Dozier, Watkinsville; sisters, Kelly Rogers, Jacksonville, Luciana Arcesi, Naples, and Marina Arcesi, Watkinsville; brother, Giancarlo Arcesi, Watkinsville; and grandparents, Harry B. Clarkson, Daisy, Ga., Linda Longo, Ocala and Emily D. Dozier, Ellaville, Ga.

WATKINSVILLE, Ga. — Howard Ronald Dozier, 58, a salesman for Carpets Unlimited in Athens, Ga., died Monday, July 23, 2001, at his home.
A native of Ellaville, Ga., he moved to Watkinsville from Ocala two years ago. Mr. Dozier served in the U.S. Army.

OCKLAWAHA — George N. Graham, 77, a retired firefighter, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, at home.
A native of Mineola, N.Y., he moved here in 1960. Mr. Graham was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 4493 in Candler. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Anna M. Graham, Ocklawaha; and sons, William Graham, Key Biscayne, and Gary Graham, Royal Oak, Mich.

Claude J. Hart, 92
DELAND — Claude Joseph Hart, 92, retired owner and operator of a Pontiac dealership, died Sunday, July 22, 2001, at Florida Hospital.
A native of Trumansburg, N.Y., he moved here from Groton, N.Y., in 1972.
Survivors include his son, Robert L. Hart, Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughters, Edith I. Parrish, Groton, Eulynn A. Reck, DeLand, Karen M. Keck, Hamlin, N.Y., and Jeanine Lee Klopp, Holley, N.Y.; brothers, Gerald Hart, Syracuse, N.Y., Earl L. Hart and Carlton Hart, both of Cortland, N.Y.; sisters, Bernice F. Owens, Homer, N.Y., and Marjorie Fulton, Pine Island; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith E. Hart.

OCALA — Jane B. Hewitt, 80, a retired assistant personnel director for Captive Plastics, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Bloomfield, N.J., she moved here from Binghamton, N.Y., in 1991. Mrs. Hewitt was a member of Countryside Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband, William T. Hewitt, Ocala; son, Scott F. Hewitt, Palm City; half sister, Betty Frank, Piscataway, N.J.; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gayle Cantagallo.

William L. Kercher, 56
OCALA — William Lawrence Kercher, 56, an aluminum and vinyl installer for Custom Windows of Ocala, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001.
A native of Chester, Pa., he moved here from St. Petersburg in 1991. Mr. Kercher was a member of Ocala Word of Faith Church. He was Pentecostal.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemary Kercher, Ocala; sons, Glenn Nowell, Fremont, Iowa, and Stephen Nowell, Clearwater; daughter, Charmaine Pecorino, Holiday; father, Skeets Kercher, Fruitland Park; brother, Gary Kercher, Largo; sister, Marlene Larson, Pinellas Park; and eight grandchildren.

Mr. Kouse was a native of Ocala. He was a member of Tolles Street Mission Church.

OCALA — Quastie Lillian Nichols, 83, a homemaker, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, at TimberRidge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Otter Creek, she was a former longtime resident of Dunnellon. Mrs. Nichols was a member of Church of God.
Survivors include her daughter, Lillian H. Waldron, Dunnellon; sons, Eddie Q. Nichols, Panama City, E.J. Nichols, Sparr, Ira J. Nichols and Ronnie E. Nichols, both of Dunnellon; 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Lucille R. Ober, 76, a retired quality control supervisor, died Thursday, July 26, 2001.

Survivors include her daughter, J.M.C. Mott, Citra; brother, A.L. Cribbs, Perry; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.

William T. Wilkerson, 82
GAINESVILLE — William Thornton Wilkerson, 82, a retired chemical operator, died Thursday, July 26, 2001, at Hospice House Care Center.
A native of Buena Vista, Va., he moved here from St. Albans, W.Va., 25 years ago. Mr. Wilkerson retired from Union Carbide, after 25 years. He was Protestant.
Survivors include his wife, Thelma Wilkerson, Gainesville; daughter, Dr. Ruth Wilkerson-Willis, Gainesville; son, Dr. James S. Wilkerson, Ocala; sister, Margaret Robinson, West Virginia; brother, Robert Wilkerson, North Carolina; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Ethel M. Wilkinson, 87
DECATUR, Ill. — Ethel Mae Wilkinson, 87, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001, at McKinley Court.
A native of Kentucky, she was a former resident of Silver Springs. Mrs. Wilkinson was a member of Ocala Bowling Hall of Fame.
She is survived by her sister, Mary A. Price, Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter E. Wilkinson.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa Burkhart, High Springs; sons, Charles W. Burkhart, Arcadia, Edward Burkhart, High Springs and Ronald E. Burkhart, Sarasota; and three grandchildren.

OCALA — George E. Finley, 79, a clerk for the state of Pennsylvania, died Wednesday, July 25, 2001.
A native of Norristown, Pa., he moved to Ocala in 1988 from Lansdale, Pa. Mr. Finley was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a member of Southeast Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Finley, Ocala; daughters, Norma Finley and Bonnie Binder, both of Ocala; sister, Fern Ewing, Lady Lake; brother, Ray Finley, Norristown; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

OCALA — Glenn E. Halbert, 78, a retired executive with Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, D.C., died Thursday, July 26, 2001, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Enola, Pa., she moved here from Laurel, Md., in 1990. Mr. Halbert served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Halbert, Ocala; son, Glenn Halbert, Owings, Md.; daughters, Kathleen Marshman, Portland, Ore., and Joyce Duff, New Market, Md.; sister, Fern Lipsett, Pottsville, Pa.; brothers, Paul Halbert, Spartanburg, S.C., and John Halbert, Machanicsburg, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.
