A native of St. Louis, she moved here from Sarasota in 1996. Mrs. Dietz was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church and Top of the World's bridge, social, pinochle and shuffleboard clubs.

HERNANDO — William T. Downs, 83, a retired salesman, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001, in Crystal River.
A native of Chicago, he moved here from Spring Hill in 1985. Mr. Downs was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars in Spring Hill and American Legion in Crystal River. He was Catholic.

A native of Bloomsburg, Pa., he moved here from Albany, Ga., in 1988.

OCALA — Iola Flanders, 96, a retail sales clerk, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2001.
A native of Charleston, S.C., she moved here from Lakeland four years ago. Mrs. Flanders was Baptist.
She was preceded by her husband, Gurden Flanders; and son, Graham Flanders.

ARCHER — Kimberly M. Hall, 21, a sales associate for Zales, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001, at North Regional Medical Center in Gainesville.
A native of Stockton, Calif., she moved to Archer nine months ago. Miss Hall was a member of Valley Springs Christian Center and Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Eugene Hall.

OCALA — Helen "Kitty" Homer, 81, a draftsperson, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of New Haven, Conn., she moved here in 1979. Mrs. Homer was an artist, photographer and an environmentalist. She was an active member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Audubon Society, Marion Friends of Parks and Recreations and a docent at the Silver River Museum.
Survivors include her husband, Frank V. Homer, Ocala; daughter, Valerie Asensio, Austin, Texas; and two grandchildren.

DUNNELLON — George William Seaman, 77, retired, died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001.
A native of Greenwich, Conn., he moved here from St. Petersburg 20 years ago. Mr. Seaman retired from Homelite's Aerospace Division. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 7991 and American Legion Post No. 58. Mr. Seaman served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was Catholic.
Survivors include his sons, James D. Seaman, Cape Cod, Mass., George W. Seaman III, Dunnellon and John M. Seaman, St. Petersburg; daughters, Sharon Sinclair, St. Petersburg and Sheila Greco, Stamford, Conn.; brothers, John D. ANTHONY — Winston DeNon Seiler, 76, a retired water and sewer supervisor for city of Ocala, died Monday, Jan. 29, 2001, at home.
A native of Ocala, he was a lifelong resident of Marion County. Mr. Seiler was a member of Berean Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Vidal.

OCALA — Jack Frank, 81, a plant manager for Maremont Corp., died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2001.
A native of Chicago, he moved to Ocala from Fort Worth, Texas in 1985. Mr. Frank was a member of First Christian Church; and Masonic Lodge member for 50 years in Chicago. He was also a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a retired owner and operator of Antique and Gun Shop.

UNION CITY, Ga. — Edna L. Hernandez, 86, a homemaker, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2001, at the Christian City Convalescent Center in Union City.
A native of St. Augustine, she moved to Union City from Ocala 27 years ago.
Survivors include her sister, Winifred Palumbo, Union City; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A native of Dothan, Ala., he was a lifelong resident of Marion County. Mr. Penuel was a member of Wyomina Park Baptist Church; and the National Rifle Association. He was one of the last home deliverymen for Atlantic Ice, Co.
