Alessandra Renee Cazares
Memorial services for Alessandra Renee Cazares, one day old, of West
Monroe were held Dec. 17, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
Alessandra died on Dec. 12 at the LSU Medical Center in Monroe.
Survivors include, her parents, Wendy Clark and Lucio Cazares; two brothers, Juan and Carlos Cazares; sister, Isabel Cazares; grandparents, Atilano Cazares and Juana Santana all of Mexico, Katherine Clark and David Morris of Sterlington, LA and Warren and Denise Clark of East Moline, IL; aunts and uncles, Lorena Cazares of Mexico, Daniel Clark of East Moline, IL, David Morris Jr. of Sterlington, LA, Richard Morris and wife Susan of West Monroe, LA, Felipe Cazares of Dallas, TX, Francisco, Miguel Angel and Atilano Cazares all of West Monroe, LA; Galdino Cazares of OK, Felimon Cazares of Dallas, TX and Jose Alejos Cazares of Mexico.
Mr. John Thomas Gibson
Services for Mr. John Thomas Gibson, 73, of West Monroe, were held Dec. 12 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Larry Mudgett officiating. Burial will be in the Twin Cities Memorial Gardens in West Monroe.
Gibson was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Monroe. He was a past president of the local Transit Union where he received many achievements and awards. Gibson is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Dewey and Mary Mignon Terry Gibson and brother, Terry Alexander Gibson and sister, Margie Gibson Whitlock.
Survivors include, his spouse of fifty-four years, Margaret Means Gibson; four children, Gary Lee Gibson of Virginia Beach, VA, Carolyn Underwood of West Monroe, LA, Dianne Wall of West Monroe and Debra LaDart and husband J.P. of Monroe; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sister, Imo Jean Stroupe of Garland, TX
Pallbearers were Justin Fowlkes, J.P. LaDart, Stan Wall, Gary Gibson, Beau Danner, Daniel Danner and Steve Underwood
Ella Mae Haye
Services for Ella Mae Haye, 92, of Rocky Branch were held Dec. 13 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Rock Branch with Mickey Bounds and Rec. Paul Carter officiating.
Interment was held at Rocky Branch Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Haye passed away on Dec. 11 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Elton Haye. Her boundless love of the Lord, her children and her church will forever be remembered. Haye's hobbies included gardening and quilting. Her quilts will be remembers as treasures with many memories for her family and friends. Her family will always reflect upon her selflessness and always providing love and support for them.
Survivors include her daughters, Peggy Touinau, Ronnie Neese and husband Harry of Rocky Branch; sons, John Ed Haye and wife Polly of Farmerville, Nickey Haye and wife Linda of Rocky Branch; sister, Winnie Richardson of Farmerville; eight grandchildren ten great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren and numerous special nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were J.C. Honeycutt, Chris Haye, Greg Haye, Casey Chapman, J.C. Ainsworth and Johnny Roan.
Honorary Pallbearers were Deacons of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and Rocky Branch Baptist Church.
FLORENCE L. HINTON
Services for Mrs. Florence L. Hinton, 90, of Monroe, were held
Dec. 15, in Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel in Monroe, with Dr. James Parker officiating.
Burial will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Hinton, a Nurse's Aide, died Thursday, Dec. 10, at North Monroe Medical Center. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and Eastern Star, Dixie Chapter.
Survivors include her son, J. M. Hinton of Monroe; daughter, Sara Herrock and husband John of Butler, PA; grandchildren, John Herrock and wife Lisa, David Hinton, Barbara Hinton, Gretchen Herrock and Sharon Herrock; great grandchildren, Tanner James Hinton, Owen Thomas Herrock, Olivia Grace Herrock, Emma Garvin Herrock, and Caitlin Bess Herrock; brother, J. P. Leveritt of Little Rock, AR; and sister, Melissa Bugh of Ashdown, AR.
