LEONARD WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO MARY "BETSY" PROKOPF ON NOVEMBER 19, 1942, IN DESOTO, MISSOURI, AND TO THIS UNION SEVEN CHILDREN WERE BORN.
LEONARD IS SURVIVED BY HIS LOVING WIFE BETSY BOYER OF POTOSI, THREE SONS, LEONARD BOYER AND WIFE DOROTHY OF CLEAR LAKE, IOWA, GERARD BOYER AND WIFE ELLEN OF POTOSI, TIM BOYER AND WIFE ROCKY OF POTOSI, THREE DAUGHTERS, SHIRLEY ANN NICKELSON AND HUSBAND FLOYD OF BLACKWELL, MARY JANE CHAPMAN AND HUSBAND LARRY OF CARTERVILLE, ILLINOIS, REBECCA WILLIAMS OF MAYFIELD, KENTUCKY, TWELVE GRANDCHILDREN, FIVE GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS.
LEONARD WAS A LONGTIME MEMBER OF THE ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH. LEONARD'S CAREER STARTED AS AN AUTO MECHANIC, LATER CONTINUING WITH LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIPS. HIS COMMITMENT AND DESIRE TO SERVE THE PUBLIC GUIDED HIM INTO THE POLITICAL LIFE WHERE HE SPENT TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS SERVING AS CIRCUIT CLERK FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY. AFTER HIS RETIREMENT HE CONTINUED TO HAVE A STRONG INPUT AND GUIDANCE TO THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. HIS LEISURE HOURS WERE FILLED ENJOYING TIME WITH HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS, LEONARD ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO THE TIME HE AND BETSY COULD SPEND SQUARE DANCING.
VISITATION WAS HELD WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14, 2000, FROM 3:00 P.M. TO 9:00 P.M. AT MOORE FUNERAL HOME IN POTOSI.
A FUNERAL MASS WAS CELEBRATED THURSDAY, JUNE 15, 2000, AT 11:00 A.M. AT ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH WITH FATHER GEORGE GALOVICH OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS IN CALVARY CEMETERY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOME, POTOSI.
SERVING AS PALLBEARERS WERE, DOUGLAS NICKELSON, JOHN G. BOYER, TODD BOYER, KEVIN CHAPMAN, LEONARD BOYER AND TIM CAMILLO.

MARY LUCILLE CLARK OF IRONDALE, MISSOURI, WAS BORN SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1917, IN DESOTO, MISSOURI, A DAUGHTER OF THE LATE SOLOMON SIDNEY AND ETHEL (BOYER) DENNY. MRS. CLARK DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ON FEBRUARY 12, 1999, HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF EIGHTY-ONE YEARS, ELEVEN MONTHS AND FIFTEEN DAYS.
LUCILLE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO KENNETH "JOE" CLARK ON APRIL 1, 1947, IN DESOTO, MISSOURI, AND TO THIS UNION THREE CHILDREN WERE BORN.
LUCILLE IS SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND, K.G. JOE CLARK OF IRONDALE, ONE DAUGHTER, RHONDA KAY THURMAN AND HUSBAND JIM OF GALENA, ILLINOIS, TWO SONS, CARL FREDERICK CLARK AND WIFE KATHY OF FESTUS, GERALD "JERRY" LYN CLARK AND WIFE JANICE OF CASEY, ILLINOIS, TEN GRANDCHILDREN, EIGHT GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, A NEPHEW, ANTHONY "TONY FRANKLIN HERGET AND WIFE THEA OF HIGH RIDGE AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS SHE WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY ONE SISTER, ROSE ANNA HERGET AND ONE NEPHEW.
LUCILLE WAS A LONGTIME MEMBER OF THE IRONDALE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH, WHERE SHE WAS ACTIVE IN ITS' MANY ACTIVITIES AND TAUGHT SUNDAY SCHOOL. SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE WOMEN'S MISSIONARY U., THE P.T.A. AND THE IRONDALE ORDER OF EASTERN STAR, WHERE SHE WAS A PAST MATRON.
LUCILLE ENJOYED COLLECTING DOLLS AND ANGELS OF ALL TYPES, SHE ALWAYS MADE TIME TO SPEND GOING TO YARD SALES AND LOOKING FOR ANTIQUES.
LUCILLE HAD A GREAT LOVE FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS, SHE ALWAYS CHERISHED THE TIME SHE COULD SPEND WITH THE GRANDCHILDREN, GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND ALL CHILDREN, HER LOVE FOR THEM GAVE HER THE TITLE OF NANNY. A TITLE SHE WAS PROUD TO HAVE.
VISITATION WAS HELD SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 1999, FROM 5:00 P.M. TO 9:00 P.M. AT THE GUM & SON FUNERAL HOME IN IRONDALE.
FUNERAL SERVICES WERE CONDUCTED MONDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 1999, AT 1:00 P.M. AT THE IRONDALE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH WITH REVEREND BRUCE TORRENCE OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS IN BIG RIVER CEMETERY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF GUM & SON FUNERAL HOME, IRONDALE.

JOHN WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO THE LATE ELLEN C. (DECLUE) AGNEW ON JUNE 7, 1939, IN OLD MINES, MISSOURI, AND TO THIS UNION FOURTEEN CHILDREN WERE BORN.
JOHN IS SURVIVED BY EIGHT SONS, JOHN B. AGNEW OF Arizona, WILLIAM AGNEW AND WIFE JOYCE OF STEPHENS CITY, VIRGINIA, TOM AGNEW AND WIFE NANCY OF ST. LOUIS, DAVID AGNEW AND WIFE JUDY OF ST. CHARLES, STEPHEN AGNEW AND PEGGY OF ST. CHARLES, DONALD AGNEW OF ST. LOUIS, DANIEL AGNEW AND WIFE KATHIE OF UPLAND, CALIFORNIA, PATRICK AGNEW AND WIFE BARBARA OF ST. LOUIS, THREE DAUGHTERS, BARBARA MEYER AND HUSBAND NORBERT OF ST. LOUIS, ANN DOMINY AND HUSBAND ROB OF ABILENE, TEXAS, MARY KAY FRIESE OF ST. CHARLES, TWENTY-FOUR GRANDCHILDREN, SIX GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, ONE SISTER, MARGARET GEBAUER AND HUSBAND FRED OF FULTON AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. JOHN HAD A GREAT LOVE FOR HIS FAMILY AND ENJOYED THE MANY HOURS SPENT WITH EACH OF THEM. ONE OF HIS GREATEST LOVES WAS THE TIME HE WAS ALLOWED TO SPEND WORKING, A VALUE HE TAUGHT TO ALL OF HIS CHILDREN. HE ENJOYED RELAXING LISTENING TO MUSIC, READING AND EXPLORING THE WORLD THROUGH HISTORY.

OLLIE BROWN HARDIMAN OF POTOSI, MISSOURI, WAS BORN AUGUST 19, 1909, IN PULASKI, Tennessee, A SON OF THE LATE ANDREW JOHNSON AND DAISEY BEULAH (TURNER) HARDIMAN. OLLIE DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT WASHINGTON COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ON JUNE 13, 2000, HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF NINETY YEARS, NINE MONTHS AND TWENTY-FIVE DAYS.
OLLIE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO THE LATE MYRTLE MAY (SMITH) HARDIMAN ON MAY 12, 1934, IN ATHENS, ALABAMA, AND TO THIS UNION THREE CHILDREN WERE BORN.
OLLIE IS SURVIVED BY ONE SON, OLLIE BROWN "BUTCH" HARDIMAN, JR. AND WIFE ALICE OF DEWEY, OKLAHOMA, TWO DAUGHTERS, GLORIA FOWLER AND HUSBAND SIDNEY OF NICHOLASVILLE, KENTUCKY, PEGGY JOYCE SMITH AND HUSBAND ALLAN, SR. OF ARNOLD, SEVERAL GRANDCHILDREN, GREAT GRANDCHILDREN AND GREAT GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, ONE SISTER, GEORGIA LOU HANEY OF PULASKI, Tennessee, ONE SISTER-IN-LAW, MARIE HARDIMAN OF LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HIS PARENTS AND SPOUSE HE WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY FOUR BROTHERS, WILLIE, BUCK, JOE AND BUTE HARDIMAN AND BY TWO SISTERS, ETHA GEISER AND SUSIE SMITH.
BROWN DEDICATED HIS LIFE TO FARMING WHERE HE RAISED AND NURTURED MANY CATTLE OVER THE YEARS. HE ENJOYED CUTTING GRASS AND SITTING ON THE PORCH WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. BROWN ALWAYS FOUND TIME TO SIT BACK AND ENJOY THE ST. LOUIS CARDINALS OR ANY OTHER SPORTING EVENT. DURING A GOOD LAZY AFTERNOON BROWN LOVED TO TAKE SPECIAL TIME TO GO FISHING AND AFTER THE FISHING TIME THE FISH STORIES CONTINUED TO GROW FASTER THAN THE FISH COULD.
