Burl Booth
Burl F. Booth, 81, of Prescott, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, in Mesa.
Mr. Booth was born Aug. 19, 1918, in Central, Ariz., to Frank and Nora (Bigler) Booth.
He is survived by his wife, Lila, of Prescott; daughter, Barbara Tieman of Prescott Valley; son, Tim of El Paso, Texas; stepson, Larry Ford of Mesa; stepdaughter, Kathy Overall of Mesa; sisters, Ruth Herrick of North Little Rock, Ark., Frances Merrill of Mesa, and Gracie Leavitt of Central; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Memory Chapel, 131 Grove Ave.
Visitation will also be from 11:30 to 12:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1001 Ruth St., with funeral services following at 1 p.m.

Robert Rudd
A memorial service for Robert Gilliam "Gil" Rudd will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sharlot Hall Museum amphitheater in Prescott.
Mr. Rudd, 88, died Sunday, Aug. 22, 1999, at Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott.

James Gunn
James Lawrence Gunn, 76, formerly of Prescott, died Monday, Oct. 4, 1999, in Phoenix.
He was born Nov. 25, 1922, in Caddo, Okla.
Mr. Gunn served in the Air Corps during World War II. He was a retired manufacturing supervisor who lived in Prescott for many years before moving to Phoenix one year ago.
He is survived by his wife, Beth; son, Richard Campbell; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services have been held.

Marguerite Rohr
Marguerite Else Rohr, 79, died Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, in Chino Valley.
She was born Sept. 30, 1920, in Chicago, Ill., to Allie Herman and Anna P. (Kuntze) Rakenius.
Mrs. Rohr married Robert William Rohr in 1947. He preceded her in death in 1989.
She attended nursing school in Chicago, and worked at the Delnor Hospital in St. Charles, Ill.
Mrs. Rohr was a homemaker. She enjoyed tole painting, oil painting and was active in various bridge clubs and newcomers' groups.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Lands of Chino Valley; son, John, of Satellite Beach, Fla.; and one grandchild.
Cremation was private at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. Inurnment will be in Chicago.

Ila Steele
Ila Smith Steele, 96, of Dewey, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 1999, in Prescott.
She was born Jan. 9, 1903, in Princeton, Ark., to Lenuel and Mollie Smith.
Mrs. Steele moved to Dewey from Haskell, Ark. She was active with the Haskell Craft Club, and was a member of Mary Williams, Order of the Eastern Star 108 and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by her sister, Sue Constantine of Dewey; one grandchild and four great-grandchildren.
Services were held in Benton, Ark.

Albert Doscher
Albert W. Doscher, 82, of Prescott Valley, died Friday, Oct. 8, 1999, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Prescott.
He was born March 1, 1917, in Merrick, Long Island, N.Y., to Jon C. and Helen (Olerich) Doscher.
Mr. Doscher served for four years in the United States Army during World War II. He married Dorothy Marie Mackie on Feb. 14, 1947. She preceded him in death in 1993.
He worked in aircraft research and development at Fairchild Hiller in Farmingdale, N.Y., for 25 years prior to retirement in 1969.
Mr. Doscher was raised in the Lutheran church, and enjoyed reading. He was proudest of his children and their accomplishments, as well as his grandchildren.
He is survived by his sons, Robert of Prescott Valley and Paul of Alpine, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Dorothy, in 1993.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center Chapel in Prescott. Burial with full military honors will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on North Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.

Kevin Kennedy
Kevin Sean Patrick Kennedy, 60, of Dewey, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, in Camp Verde.
He was born Oct. 3, 1939, in St. Albans, Vt., to Raymond and Aloyse (McQueeny) Kennedy.
Dr. Kennedy, who held a degree in psychiatry, married Donna Weiss on Nov. 5, 1966, in Milwaukee, Wis.
He retired from private practice in 1982. He was a former union musician, an auto enthusiast and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; son, Steven, of Phoenix; and daughters, Laura of Phoenix and Kristy of Flagstaff.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Father Joseph M. Gamm officiating.

Janet Yager
Janet Thelma Yager, 83, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 1999, in Prescott.
She was born Feb. 5, 1916, to Elmer and Myrtle (Johnston) Britsch.
Mrs. Yager graduated from York High School in York, N.D., in 1934, where she was class valedictorian and captain of the women's' basketball team.
She married Joseph L. Yager on Feb. 17, 1942, in Devil's Lake, N.D. The Yagers have lived in Arizona for the past nine years. Mrs. Yager was a loving wife, mother, nana and best friend.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Sr., of Prescott; son, Joseph Jr. of Prescott; daughters, Joyce Denton of St. Joseph, Mo., and Janine Gass of Yorba Linda, Calif.; sisters, Goldie Tierney of Circle Pines, Minn., Florence Graham of Page, N.D., Lucille Allen of Williston, N.D., and Joyce Coleman of Sun City; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
