PETER BARCELONA, 70, of Newton, formerly of Lodi, died Monday. He had been a chef for the Sussex County Homestead in Frankford Township. Previously, he owned Barcelona's Restaurant, Lodi. JOHN W. BELL, 73, of Wood-Ridge died Monday. Before retiring in 1985, he was a machinist for Public Service Electric and Gas Co. for 38 years and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Local 853. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, and a member of American Legion Post 69 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3149, both in Carlstadt, and the Marine Corps League in Nutley.
