Rosalee A. Roby, 68, of Davison, died Friday, March 10, 2000.
Born Jan. 7, 1932 in Gladwin, she was the daughter of Alwin and Carol (Wilson) Curtis. She was a resident of the Davison area most of her life.
Rosalee married John Roby, July 18, 1959 in Gladwin. She was a member of the Richfield United Methodist Church, Girl Scout Leader, Jobs Daughters Bethel 20, Order of the Eastern Star #299 and White Shrine of Jerusalem #56.
Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Kathy and husband Rodney Hawks of Davison; three grandchildren, Danielle, Cassandra and Brandon; three sisters, Dorothy and husband Bill Berry, Peggy and husband Floyd Thomas, and Myrtle and husband Jim Phillips; one brother, Jack and wife Jean Curtis; one sister-in-law, Joy Curtis; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Katie and Ed Roddan; and one brother, William Curtis.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 14 at Allen Funeral Home with Pastor Dorothy Rossman officiating. Burial was in Davison Cemetery. A memorial service was conducted by the Davison Chapter #299 OES at 7 p.m. Monday, followed by a memorial service conducted by White Shrine of Jerusalem #56 at 7:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Richfield United Methodist Church.
Steven Joseph Zunich, 35, of Hope, died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 14, 2000 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Saginaw as a result of a sudden illness.
Born Sept. 3, 1964 in Lincoln Park, he was the son of Charles B. and Barbara (Landry) Zunich.
He earned his BS degree in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1984.
Steven married the former Vicki L. Rusho, Aug. 25, 1990, in Bay City. He worked at Dow Corning for 15 years, where he was employed as a product development supply manager.
He enjoyed boating, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, four-wheeling, but spending time with his family was his biggest joy of all.
Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Charles Steven and Matthew Joseph, both at home; his parents, Charles and Barbara Zunich of Hope; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bonnie and Rodney Rusho of Defiance, Ohio; two brothers, David and Daniel, both of Hope; two sisters, Doria Zunich, of Hope, and Sheryl and husband Tom Weber of Blythewood, S.C., Daniel of Hope; grandmothers, Mary Zunich of Hope and Cecile Landry of DeLand, Fla.; brother-in-law, Todd Rusho of Defiance, Ohio; sister-in-law, Wendy and husband Jon Forro of Linwood; nieces and nephews, Jennifer and Eric Zunich, and Christina and Christopher Forro.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Michael Zunich Sr. and A. Joseph Landry.
Services took place at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church with Rev. John Pohanka officiating. Burial was in New Calvary Cemetery.

Martin Lloyd "Mac" McIntyre, 76, of State Center, Iowa, went to be with his Lord, Saturday, March 4, 2000, at the V. A. Hospital in DesMoines, Iowa.
Born April 24, 1923 in Marshalltown, Mac was a longtime resident of Beaverton, where he was a custom rifle builder and gunsmith, operating 'Macs Gun Shop.'
He was a member of the Beaverton Masonic Lodge and was a pilot in World war II.
Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Anita; one son, Eldon and wife Donna of Turpin, Okla.; two grandsons; one granddaughter; and five great-grandchildren.
