E. Watts Collier, well-known rancher and businessman, died Wednesday, June 11, 1997, at a local care center.

Adeline Jorgensen
Adeline L. Jorgensen, 83, a Prescott resident, died Wednesday, June 4, 1997, in Phoenix.
She was born June 28, 1913, in Spooner, Wis., to Christian and Louise Stellrecht.
Mrs. Jorgensen lived in the Prescott area from 1977, after retiring from Park Central Medical Laboratory in Phoenix., until the death of her husband. They had one of the first cabins in Groom Creek, being built in 1972. She recently returned to live in Prescott.
Survivors include daughters, Karen Rodinis of Prescott and Carmen Heuer of Phoenix; sister, Hilda Malmquist of Minnesota; brother, Milton Stellrecht of Wisconsin; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Waldo, in 1991.
Services were held at Mortensen Kings Funeral Center in Phoenix.
Dr. Nathan Goff Jr.
Dr. Nathan W. Goff Jr., 47, died Tuesday, June 10, 1997, at his home in Prescott.
He was born June 28, 1949, in Boston, Mass., to Nathan and Ruth-Marie (Bratt) Goff.
Mr. Goff received his BS degree in chemistry from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minn., in 1971. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with his medical degree in 1976. He served his internship and residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, and moved to Prescott in 1980. He practiced medicine in Prescott Valley for 15 years.
He was a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and was board-certified in internal medicine and geriatrics. He was a Prescott Free Clinic volunteer and served as medical director for Yavapai Regional Medical Center Hospice from its origination in 1981 to 1993.
He was a member of Prescott First Baptist Church and served as a deacon, as well as teaching mid-high Sunday school. He enjoyed hiking, canoeing, and rafting, especially the Grand Canyon.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy of Prescott; son, Nathan Carl Goff of Prescott; daughter, Joy Hannah Goff of Prescott; parents, Nathan and Ruth-Marie Goff Sr., of Sun City; brothers, Joel Goff of Minnetonka, Minn., and Daniel Goff of Ahwatukee; sisters, Priscilla Volker of Mesa and Deborah Kalb of Westminister, Colo.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Goodwin and Marina streets in Prescott.
Memorial donations may be made to YRMC Hospice, Restricted Account, 1003 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, AZ 86301 or the Nate Goff Memorial Medical Education Fund, payable to Yavapai Regional Medical Center.

Leo Leonard
Leo A. Leonard, 50, died Thursday, May 29, 1997, at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 15, 1946, in Saginaw, Mich.
Mr. Leonard was a 1964 graduate of T.L. Handy High School in Saginaw, Mich., and served with the U.S. Armed Forces in Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, Laura (Frasier) Leonard; daughter, Rebecca Ann Leonard of Saginaw, Mich.; son, Michael Albert Leonard of Saginaw, Mich.; mother, Justine Leonard of Bay City, Mich.; sisters, Susan Mitas of McKinney, Texas, Sarah Baker of Point Charlotte, Fla., and Mary Clayton of Sanford, Mich.; brothers, Joseph Leonard of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Thomas Leonard and James Leonard, both of Bay City, Mich.
He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Leonard, in 1975.
A reception of family and friends will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday at the home of Pat and Lenore DeRosa, 830 Heritage Circle, in Prescott.
A funeral service was held in Michigan.

Leo Leonard

Leonard Hamilton
Leonard Porter Hamilton, 86, a part-time resident of Prescott, died Sunday, June 1, 1997, at Sun Health Care Facility in Sun City.
He was born June 24, 1910, in Baxter, Iowa, to Walter and Nellie Hamilton. He was a ranch manager in the Tolleson area from 1947 until his retirement in 1976.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Hamilton of Sun City; sister, Betty Schroyer of Dunlap, Calif.; son, Jack Hamilton of Mountain Home, Idaho; daughter, Judi Hamilton of Chino Valley; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A private family service was held.

Evelyn Thompson
Evelyn Mae Thompson, 81, died Tuesday, June 10, 1997, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 31, 1916, in Warsaw, N.Y., to Glen and Bertha (Cooper) Richmond.
Mrs. Thompson moved to Prescott 12 years ago from Mineola, N.Y.
Survivors include her brother, John Scudder of California and a step-sister, Laura Schurr of Syosset, N.Y.
