SUMMERFIELD — Carmela "Mildred" Dibella, 72, a retired office clerk, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001.
A native of New York City, she moved to Summerfield from Silver Springs in 1999. Mrs. Dibella attended St. Timothy's Catholic Church in Lady Lake. She was a member of Sons of Italy. Mrs. Dibella served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
Survivors include her husband, George Dibella, Summerfield; brother, Frank Altobello; and sister, Gilda Cositore, both of Tamarac.

John L. Lachut, 76
SUMMERFIELD — John L. Lachut, 76, a retired electrician for Texon, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2001, at Sylvia's Hospice House.
A native of West Warren, Mass., he moved here from East Longmeadow, Mass., two years ago. Mr. Lachut was a member of Episcopal Church of St. Mary in Belleview. He served as captain of the East Longmeadow Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Muriel E. Lachut, Summerfield; daughters, Karen E. LaJoie, Bethel, Conn., and Alison E. Watkins, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; son, Jayson J. Lachut, Jacksonville; brothers, Rudolph Lachut, Longmeadow, Mass., and Henry Lachut, Rockville, Conn.; and four grandchildren.

OCALA — William Robert "Bob" Lange, 82, a retired electrician, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., he moved here from Bedford, Va., in 1997. Mr. Lange was a member of Ocala West United Methodist Church and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Louise Holmer and Anne Sohl.
Survivors include his wife, Rona Lange, Ocala; son, Robert E. Lange, Ballston Lake, N.Y.; stepdaughters, Jay M. Blair, Ronanoke, Va., Rhona M. Bandsshaw, Rose Bud, Ark., and Robin M. Whitehead, Sydney, Australia; brother, Harold Lange, Vestal, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

INVERNESS — Joyce Fischer Pierce, 76, a homemaker, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2001.
A native of Minneapolis, she moved here from Kansas City, Mo., in 1985. Mrs. Pierce was a member of Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.D. Pierce.

DUNNELLON — Luca Anthony Poulos, 55, a custodian for Marion County School Board, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Bronx, N.Y., he moved here from Sussex County, N.J., 15 years ago. Mr. Poulos was an active member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and a member of Knights of Columbus Council 9646.

A native of Limestone, Maine, she moved here from Concord, N.H., 25 years ago. Mrs. Roguski was a member Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.

OCALA — Ray "Rebel" Rowland, 79, a retired generator operator, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001.
Mr. Rowland was a native of Ludlow, Mo. He retired from Finch Pruyn and Company after 38 years of service. Mr. Rowland served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Betty Rowland, Ocala; daughters, Donna Clarke, Ocala, Diana Tallon and Sandra Ripley, both of Queensbury, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.

A native of Detroit, he moved here from Birmingham, Mich., 21 years ago. Mr. Thorburn was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Beverly Hills Recreation Club and Fletcher's Organ Club of Crystal River.

PLANT CITY — Willis E. Wirick, 85, a retired office clerk, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, at South Florida Baptist Hospital.
A native of Quincy, Ohio, he lived in Silver Springs for 15 years before moving to Plant City in 2000. Mr. Wirick retired from Merchants Industries after 34 years of service.
