BLANCHE L. BEISSWENGER, 83, of Englewood died Monday. Before retiring, she was an educator at Dwight Morrow High School, Englewood, and was a member of the New Jersey Education Association. THE REV. LELAR J. BROWN, 83, of Paterson died Friday. She had been a domestic worker. She was an ordained minister at Universal Hagars Spiritualist Church, Hackensack, where she served as state president and secretary of the prayer band.
