ROBERT IS SURVIVED BY HIS MOTHER, FRANCES MILNE OF HOWARD, KANSAS; SISTER, SANDRA J. SMALL AND HUSBAND ERNEST OF HOWARD, KANSAS; HIS LOVING AND DEVOTED FIANC� SHARON PICKETT OF MINERAL POINT; ROBERT WAS A VERY DEAR AND SPECIAL STEP FATHER, GRANDFATHER, UNCLE AND GREAT UNCLE. HE WAS A CHERISHED FRIEND TO ALL WHO KNEW HIM. IN ADDITION TO HIS FATHER, ROBERT WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS SON CHRISTOPHER MILNE.
ROBERT WAS A LONGTIME AND VERY DEDICATED EMPLOYEE OF PURCELL TIRE AND RUBBER COMPANY IN POTOSI. HIS EMPLOYMENT AND CO-WORKERS WAS HIS LOVE FOR LIFE. ROBERT ENJOYED SPENDING TIME AT WORK.
A KIND AND LOVING MAN WHO WILL BE SADLY MISSED AND LOVINGLY REMEMBERED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM.

KATHRYN ANNE SMITH OF CADET, MISSOURI WAS BORN NOVEMBER 28, 1946 IN PHOENIX, Arizona A DAUGHTER OF THE LATE EMMA (GRANADOS) AND CARROLL GORDEN BROWN. KATHRYN DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT HER HOME ON OCTOBER 4, 2001 AT THE AGE OF FIFTY-FOUR YEARS, TEN MONTHS AND SIX DAYS.
KATHRYN IS SURVIVED BY HER SON HENRY VALENTINO SHUFORD OF POTOSI, MISSOURI; THREE GRANDCHILDREN, DYLAN BLADE SHUFORD, HENRY VALENTINO SHUFORD III, BENJAMIN TRUEBLOOD; ONE SISTER CAROLYN BROWN OF CADET, MISSOURI; ONE BROTHER, WILLIAM CARROLL BROWN AND WIFE MARTHA OF MENLU PARK, CALIFORNIA; NEPHEW RYAN MARCO ROMERO BROWN. IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS, KATHRYN WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER DAUGHTER FRANCES MARIE SHUFORD.
KATHRYN ENJOYED CROCHETING, GOING FOR WALKS AND TOOK SPECIAL TIME TO READ THE BIBLE. SHE HAD A GREAT TALENT OF DRAWING PICTURES AND SHARED THEM WITH HER FAMILY. KATHRYN WAS A MEMBER OF THE 700 CLUB.
SERVICES FOR KATHRYN WERE PRIVATE. A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT A LATER DATE. ARRANGEMENTS WERE UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOMES, POTOSI, MISSOURI.

MAE ALMARINE BATTREAL OF CADET, MISSOURI WAS BORN MONDAY, MAY 11, 1914 IN TIFF, MISSOURI A DAUGHTER OF THE LATE ELZIE (MERCILLE) AND PATRICK JOSEPH BOYER. MAE DEPARTED THIS LIFE THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2001 AT THE GEORGIAN GARDEN NURSING CENTER AT THE AGE OF EIGHTY-SEVEN YEARS, FOUR MONTHS AND TWENTY-THREE DAYS.
MAE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO CLARENCE FRANK "ROSCOE" BATTREAL ON MAY 16, 1934 IN TIFF, MISSOURI. ROSCOE PRECEDED MAE IN DEATH ON AUGUST 23, 1998.
MAE IS SURVIVED BY NINE DAUGHTERS, MARY FARNER AND HUSBAND PAUL OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, LOUISE RIDDLE OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, RUTH GARLAND AND HUSBAND GENE OF ST. MAE ENJOYED GARDENING, PLAYING CARDS, SQUARE DANCING AND COOKING. SHE HAD A GREAT LOVE FOR HER FAMILY AND ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO THE TIME SHE COULD SPEND WITH HER GRANDCHILDREN.
VISITATION FOR MAE WAS HELD FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2001 FROM 5 TO 9 PM AT THE MOORE FUNERAL HOMES, POTOSI. PRAYER SERVICES WERE HELD FRIDAY EVENING AT 7 PM WITH FATHER TED PIEPER.
A FUNERAL MASS WAS CELEBRATED SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2001 AT 10 AM AT THE ST. JOACHIM CATHOLIC CHURCH WITH FATHER TED PIEPER CELEBRATING. MUSIC WAS PROVIDED BY THE CHURCH CHOIR. SERVING AS PALL BEARERS WERE HOLLIS LEE, KEN FRESHLEY, LANCE ERVIN, RAY OSIA, RICHARD GRAVES AND ROSS GRAVES. BURIAL WAS IN THE ST. ED WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO ELLEN LOUISE GLORE ON JUNE 5, 1949 IN FARMINGTON, MISSOURI. THEY WERE BLESSED TO HAVE TWO SONS BORN.
ED IS SURVIVED BY HIS LOVING AND DEVOTED WIFE OF OVER FIFTY-TWO YEARS, ELLEN PRATT OF IRONDALE, MISSOURI; TWO SONS, LARRY E. ED WAS A RETIRED GENERAL ROAD MASTER WITH THE RAILROAD SYSTEM. HE ENJOYED SPENDING TIME IN THE OUT DOORS FISHING AND HUNTING. HIS DREAM WAS TO OWN A FARM AND HE BOUGHT THE FARM IN IRONDALE WHEN HE RETIRED FROM THE RAILROAD. ED ENJOYED LISTENING TO BALL GAMES. HE HAD A GREAT LOVE FOR HIS FAMILY AND EACH OF THEM HELD A VERY DEAR PLACE IN HIS HEART.
