Miss Monroe was a native of Maine. She was a member of Hope Baptist Church and Girls in Action.

SUMMERFIELD — Joan Morehouse, 69, a homemaker, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala.
A native of Saginaw, Mich., she moved here from Frankenmuth, Mich., in 1997. Mrs. Morehouse was a member of Stonecrest Women's Golf League. She was Methodist.
Survivors include her husband, John A. Morehouse, Summerfield; daughter, Barbara Murphy, Covington, Ky.; son, John M. Morehouse, Tampa; and two grandchildren.

DUNNELLON — Edmund Morelli, 89, a retired police lieutenant for Lexington Police Department, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001.
A native of Cambridge, Mass., he moved here from Lexington, Mass., in 1970. Mr. Morelli was a member of Holy Faith Episcopal Church. He served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his son, Jeffrey Morelli, London; and sister, Dora O'Halloran, Waltham, Mass.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances M. Morelli.

OCALA — Aura O. Thomas, 88, retired, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2001, at Ocala Regional Medical Center.
A native of Springfield, Ill., he moved here from Puerto Rico 10 years ago. Mr. Thomas was a 32nd degree Mason, member of Morlite Masonic Lodge No. 105, Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, and a volunteer at Rainbow Springs State Park in Dunnellon.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Alice I. Thomas, Ocala; daughter, Alice M. Toth, Farmington Hills, Mich.; son, Clark D. Thomas, Dearborn, Mich.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A native of San Diego, she moved here from Tifton, Ga., 13 years ago. Miss Wallace was a member of the National Honor Society, Girl Scouts of America, Vanguard's Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corp., Blue Knights and Florida Future Educators of America. Miss Wallace was Baptist.

OCALA — Joseph N. Zinnanti, 88, a retired assistant to the vice president of Borden's Ice Cream, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2001, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., he moved here from Albuquerque, N.M., in 1995. Mr. Zinnanti was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

BEVERLY HILLS — Ann M. Gaumond, 78, a retired Avon cosmetics saleswoman, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, in Inverness.
A native of Quebec, she moved here from Connecticut 13 years ago. Mrs. Gaumond was member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and past president of the Ladies Guild in Connecticut at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed crocheting and knitting.

A native of St. Louis, he moved here from West Palm Beach in 1985. Mr. Kurelmeyer was of Christian faith, a Bible teacher and member of the Christian Businessman's Association. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

She was Catholic.
Mrs. Diaz was preceded in death by a son, Luis C. Diaz.

OCALA — Joyce H. Lengyel, 73, retired director of Clinical Social Work at Geauga Family Services in Chardon, Ohio, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001, at her home.
A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Mrs. Lengyel came here from Chardon, Ohio in 1997.
She was an instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Ohio State University School of Medicine and a clinical social worker with the Family Services Association of Greater Boston. She held memberships with the Licensed Independent Social Workers, National Association of Social Workers and Academy of Certified Social Workers.
Survivors include her husband, Michael J. Lengyel, Ocala; son, Hays R. Lengyel, Syracuse, N.Y.; and one grandson.

Mrs. Matejovitz was preceded in death by her husbands, Max Shaw and Joseph Matejovitz.
