Billy passed away peacefully at home on February 4, 2008. He was born in Garibaldi, Ore. on April 28, 1922.
He is survived by his wife and lover of 62 years Lucille, sons; Michael W Fulks (Mary); Patrick B Fulks(Janet); David M Fulks (Joy);; grandchildren; Trevor; Maya, & Peter, brother; Michael C Fulks (Vera); Mary C Poe (John); sisters-in-law; Gloria Lorenz; Guiamar Lindley, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sister Orionna Mattfield.
He was known for working hard, loving his family and serving others. He service avenues included WWII in Europe 1942-1946, PTA president, 4-H leader, Board of Directors for both the Meadow Vista Water District and Auburn Recreation District, Western States Trail Association, 50 yrs. in the BPOE 1691 and 38 yrs with Ma Bell. His presence as someone you could always count on will be sorely missed by family, friends, co-workers and neighbors alike.
