. Mrs. Conway was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Trinity Chapter No. 240, Tampa. She was Methodist.

OCALA — Joseph R. Kolbe, 81, a firefighter and housing inspector, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2001, at Sylvia's Hospice House.
A native of Detroit, he moved here from Michigan in 1992. Mr. Kolbe was a member Highland Park Police and Fire Association. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Kolbe was Catholic.

Mr. Paramore was a native and a lifelong resident of Ocala. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. Mr. Paramore was Baptist.

OCALA — Olive "Betty" Plain, 72, a retired clerk for Dade County Tax Collector's office, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2001, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Livonia, N.Y., she moved here from Miami 18 years ago. Mrs. Plain was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Ocala.
She was preceded in death by a son, Terry Plain.

Robert Sinnamon, 80
OCALA — Robert "Bob" Sinnamon, 80, a retired chemical engineer for Dayco Products Inc., died , Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2001, at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Gainesville.
A native of Philadelphia, he moved here from Huntingdon Valley, Pa., in 1979. Mr. Sinnamon was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Mr. Sinnamon served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a prisoner of war for 20 months until freed by Gen. George Patton.
Survivors include his wife, Marion Sinnamon, Ocala; daughter, M. Susan Sinnamon, Ocala; sons, Robert H. Sinnamon Jr. and Thomas H. Sinnamon, both of Philadelphia; sister, Margaret Kienle, Philadelphia; brother, Howard I. Sinnamon, Philadelphia; and nine grandchildren.

A native of Cresson, Texas, she moved here from Midwest City, Okla., two years ago. Mrs. Willhoite was a member of Oak Griner Baptist Church and served as executive secretary for Texas and Southwestern Cattlemen's Association.
