A native of Ocala , he was a lifelong resident of Marion County. He was a member of Belleview Explorers.
Survivors include his father, Thomas J. Vinson, Irvin, Ky.; mother, Gail D. Kugler, Summerfield; sisters, Michelle L. Kugler, Summerfield, Nadeene M. Vinson and Christina F. Vinson, both of Dade City; brothers, John L. Kugler Jr., Ocklawaha, Timothy Kugler, Anthony, James Kugler and Michael Kugler, both of Pennsville, N.J.; grandparents, Willie M. Vinson, Ocala and Benjamin F. Vinson, Webb, Ala.; and great-grandmother, Lola Ducksworth, Sarasota.

Arthur Youmans Jr., 86
SPARR — Arthur Youmans Jr., 86, a welder, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2001, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of Estelle, S.C., he moved here 60 years ago. Mr. Youmans was a member of Southern Home Old Regular Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Navy and Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Laforis Youmans.
Survivors include his daughters, Debora Huck, Sparr and Barbara Buttocovolo, Seffner; sons, Robert Youmans, Ocala, Wilbur Youmans, Lake Wales, Paul E. Youmans, Billy Youmans and Ronnie Youmans, all of Sparr; sister, Mary Smith, Lake Charles, La.; brother, Marion Youmans, Columbus, Ga.; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Mose Adams, 91, a retired taxi driver, died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2001, at Ocala Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Camilla, Ga., he was a longtime resident of Marion County. Mr. Adams was of the Holiness faith.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia T. Adams, Fort McCoy; daughter, Doris Hinton, Atlanta; sons, Harris Adams, Atlanta and Willie R. Richardson, Ocala; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Benjamin S. Bailey, 66
FORT McCOY — Benjamin Sylvester Bailey, 66, a retired welder, died Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2001, at Oakview Rehabilitation and Care Center in Williston.
A native of Holly, W.Va., he moved here from Buffalo, W.Va., in 1986. Mr. Bailey served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He was Protestant.
Survivors include his daughters, Scherrie Hill, Buffalo, Kimberly Lee and Brenda Lee, both of Fort McCoy; sons, Benny D. Bailey, Hog Valley and Tommy E. Longerbeam, Fort McCoy; sister, Arbutus Kinkaid, Goshen, Ind.; brothers, Jackie L. Bailey, Fort McCoy, Joseph Bailey and Franklin Bailey, both of Goshen; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

DUNNELLON — William C. Crouch, 83, a retired electrical meter repairman for the city of Ocala, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2001.
A native of Graves County, Ky., he moved here from Chicago in 1966. Mr. Crouch was a member of Riverland Baptist Church in Dunnellon.
He was preceded in death by a stepson, Donald Presley; and a stepdaughter, Thelma Gray.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Dorothy H. Crouch, Dunnellon; son, Bill Crouch, Paducah, Ky.; daughters, Yvonne L. Barnes, Paducah, Ky., and Debbie Glisson, Ledbetter, Ky.; stepdaughters, Martha H. Climer, Lockport, Ill., and June Presley, Troy, Ala.; stepson, Wayne Brown, Naples; sister, Audrey Gallagher, Dunnellon; eight grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Vivian Vadala, Hernando and Prudence Milano, Marcy; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Samuel Handy, 87, a retired motorman for New York City Transit, died Friday, Feb. 23, 2001, at Estelle's Hospice House.
A native of Savannah, Ga., he moved to Ocala from New York City 12 years ago. Mr. Handy was a member of Ocala Word of Faith.
Survivors include his wife, Daisy Handy, Ocala; daughter, Joan Robinson, Ocala; son, Charles Handy, Ocala; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

LAKE PANASOFFKEE — Raymond A. Heim, 77, a retired management supervisor, died Monday, Feb. 26, 2001.
A native of Manitowoc, Wis., he was a winter resident. Mr. Heim was a life member of Disabled American Veterans. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was Methodist.
Survivors include his wife of eight years, Margaret S. Heim, Lake Panasoffkee and Manitowoc; daughters, Lynn Haefke and Lori Mueller, both of Manitowoc; stepdaughters, Laurie Thuss, Manitowoc and Nancy Sessoms, Grafton, Va.; sister, Shirley Huiting, Green Bay, Wis.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A native of Pennsylvania, he moved to Ocala from Citrus Springs four years ago. Mr. Hoffman was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ, Masonic Lodge No. 318, and Bahi'a Shrine Temple. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Elinor Hoffman, Ocala; daughter, Lisa Hoffman, Melbourne; and two grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Theresa Roberts, Oviedo and Kimberlyn Roberts, Ocala; son, Quinton Roberts, Ocala; sisters, Dr. Barbara R. Brooks and Linda Jackson, both of Ocala; and 10 grandchildren.

SILVER SPRINGS — John J. Santo, 71, a retired meat processor for Oscar Mayer, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2001.
A native of Philadelphia, he moved here 10 years ago. Mr. Santo attended Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church and was a member of Knights of Columbus. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Eileen T. Santo, Silver Springs; daughters, Mary Krause, Fort Lauderdale, Bernadette Hess and Alice Chilktowsky, both of Philadelphia; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Carlisle, who died Oct. 14, 2000.
