Brett Davis
Brett John Davis, 38, died Sunday, June 8, 1997, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott.
He was born Sept. 16, 1958, in Patterson, N.J., to Conley and Marion Helen (Amos) Davis.
Mr. Davis served in the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1984 and had worked in advertising. He moved to Arizona from Reno, Nev., in March of this year.
Survivors include his mother, Marion Davis of Haskell, N.J.; grandparents, Jesse and Ester Davis of Oneonta, N.Y.; brother, Michael Davis of Prescott Valley; and sisters, Sheryl, Bonnie and Vicki Davis, all of Haskell, N.J., and Becky Purdy of Manasquan, N.J.
A graveside service with full military honors will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.

Celestial Kobialka
Celestial Hope Kobialka, infant daughter of Trish and Shane Kobialka of Prescott, died Thursday, June 5, 1997, at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her parents; grandparents, Steve and Carol Patterson of Prescott, and Donna Kobialka of Jackson Hole, Wyo., and John Mueller of San Diego, Calif.
A graveside service was held at Mountain View Cemetery.

Mary Thonhoff
Mary Elizabeth Thonhoff, 65, died Monday, June 9, 1997, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 30, 1931, in Salida, Colo., to Lois (Ferrelli) and Joseph Martellaro Sr.
Mrs. Thonhoff graduated from Salida High School in Salida, Colo. She moved to Phoenix in 1970 from Miles City, Mont., and in 1994 to Prescott Valley. She was a member of St. Germaine Catholic Church in Prescott Valley and was an active member of the Cursillo movement. She enjoyed getting things ready for the next family outing for such activities as boating, camping, and sand railing.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Norman "Hap" Thonhoff; sons, Kevin H. Thonhoff of Poncha Springs, Colo., and Aaron J. Thonhoff of Chandler; daughter, Darlene Lois Valencia of Prescott; brothers, Karl Martellaro, Joseph Martellaro Jr., and Gene Martellaro, all of Salida, Colo.; sister, Jenny Nelson of Salida, Colo.; and four grandchildren.
A scripture and rosary service will be said at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St. in Prescott.
A memorial funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury Ave., with the Rev. Frank Pyka, C.F.M., as the celebrant.

Philip Ausman
Philip T. Ausman, 80, a Prescott resident, died Sunday, June 8, 1997, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 18, 1916, in Long Beach, Calif., to Wallace and Gwendolyn Ausman.
Mr. Ausman served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II and was a HAM radio operator. He worked for Northrop Aircraft in California for more than 35 years. He loved playing the piano and organ.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Elizabeth of Prescott; son, Loren D. Ausman; daughter, Julie C Horvath; sister, Carole Neward; and four grandsons.
Private services were held.

Charles Sutton Sr.
Charles R. Sutton Sr., 66, died Sunday, June 8, 1997 in Prescott Valley.
He was born Nov. 17, 1930, in Polaski County, Ind.
Mr. Sutton moved to Prescott Valley in 1995 from New Mexico. He worked at U.S. West Communications, retiring in 1982.
Survivors include sons, Charles R. Sutton Jr. of Van Nuys, Calif., Edward D. Sutton of Mayer, Daniel J. Sutton, Richard W. Sutton, and Russell W. Sutton, all of Phoenix; daughters, Lisa C. Sutton of San Diego, Calif., and Patty J. Crouse of Prescott; and six grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held in Indiana at a later date.

Wynoma Belders
Wynoma Ruth Belders, 86, a former Prescott resident, died March 1, 1997.
She was born Nov. 24, 1910, in Miami, Okla.
Mrs. Belders was associated with American Laundry and Dry-cleaning for 32 years. When she retired she was a bookkeeper for the company. She was a member of the Business Women's Association of Prescott and the Rebekah Lodge.
Survivors include daughters, Betty L. Ludwick and Edna Jane Taylor; sister, Genevia Thomas; five grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren.
