DOROTHY MURPHY BRYAN, 81, of Fair Lawn died Friday. Before retiring in 1981, she was an office manager for Great Lakes Paper Co., Paterson, where she worked for 10 years. RICHARD P. CAPUANO, 72, of Emerson died Saturday. Before retiring in 1993, he was a pressman for the New York Daily News, where he worked for 45 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Before retiring in 1986, he was a stationary engineer for Colgate-Palmolive Co., Jersey City, where he worked for 34 years, and he was a member of the company's Retirees Association. ARTHUR G. GAERTNER, 87, of Raleigh, N.C., formerly of Ridgefield Park, died Saturday. Before retiring in 1981, he was a teletype writer for the Stars and Stripes newspaper, New York City, where he worked for 35 years. Subsequently, he was a crossing guard in Ridgefield Park. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post 40, Ridgefield Park. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Ridgefield Park, where he was an elder and Sunday school teacher. He also was a member of the Ridgefield Park Seniors.
