Doyle Foy
Funeral Services for Mr. Doyle Foy, 67 of Choudrant were held Feb. 24 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Billy Ray And Elizabeth Foy officiating. Burial follow ed at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Swartz.
Foy was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph Foy and Beatrice Carter and by one sister, Ethel Bordelon.
Survivors include, daughter, Yvette Haley and husband David of West Monroe; sons, Larry Foy of Choudrant and Rodney Foy of Kent, WA; step-daughter, Tammy Soileau of West Monroe, LA; two grandchildren, Harrison Haley of West Monroe, LA and Alexandria Foy of Kent, WA; brothers, Richard Foy and wife Judy and Billy Ray Foy and wife Elizabeth; brother-in-law, Rudy Bordelon.=
Pallbearers were Larry Foy, Rodney Foy, Jeff Bordelon, Perry Bordelon, Ashley Foy and Stewart Foy.

Gladyce F. Gallaspy
Services for Mrs. Gladyce F. Gallaspy, 93, a former resident of West
Monroe, were held Feb. 23 at First Baptist Church of Monroe with Dr. Randy McGee officiating.
Burial was in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Gallaspy was born January 15, 1911 in Pelahatchie, MS and died Feb.19, in Mobile, AL. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Ella Jones Fortenberry of Monroe, LA and the widow of Dr. Glenn Todd Gallaspy, Sr. of West Monroe. A native of Mississippi, she lived in West Monroe for 60 years, and had been a resident of Atria Assisted Living in Mobile for the past five years. She was a homemaker and a registered nurse employed by Glenwood Hospital for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, the Glenwood Hospital Auxiliary and the Eastern Star of Louisiana. Her parents; husband; sister, Roma Hutchison of West Monroe; and three brothers, Horace, Guy and John Fortenberry all of West Monroe preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn G. Yelverton and Dr. Robert Yelverton of Tampa, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Glenn Todd Gallaspy, Jr. and Sue Ellen Gallaspy of Mobile, AL; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and three sisters, Alice Davis of Monroe, Lila Williams of West Monroe, and Dell Agusiewicz of Annadale, VA.
Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers were Mrs. Gallaspys nephews.

Cecil Ronald "Ronnie" Pennington
Services for Cecil Ronald "Ronnie" Pennington, 54, of West Monroe, were held Feb. 25 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in West Monroe with Rev. Mark Fenn officiating.
Interment was held at the Twin Cities Memorial Gardens in West Monroe under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Pennington died Feb. 23 at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Pennington was employed as a Technical Service Representative with Diebold, Inc. for over 25 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served two tours in Vietnam aboard the United States Navy destroyer USS Hollister, DD788. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and brother and will be missed by all.
Survivors include his daughter, Martha Pennington; two granddaughters, Amber Leanne and Leslie Nicole LaMartiniere; one grandson, Kaleb Patrick Poland all of West Monroe; sister, Alice Hammett and husband Don Hammett of Monroe; brothers, Guy S. "Penny" Pennington, Jr. and wife Barbara of Bossier City, Robert E. "Bob" Pennington and wife Margie of LaGrange, TN; twin brother, Carroll D. "Donnie" Pennington and wife Irma of West Monroe; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

Edward H. Poe
Services for Edward H. Poe, 69,of Eros, were held Feb. 225 at Community of Christ Church with JW Bunn and J. P. Mobley officiating.
Interment was held at the Community of Christ Church in Eros under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.
Poe died Feb. 24 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center.
Poe was preceded in death by his parents, Eunice and Hugh Poe, two sisters, Daisy Lewis and Betty Mobley and two brothers, Tommy and Lavelle Poe.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years Laureal Wright Poe; children, Steve Poe and wife Debbie, Robert Poe, Patricia Walker, Edwin Poe and wife Wendy, Denise Lewis, Dallas Poe and wife Lorrie; sisters, Lavce Pury, Lavenia Jamanville, Maxie Sisson, Mary Holloway, Sharon Fowler; 16 grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Ken Ogden, Wayne Martin, Billy Fuller, Mickey Russell, Terry Fuller and Bobby Fowler.

Mauricettemont Jaux Roberts
Services for Mauricette Mont Jaux Roberts, 66, of Monroe, were held Feb. 25 at First Baptist Church of Swartz, with Dr. Collin Wimberly officiating.
Burial was in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Roberts died Feb. 23 at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Swartz, Bayou Oaks Garden Club, and Codofil of Louisiana.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse V. Roberts of Monroe; son and daughters-in-law, Harold and Deina Roberts of Monroe; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Keith Vangilder of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Jessica, Andy and Caroline Roberts and Matthew Vangilder; and sister, Martine Gwozdz of France.
Pallbearers were Louis Auttonberry, Lawrence Bingham, Gary Breland, George Delahoussaye, Bob Hitt, and Sam Hixon. Honorary pallbearers will be David Gwozdz, Florent Gwozdz, Luc Montjaux, and Richard Montjaux.
