PATRICK J. CAULFIELD, 80, of Hackensack died Tuesday. He had been a professor at St. Peter's College, Jersey City, chairman of its education department, and director of its reading center. A graduate of St. Peter's, he received a master's degree from Fordham University in the Bronx. He was an Army veteran of World War II and recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. THE REV. JOHN A. TRACY, 75, of Hawthorne died Wednesday. Before retiring in 1995, he was the administrator and pastor of St. Bridget R.C. Church, North Bergen, and a member of its Knights of Columbus. He was a graduate of Seton Hall University and Immaculate Conception Seminary. He was ordained a priest in 1952. He also had served at St. James R.C. Church, Newark; Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Secaucus; and as chaplain at St. Mary Hospital, Hoboken. He served for 34 years at St. Stephen R.C.
