LOUIS, MISSOURI, JANET MORRISON OF O'FALLON, MISSOURI, HIS GOD MOTHER, JUDY EDINGER AND BY MANY OTHER COUSINS, AUNTS, UNCLES AND DEAR FRIENDS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
BRANT WAS A GRADUATE OF RITENOUR HIGH SCHOOL IN OVERLAND. HE WILL BE SADLY MISSED AND LOVINGLY REMEMBERED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM.

THREE DAUGHTERS, SHIRLEY AND HUSBAND DAVE RAMSEY OF WOODRIVER, ILLINOIS, ROSE LEA AND HUSBAND JAMES (BOOTS) COLEMAN OF CADET, MISSOURI, CATHY COMPTON OF BETHALTO, ILLINOIS. SEVEN BROTHERS, JOHN AND WIFE MARY BOYER OF CADET, MISSOURI, DAN BOYER OF POTOSI, MISSOURI, LEE AND WIFE PAT BOYER OF DESOTO, MISSOURI, LAWRENCE AND WIFE NELDA BOYER OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, EDWARD AND WIFE BETTY OF LUEBBERING, MISSOURI, PAUL AND WIFE JOAN BOYER OF ST. HE HAS TWENTY TWO LOVING GRANDCHILDREN, TEN GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND A VERY SPECIAL GRANDDAUGHTER, GENEVIEVE COMFORT.
JOSEPH IS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY ONE DAUGHTER, MARY ELLEN BOYER, ONE BROTHER, JAMES ORVILLE BOYER AND TWO SISTERS, GLADYS BOYER AND MARY CLARK.
JOSEPH SERVED IN THE UNITED STATES ARMY DURING WORLD WAR II. HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE VFW POST IN DESOTO, MISSOURI AND WAS A MEMBER OF THE AMVETS IN DESOTO, MISSOURI. JOSEPH WORKED AT MANY JOBS IN HIS LIFE, POTOSI HEEL FACTORY, L.E. MEYERS DOING CONSTRUCTION, AMERICAN CAR FOUNDRY AND A, P. & L. IN HIS YOUNGER DAY, HE STUDIED TAXIDERMY AND SCIENCES AND HE LOVED TO USE HIS IMAGINATION TO INVENT THINGS. JOE ALSO ENJOYED PLAYING THE FIDDLE FOR FAMILY AND HIS MANY FRIENDS. HE NEVER MET A STRANGER, ALWAYS HAPPY AND CHEERFUL EVEN UNTIL THE END OF HIS MOST REWARDING LIFE AND THIS IS HOW HE WOULD WANT TO BE REMEMBERED.

ELIJA WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO THE LATE ETHELYN "TINY" (GREENLEE) BARTON ON MARCH 8, 1932 IN HILLSBORO, MISSOURI.
ELIJA LEAVES TO SURVIVE HIM TWO SONS, BURGESS AND WIFE CHRISTINE BARTON OF CADET, MISSOURI, CARL BARTON OF HOUSTON, TEXAS. ONE DAUGHTER-IN-LAW, JAQULINE BARTON OF HOUSTON, TEXAS. ONE DAUGHTER, OPAL AND HUSBAND BOB JOHNSTON OF CADET, MISSOURI. THREE BROTHERS, SILAS BARTON OF EMINENCE, MISSOURI, LUVERN AND WIFE FRANCES BARTON OF GLENCO, MISSOURI, DONNIE AND WIFE DORTHY BARTON OF POTOSI, MISSOURI. ANYONE WHO KNEW ELIJA, KNEW HE WAS IN TOUCH WITH MOTHER NATURE. HE ENJOYED ALL OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES, HUNTING AND FISHING WERE HIS FAVORITE. HE ALSO LOVED GARDENING, GETTING HIS HANDS IN THE EARTH. ELIJA WILL BE SADLY MISSED AND LOVINGLY REMEMBERED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM.

HELEN CARTER OF POTOSI, MISSOURI, WAS BORN DECEMBER 29, 1911 AT OLD MINES, MISSOURI. A DAUGHTER OF THE LATE JOHN AND MARY (BOYER) VILLMER. HELEN DEPARTED THIS LIFE ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18, 1999 AT WASHINGTON COUNTY HOSPITAL IN POTOSI, MISSOURI, AT THE AGE OF EIGHTY SEVEN YEARS, NINE MONTHS AND TWENTY DAYS,
HELEN WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO THE LATE GEORGE L. CARTER ON SEPTEMBER 14, 1935 IN OLD MINES, MISSOURI.
HELEN IS SURVIVED BY HER TWO SONS, RAY CARTER AND WIFE JUDY OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, JOHN CARTER AND WIFE BEVERLY OF POTOSI, MISSOURI. HER SIX GRANDCHILDREN, KIMBERLY CARTER OF ST. LOUIS, TERRY CARTER AND WIFE KERRIE OF ST. LOUIS, MICHELLE FORD AND HUSBAND SID OF O'FALLON, MICHAEL CARTER AND WIFE THEA OF KANSAS CITY, KRISTA CARTER OF CAMDENTON AND BRIAN CARTER AND WIFE KERRIE, OF ALASKA. BRIAN AND KERRIE, WITH MUCH REGRET, WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE SERVICES BECAUSE HIS WIFE JUST GAVE BIRTH TO HELEN'S SIXTH GREAT GRANDCHILD, MASON. HELEN IS ALSO SURVIVED BY SEVERAL NIECES, NEPHEWS AND MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS AND HUSBAND, HELEN WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY TWO BROTHERS, MAX AND TONY VILLMER AND ONE SISTER, MARY ROSE BOYER AND TEN HALF BROTHERS AND HALF SISTERS.
HELEN WAS TRULY AN ANIMAL LOVER, WHO ENJOYED TAKING CARE OF AND LOVING HER DOGS AND CATS. SHE ALSO ENJOYED FISHING WHEN SHE HAD TIME. SHE LOVED SOCIALIZING WITH HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS, TALKING AND LISTENING TO ANYONE IN NEED. HER GRANDCHILDREN MEANT THE WORLD TO HER, SHE WOULD SING TO THEM AND THIS WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.
HELEN WAS KNOWN FOR HER KIND AND LOVING SPIRIT, WARM SMILE AND CARING EYES. SHE WILL BE SADLY MISSED AND LOVINGLY REMEMBERED BY ALL WHO KNEW HER.

JAMES HENRY BLAIR OF POTOSI, MISSOURI, FORMERLY OF BELGRADE, MISSOURI WAS BORN MARCH 29, 1919 IN QUAKER, MISSOURI A SON OF THE LATE JAMES HORACE AND VICIE (BEERS) BLAIR. JAMES DIED JANUARY 6, 1999 AT THE GEORGIAN GARDEN NURSING HOME AT THE AGE OF SEVENTY-NINE YEARS, NINE MONTHS AND NINE DAYS.
JAMES IS SURVIVED BY THREE BROTHERS, GEORGE BLAIR OF STEELVILLE, EARL BLAIR OF ARKANSAS AND CARL BLAIR OF STEELVILLE, ONE SISTER MARY RULO OF POTOSI. IN ADDITION TO HIS PARENTS, MR. BLAIR WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY THREE BROTHERS, CHARLIE, BURKET AND JOHN BLAIR; FOUR SISTERS, MARTHA OLIVER, MINERVA MARTIN, BERTHA TURNBOUGH AND DELORES BLAIR.
PRIOR TO JAMES' RETIREMENT, HE WAS EMPLOYED BY THE RAILROAD. JAMES ENJOYED RAISING VEGETABLES IN HIS GARDEN, HE ALWAYS SHARED THE FRUITS OF HIS LABOR IN HIS GARDEN. JAMES LOVED TO SPEND TIME GOING TO FLEA MARKETS AND AUCTIONS TO BUY, SELL AND VISIT WITH HIS MANY FRIENDS.

MICHAEL WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO SALLY RUSH AND TO THIS UNION TWO CHILDREN WERE BORN.
MICHAEL IS SURVIVED BY HIS PARENTS, TWO CHILDREN, JACOB AND SARAH DOYLE OF POTOSI, ONE BROTHER, PATRICK DOYLE AND WIFE SUE OF HERCULANEUM, MISSOURI. THREE SISTERS, MARILYN DECLUE OF ST. LOUIS, KELLY ROWLAND OF FESTUS, MISSOURI AND JEANETTE AND HUSBAND KEITH BECHERER OF FESTUS, MISSOURI, HIS FORMER WIFE, SALLY (RUSH) DOYLE OF POTOSI AND A DEAR FRIEND VALERIE WELDELE OF, AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS.
MICHAEL WAS EMPLOYED AT NESTLE COMPANY IN ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI. HE ENJOYED SPENDING TIME AND SHARING HIS LIFE WITH HIS CHILDREN. IN HIS SPARE TIME HE ENJOYED RIDING HIS HARLEY MOTORCYCLE. MIKEY AS HE WAS KNOWN BY HIS FRIENDS, WAS KNOWN FOR HIS ADVENTUROUS LIFE, MORE AS A LEADER THEN A FOLLOWER. HE HAD A TRUE AND HONEST BELIEF TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS. HE WAS ALWAYS THERE WHEN SOMEONE CALLED FOR A HAND, HIS FRIENDS WERE FAMILY AND TRUE PEOPLE. MIKEY WAS A RESPECTED MASTER MACHINIST, HE WAS DEDICATED TO PRECISION. AN ARTIST WITH A WRENCH, HE MADE MECHANICS SEEM SO SIMPLE.
WE ALL LEARNED SOMETHING FROM HIM, HIS SUNNY PERSONALITY BROUGHT SUCH A WARM SPECIAL JOY INTO OUR DAYS.
A KIND AND LOVING FATHER, DEAR SON, CHERISHED FRIEND WHO WILL BE SADLY MISSED AND LOVINGLY REMEMBERED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM.
