DON LEAVES TO SURVIVE HIM HIS LOVING AND DEVOTED WIFE OF FORTY-ONE YEARS PLUS, ROSE BREWER OF CADET, MISSOURI; ONE DAUGHTER LISA MARIE EVELAND AND HUSBAND BOBBY OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI; ONE SON JIMMY DON BREWER, JR. AND WIFE KATHY OF DEFIANCE, MISSOURI; TWO GRANDCHILDREN, TIMMY JOE BREWER AND KENNEDY MARIE BREWER; ONE SISTER-IN-LAW HELEN BREWER, MINERAL POINT, MISSOURI AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HIS PARENTS DON WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY ONE SON, TIMOTHY JOSEPH BREWER; SEVEN SISTERS, VELMA LEWIS, LULA BOYER, BESSIE HANGER, LENA STRANGE, RUBY GOODSON, HAZEL HARMON AND MARY BLAIR; TEN BROTHERS, VIRGIL LEWIS, ISAAC LEWIS, BILL BREWER, WALTER BREWER, RAYMOND BREWER, ALBERT BREWER, CARSON BREWER, MELVIN BREWER, DARRELL BREWER AND ALFRED BREWER.
DON SERVED HIS COUNTRY IN THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE FROM MARCH 4, 1957 TO JULY 20, 1956. DON WAS A SURFACE TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST ATTACHED TO THE 49TH TRANSPORTATION SQUAD.
DON HAD A GREAT LOVE FOR HIS FAMILY AND ENJOYED ALL THE VISITS AND TRIPS. HE WAS VERY PROUD OF HIS GRANDCHILDREN AND ALWAYS LOVED THE VISITS WITH THEM. DON ENJOYED HORSESHOES, SHOOTING POOL BOTH FOR FUN AND IN LEAGUES, HE WON THE 1994 CHAMPIONSHIP IN TOWER LAKES, FLORIDA. HE ENJOYED GOING FOUR WHEELING FOR HOURS AT A TIME. DON WAS ALWAYS READY TO GET THE MOTOR HOME MOVING TO TAKE A CAMPING TRIP AND EXPLORE THE GIFTS OF MOTHER NATURE. DON RETIRED FROM NABISCO IN 1985 WITH 25 YEARS OF FAITHFUL SERVICE. HE NEVER WANTED TO BE STILL AND TAKE IT EASY, ALWAYS TINKERING FIXING UP CARS AND TRUCKS. HE WOULD WORK AROUND THE HOUSE MAKING SMALL REPAIRS AND TAKING GREAT PRIDE IN KEEPING EVERYTHING LOOKING NICE.
DON'S LOVE FOR LIFE AND CARE FOR PEOPLE DIRECTED HIM TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF FUTURE DOCTORS IN THIS AREA, HE MADE THE CHOICE OF ANATOMICAL DONATION TO THE ST. LOUIS UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER, ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI.
A MEMORIAL MASS WILL BE CELEBRATED SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER, 28, 2003 AT 12 NOON AT THE ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH WITH FATHER GEORGE GALOVICH OFFICIATING. A MEMORIAL DINNER WILL BE HELD SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2003 FOLLOWING THE MASS AT THE ST. JAMES SCHOOL HALL.

BERNARD DEPARTED THIS LIFE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2003 AT THE MINERAL AREA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, FARMINGTON, MISSOURI AT THE AGE OF SIXTY-EIGHT YEARS AND TWO DAYS.
BERNARD IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE PATSY (FLEIG) PRATT OF PARK HILLS, MISSOURI; ONE STEP DAUGHTER, BRIDGET CROSSLAND AND HUSBAND RICHARD OF HEMATITE, MISSOURI; ONE STEP SON JOEY SANSOUCIE AND WIFE TERESA OF CADET, MISSOURI; ONE STEP GRAND DAUGHTER, BRANDI CROSSLAND; ONE SISTER BEA STROUP OF ROGERSVILLE, ARKANSAS; THREE BROTHERS, CHARLIE PRATT OF EUGENE, OREGON, HARRY PRATT OF BONNE TERRE, MISSOURI AND THOMAS PRATT AND WIFE ANNA BELLE OF PARK HILLS, MISSOURI. BERNARD LOVE TO PLAY HIS FLAT TOP GUITAR WITH HIS FRIENDS, HE WAS ALWAYS READY TO HAVE A JAM SESSION AND LOOKED FORWARD TO PLAYING DURING CHURCH SERVICES. HE WAS A HANDYMAN TO WORK ON RADIOS AND TELEVISIONS. HE WAS ALWAYS READY TO GO TO THE FLEA MARKETS AND YARD SALES TO LOOK FOR THE FORGOTTEN TREASURE. BERNARD WOULD RELAX LISTENING TO HIS SCANNER AND TALKING TO HIS MANY FRIENDS ON HIS C.B. WHERE HE WAS KNOWN AS HILLBILLY.

AT THE MOORE MEMORIAL CHAPEL, POTOSI, MISSOURI WITH REVEREND RICK WADE AND REVEREND GARY STABENOW OFFICIATING. NETTIE LOVED THE MANY GIFTS OF MOTHER NATURE AND LOVED TO SEE THE RED BIRDS COME, AS THIS MEANT SOMETHING GOOD WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. SHE ENJOYED PLAYING YAHTZEE AND BINGO. NETTIE WAS VERY ACTIVE WITH HER HANDS AND ENJOYED CROCHETING AND ALL TYPES OF HAND WORK. NETTIE WAS ALWAYS WILLING AND READY TO COOK A MEAL FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. NETTIE WOULD ALWAYS GET UP WHEN THE MUSIC STARTED AND DANCE THE JIG OR SING AND OLD FAVORITE SONG. NETTIE ALWAYS HAD A JOKE READY TO GO FOR HER FAMILY AND GRANDCHILDREN WHICH STARTED THE FUN FOR THEM ALL.
NETTIE WAS A KIND AND LOVING WOMAN WITH OPEN ARMS AND THE WILLINGNESS TO LISTEN TO HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS, LIFE WAS VERY PRECIOUS TO HER AND SHE LOVED THE TIME SPENT HERE WITH ALL.

DONNIE DEPARTED THIS LIFE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2003 AT THE BARNES- JEWISH MEDICAL CENTER, ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI AT THE AGE OF FIFTY- FIVE YEARS, TWO MONTHS AND TWENTY-SEVEN DAYS.

DONNIE LOVED MANY THINGS IN HIS LIFE, MOST OF ALL HIS LOVING AND DEVOTED WIFE AND CHILDREN. SOME OF HIS MOST CHERISHED MEMORIES WERE THE DAYS HE AND JAN SPENT IN THEIR BOAT FISHING, PICNICKING OR JUST SPENDING TIME TOGETHER. HE ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO WHAT LUNCH JAN HAD PREPARED FOR THEM THAT DAY. NOT ONLY WAS HE ALWAYS READY TO TAKE ON THE ROLE OF BEING A WONDERFUL FATHER TO HIS KIDS, BUT ALSO THEIR LOVING AND TRUSTED FRIEND. MANY PEOPLE LOVED AND ADMIRED HIM. LISTENING TO HIS STORIES WERE A FAVORITE PAST TIME BY ALL. HE COULD AMUSE US ALL WITH THE SAME STORY FOR YEARS AND YEARS.
LATER IN HIS LIFE HIS GREATEST JOY WAS HIS TWO BEAUTIFUL GRANDDAUGHTERS. THE JOY THEIR HUGS, KISSES AND SMILES GAVE HIM FILLED MANY OF HIS DAYS. NO MATTER HOW HE FELT HE ALWAYS SPENT QUALITY TIME PLAYING GAMES, CARDS OR JUST PITCHING A FEW BALLS TO THEM. THEIR LOVE DEEPLY WARMED HIS HEART.
DONNIE SPENT MANY HOURS RUNNING BINGO FOR THE AMVETS IN DESOTO. HE GOT A GREAT JOY FROM NOT ONLY HELPING RAISE THE MONEY FOR THE ORGANIZATION, WHICH HE DID VERY WELL, BUT GETTING TO SOCIALIZE WITH ALL THE PEOPLE. HE ALWAYS HAD A WARM SMILE AND A "HOW ARE YOU HON" FOR EVERYONE PRESENT.
DONNIE WAS TRULY ONE OF THE "FEW GOOD MEN" PEOPLE OF ALL AGES LOVED, ADMIRED AND FELT THE WARMTH AND LOVE HE HAD FOR US ALL. HE WANTED US ALL TO LIVE WITH HIS WONDERFUL MEMORIES AND REMEMBER LIFE IS SHORT, LIVE WELL AND BE HAPPY.

ANITA WAS UNITED IN HOLY MATRIMONY TO WALTER "PULLET" VINCENT KINCAID ON MAY 25, 1946 IN OLD MINES, MISSOURI AT THE ST. JOACHIM CATHOLIC CHURCH. THEY WERE BLESSED TO HAVE TEN CHILDREN BORN TO THE UNION. PULLET PRECEDED HIS WIFE IN DEATH ON JULY 11, 1993.
ANITA IS SURVIVED BY FOUR DEDICATED AND LOVING DAUGHTERS, BEVERLY DEGONIA OF POTOSI, MISSOURI; MARY GAMBLE AND HUSBAND ROGER "BUD" OF POTOSI, MISSOURI; YVONNE SHAW AND HUSBAND KEVIN OF DESOTO, MISSOURI; LORIE GILLAM AND HUSBAND TIM OF CADET, MISSOURI; THREE WONDERFUL SONS, GARY KINCAID AND WIFE LINDA OF OLD MINES, MISSOURI; RANDY KINCAID AND WIFE CAROLYN OF OLD MINES, MISSOURI; HOWARD KINCAID AND WIFE TERESA OF OLD MINES, MISSOURI; ONE DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, JOAN KINCAID OF OLD MINES, MISSOURI; TWENTY-TWO GRANDCHILDREN; FOUR GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. ANITA WAS A FAITHFUL MEMBER OF THE ST. JOACHIM CATHOLIC CHURCH, OLD MINES, MISSOURI AND ALWAYS ENJOYED THE VISITS FROM FATHER TED, DEACON STEVE, THE RURAL PARISH WORKERS AND ALL THE OTHER MANY VISITORS FROM THE CHURCH PARISH. ANITA FAITHFULLY SAID HER ROSARY AND READ HER PRAYERS EACH DAY. SHE TAUGHT ALL OF HER CHILDREN THAT GOD IS IN CHARGE AND WE CAN OVERCOME ANYTHING WITH PRAYER.
ANITA ENJOYED CROCHETING AND SEWING FOR HER FAMILY. SHE LOVED TO SPEND TIME AND WATCH THE BIRDS OUTSIDE AS THEY FLEW AND SANG, SHE LOVED FLOWERS OF ALL KINDS ESPECIALLY HER LILIES IN THE SUMMER. ANITA ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO HER SECRET PAL PARTIES AND THEIR OTHER ACTIVITIES. ANITA LOVED TO BE WITH HER FAMILY PLAYING CARD GAMES AND VISITING. SHE HELD DEAR EACH AND EVERY VISIT FROM HER GRANDCHILDREN, ALWAYS TAKING TIME TO SPOIL EACH OF THEM.
ANITA LOVED LIFE AND ENJOYED SHARING BOTH HER GOOD AND BAD MOMENTS WITH HER FAMILY. SHE NEVER FAILED TO GIVE EACH AND EVERYONE THAT STOPPED BY SOME LITTLE HOPE AND A SMILE.

A FUNERAL MASS WAS CELEBRATED TUESDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2003 AT 11:00 A.M. AT THE ST. JOACHIM CATHOLIC CHURCH, OLD MINES, MISSOURI WITH FATHER TED PIEPER OFFICIATING. MUSIC WAS PROVIDED BY THE ST. JOACHIM CATHOLIC CHURCH CHOIR. BURIAL WAS IN THE ST. JOACHIM CATHOLIC CHURCH CEMETERY. SERVING AS PALLBEARERS WERE HOWARD KINCAID, RANDALL KINCAID, JOE DEGONIA, MATTHEW DEGONIA, ANDREW KINCAID, JORDAN KINCAID, DANNY KINCAID AND JEFF MURPHY. HONORARY PALLBEARERS AARON GAMBLE AND SGT. AUSTIN GAMBLE.
A MEMORIAL RECEPTION AND DINNER WAS PROVIDED BY THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS, OLD MINES, MISSOURI FOLLOWING THE GRAVE SIDE SERVICES.

JESSE HADLEY GREEN
JESSE HADLEY GREEN OF IRONDALE, MISSOURI, WAS BORN SEPTEMBER 23, 1908, IN MARQUAND, MISSOURI, A SON OF THE LATE ALFRED S. AND ELLEN (FRANCIS) GREEN. JESSE DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT NHC, DESLOGE HEALTH CARE ON APRIL 28, 1999, HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF NINETY YEARS, SEVEN MONTHS AND FIVE DAYS.
JESSE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO LOLA COBB ON JULY 5, 1942 IN MARBLE HILL, MISSOURI.
JESSE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, LOLA (COBB) GREEN OF DESLOGE, ONE SISTER, MINNIE VINCENT OF CALIFORNIA AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HIS PARENTS HE WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY TWO STEP-SONS, THOMAS AND JIMMY HARRISON AND THREE BROTHER, TONY DEVITT GREEN, WILLIAM F. GREEN AND JAMES ALFRED GREEN.
JESSE ENJOYED WORKING IN THE YARD WITH HIS SHRUBS AND JUST BEING IN THE OUTDOORS. HE LOVED TO TAKE TIME TO TRAVEL AND CAMP. JESSE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT CONCERN FOR OTHERS AND WOULD ALWAYS LEND AN EAR TO LISTEN TO THEM. JESSE ENJOYED WOODWORKING AND MAKING BIRD HOUSES AND GIVING THEM TO HIS MANY FRIENDS. IN HIS RELAXING HOURS HE WOULD PLAY CARDS, READ OR WORK ON A CROSSWORD PUZZLE.
VISITATION WAS HELD THURSDAY, APRIL 29, 1999, FROM 5:00 P.M. TO 9:00 P.M. AT THE GUM & SON FUNERAL HOME IN POTOSI.
FUNERAL SERVICES WERE CONDUCTED FRIDAY, APRIL 30, 1999, AT 11:00 A.M. WITH REVEREND PHYLLIS ANDERSON OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS IN BAKERS CEMETERY IN LUTESVILLE, MISSOURI, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF GUM & SON FUNERAL HOME, POTOSI.
SERVING AS PALLBEARERS WERE, RON KENNON, FREEMAN GREEN, JR., DAVID NOLL, JIM GREEN, GARY GREEN AND BILL GREEN.
