GERARD R. BOYCE, 46, of Franklin Lakes died Monday. He was a partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, New York City. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, he received a law degree from Seton Hall University and a master's degree in taxation from New York University. He was a columnist for the New York Law Journal and a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association. A certified public accountant, he was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He was a member of the New York City, New York State, and American Bar associations.
