A native of New York City, he moved here from Long Island, N.Y., 40 years ago. Mr. De Franco was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his son, Frank De Franco, Jacksonville; daughter, Anna De Franco, Beverly Hills; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

DURYEA, Pa. -- Robert H. Drucis, 76, a Conrail employee for 35 years, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2001, in Soddy-Daisy, Tenn.
A native of Mount Carmel, Pa., he was a winter resident of Ocala. He was an associate member of College Road Baptist Church in Ocala and an active member of The Bible Presbyterian Church and Independent Bible Church. Mr. Drucis served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division during World War II.

A native of Miyagiken, Japan, she moved here from Fort Myers in 1976. Mrs. Umpleby worked for Publix the last six years.

DUNNELLON — Charles Edwin Mangum, 76, a retired minister for International Pentecostal Church of Christ, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001.
A native of Little Rock, Ark., he moved here from Flint, Mich., in 1975. Mr. Mangum was a member of Dunnellon Masonic Lodge, American Legion Post No. 58, Disabled American Veterans and an active member of Church of God Ministries of Dunnellon. He served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force during World War II and the Korean War.
