BEVERLY HILLS — Jack N. Boyer, 71, owner of Hayes Auto Supply, died Thursday, March 22, 2001 in Lecanto.
A native of Oil City, Pa., he moved to Beverly Hills from Mount Pulaski Ill., 15 years ago. Mr. Boyer was a member of United Methodist Church in Mount Pulaski; Beverly Hills Craftsmen's Guild; Citrus County Craftsman Association; Mount Pulaski School Board; and Mount Pulaski Fire Department.

OCALA — Veronica K. Castleane, 94, a homemaker, died Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at Palm Gardens Nursing Home.
A native of Elizabeth, N.J., she moved to Ocala from Brooklyn, N.Y., in 1973. Mrs. Castleane enjoyed music, arts and crafts, crossword puzzles, trivia and playing the piano.
Survivors include her son, John J. Castleane, Elmont, N.Y.; daughter, Edna DeLuca, New Hyde Park, N.Y.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

DUNNELLON — Dan Crone, 77, a cabinet maker, died Thursday, March 22, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Brownell, Kan., he moved to Dunnellon from Seminole in 1985. Mr. Crone was a member of Ocala West United Methodist Church; and Gideons International. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Mr. Crone was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Jay Crone.

A native of Hamler, Ohio, she moved to Summerfield from Napoleon, Ohio in 1988. Mrs. Davis was a member of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary; and Ladies of the Moose Club of Ocala.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Hart, Orlando, and Cathy Johnson, Summerfield; sister, Mary J. Barns, Ocala; brother, Glenn L. Miller, Toledo, Ohio; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A native of Worcester, Mass., he moved to Gainesville from Worcester in 1988. Mr. Ferrie was former president of Greater Dunnellon Historical Society in 1991. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II.

He was also a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
