Ronald Andrew Ambrose Sr., 50, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2002.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 15 at Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Robertson Cemetery at Cadiz, Ky.
He was an employee of Ford Glass Plant in Nashville and a member of local #737.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Gale Williams Ambrose; father, John Paul Ambrose, Taylor, Mich.; two sons, Ronald A. Ambrose Jr., and Ray Aaron Burke, both of Michigan; two stepsons, Scott E. Williams and Daniel L. Williams, all of Hopkinsville, Ky., brother, Russell Ambrose of Taylor, Mich., two grandsons, one step-grandson.

Willie Bowman
Willie Belle Bowman, of Ashland City, died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2002.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Jan. 13 at Cheatham County Funeral Home with Brother Hubert Raines officiating. Burial followed in Forrest Hill Cemetery in Ashland City.
Serving as pallbearers were grandsons, Charles Bowman, David Hamlett, Jeff Boyd, Tim Boyd, Paul Nichols, Roger Newman.
She was preceded in death by husband, Kenard Bowman; son, Hugh Bowman; and daughter, Margaret Hamlett.
She is survived by daughter, Marie (Fred) Boyd of Ashland City; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Cheatham County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Joseph Claytor Jr.
Joseph Ernest Claytor Jr., 70, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002, at his home in Orlando, Fla.
A private memorial service is planned in Orlando.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Joseph E. Claytor Sr. and Ethel Carter Claytor.
He is survived by sons, Joseph Ernest Clayton III (DeEtta), Shelbyville and Sterling Franklin Claytor, (Leah), Pleasant View; daughter, Kim Engelman (John) LaVergne; sisters: Jean, Mary and Frances, four grandsons, four granddaughters, one step-granddaughter and step-mother, Sue Claytor, Nashville.
Gail Wynn’s Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
Penny Sesler
Penny Lynn Sesler, 37, of Pleasant View, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at her home.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Jan. 13 at Boyd Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Dunlap officiating. Burial was in Mallory's Cemetery in Chapmansboro.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Sesler; her father, Bobby N. Phillips; her mother, Mallon Binkley Phillips; her grandmother, Mabel Binkley of Ashland City; son, Brandon P. Stotts of Pleasant View; daughter, Kayleigh P. Sesler of Pleasant View; brother Ricky N. Phillips of Pleasant View; and sister, Robin Phillips Black of Erin.
