THOMAS S. BALIGA, 51, of Paramus, formerly of Little Ferry, died Saturday. He had been an assistant superintendent of the Department of Public Works in Little Ferry, where he worked for 17 years. He was a parishioner of Annunciation R.C. Church, Paramus. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 5680 and was vice president of the Republican Club, both in Paramus. He was a former member of the Paramus Planning Board. Arrangements: Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Fair Lawn.
JOHN W. "BILL" BUCZEK, 87, of East Rutherford, formerly of Clifton and Wallington, died Friday. Before retiring in 1987, he was a custodian and fireman for Passaic High School, where he worked for 15 years. Previously, he worked for Manhattan Rubber Co., Passaic. VICTOR E. BULL, 77, of Oak Ridge, formerly of Paterson, died Saturday. Before retiring, he was vice president and branch coordinator of Irving Savings and Loan, Paterson. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a member of Milton United Methodist Church, Oak Ridge, and the Masonic lodge in Wyckoff, and was a former member of the Paterson Kiwanis Club. Arrangements: Moore's Home for Funerals, Wayne.

HELEN KEOLEIAN MEGERDICHIAN, 91, of Hackensack, formerly of Union City, died Sunday. She was born in Turkey. Before retiring, she was a seamstress. He also was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Prisoners of War Post 3, and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 2, all in Clifton. He was a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle R.C.
