He had been a U.S. Bankruptcy Court trustee for the District of New Jersey and a medical administrator for John Niccollai Medical Practice, Little Falls. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa. He was a member of the Italian Circle, Paterson, and the finance committee of the New Jersey Democratic Party.
