From Yavapai County, Arizona:

John Dockter
John Joseph Dockter, 86, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 1997, at the Samaritan Village Care Center in Prescott.
He was born Nov. 4, 1911, in Monango, N.D., to Gotleid and Magdelena (Frigen) Dockter.
Mr. Dockter served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked for the Wyoming Highway Department, and managed a hardware and grain business. He moved to Arizona seven years ago from Chugwater, Wyo.
He was a 32nd degree member of the Masonic Lodge in Wheatland, Wyo., and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Fletcher of Prescott; son, Dr. Charles Dockter of Prescott; daughter, Jacklyn Erfle of Libby, Mont.; four brothers; three sisters; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Dockter's name to: Chugwater Cemetery District, c/o Charles Clough, 408 Clay Ave., Chugwater, WY 82210.
Hampton Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

George Bicklehaupt
George B. Bicklehaupt, 89, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 1997, at his home in Prescott.
He was born March 20, 1908, in Minneapolis, Minn., to George B. And Edith (Molen) Bicklehaupt. He moved to Prescott in 1972.
Mr. Bicklehaupt attended the University of Minnesota, and was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon. He was regional manager for Consolidated Papers, Inc. In Wisconsin Rapids.
Survivors include his sons, James of Sedona and George III of Paris, France. His wife, Carolyn, preceded him in death.
Concluding services were by Mountain View Crematory.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Catholic Social Services, 116 N. Summit Ave., Prescott, AZ 86301.
Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home helped the family with arrangements.

Cleo Hadlock
Cleo Hadlock, 78, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, in Prescott.
She was born March 6, 1919, in Mesa, to Carl and Catherine (McGillvra) Ellsworth. She was married to Paul Hadlock.
Mrs. Hadlock lived in Chino Valley for the last three years. She had been a long-time resident of Mesa, where she graduated from Mesa High School, and was a homemaker and beautician before her retirement.
Survivors include her son, Gary of Kalispell, Mont.; daughters, Judith Barnhart of Phoenix, and Susan Peterson of Henderson, Nev.; sisters, LaVon Borree of Phoenix, Mary Jo Kartchner of Kennewick, Wash., and Shirley Baker of Mesa; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside gathering will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, 401 N. Hayden, Scottsdale.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Special K Ranch, P.O. Box 479, Columbus, Mont. 59019.
Memory Chapel Mortuary helped the family with arrangements.

Bill Wielgos
Bill J. Wielgos, 32, died Sunday, Dec. 21, 1997.
He was born March 14, 1965, in Chicago, Ill., to Raymond J. and Joan (Hirsch) Wielgos.
Mr. Wielgos moved to Prescott in 1990.
He was employed by Prescott Coffee Roasters. He was also a magician and completed three years at Prescott College.
Mr. Wielgos was an entertainer at heart. He loved doing his magic for children in school or in hospitals. In the spring he would travel back and forth to Apache Junction, where he was part of the cast putting on the annual Renaissance Fair.
Survivors include his parents, Raymond and Joan Wielgos, and brother, Jeffrey Wielgos of La Grange Park, Ill.
A funeral mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Tuesday, Dec. 23 at 12:30 p.m. with Rev. Fred LeClaire, C.M.F., Pastor presiding. A private inurnment will take place concluding the service.

Freda Peddicord
Freda Mae Peddicord, 74, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix.
She was born Nov. 13, 1923, in Jackson, Mich., to Byron and Ethel (Perkins) Minniss.
She lived at Mountain View Manor in Prescott and was a seamstress.
Survivors include her daughters, Lucille Corder, Sharon Staples and Jacquelyn Dabbs; son, Richard; two sisters; two brothers; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
No services were held.
A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary in Phoenix helped the family with arrangements.

Exie Schellin
Exie Kathryn Schellin, 73, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997, in Chino Valley.
She was born Dec. 3, 1924, in Harrisburg, Mo., to Stacy and Exie Bernice (South) Griggs. She moved to Chino Valley from Newberry Springs, Calif., in January 1994.
Mrs. Schellin was a dry cleaning attendant, retiring after 30 years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post in Chino Valley.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen VanNornam of Chino Valley; sister, Mary Tremaine Lawrence of Columbia, Mo.; and three step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Dean, on Dec. 3, 1962.
Private family services will be held in Columbia, Mo.
Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home helped the family with arrangements.
